• Alnesa (4/5): - die Lage ist sehr gut aber das war leider auch dass einzig positive es gibt Stufen und ist nicht am Erdgeschoss, sehr ungünstig mit Kinderwagerl. Drinnen schmutzig und es riecht nach Schimmel und altem Holz. Die Bettwäsche hatte ebenfalls komische Flecken und generell war die Wohnung nicht ganz sauber und die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig also wirklich enttäuschend. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen, lieber 100€ irgendwo mehr zahlen.
• Ana María (7/5): - El apartamento está en la mejor zona donde podría ubicarse en Roma, justo al lado del coliseo y el foro romano y a 15 min andando de la zona céntrica. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento con instrucciones claras y fáciles para alojarse. La cama es bastante cómoda y amplia. Creo que el patito feo de este apartamento es el baño. Es muy pequeño. Es realmente incómodo ducharse y estar en el WC. Otro punto incómodo es que la ventana del pasillo no cierra bien. En general si la intención es pasar pocos días para visitar Roma, yo lo recomiendo, porque priorizo zona y descansar bien. Pero si vas a estar más de 3-4 noches, echaréis de menos una ducha más amplia.
• Sofia (3/5): - The whole apartment was generally not clean, but especially the kitchenware. The dishwasher sponge was used and in an awful shape. The toilet seat was loose.
• Gisela (9/5): Preis-Leistung für die Lage top! - Die Lage ist unschlagbar, ein paar Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt. Durch einen Hausflur gelangt man zur Terrasse und somit zum Eingang des Apartments. Sehr ruhig. Man ist umgeben von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend!

• Arkadiusz (8/5): Super lokalizacja. Podstawowe i proste wyposażenie. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, chwilę od Koloseum. Poza tym jest to po prostu w porzadku miejsce za taką cenę. Jeśli ktoś tak jak ja szuka miejsca gdzie się tylko prześpi i umyje rano i wieczorem pomiędzy całodniowymi spacerami po Rzymie to jest ok. Jest czysto, ale prosto. Jeśli ktoś oczekuje jakichkolwiek udogodnień,lepszej jakosci to niech nie oczekuje tego tu za tą cene. Trzeba dopłacić za inne miejsce.

• Ievgeniia (6/5): Ідеальне розташування, але сама квартира та її зручності залишають бажати натагато більшого. - У цього помешкання дуже гарне розташування, майже ідеальне! Всього 5-7 хвилин пішки до Колізею. Навкруги краса та купа місць, де можна смачно поїсти. Сама вулиця, на якій розташована квартира, симпатична та автентична. Поруч є невеличкий ринок з фруктами. Також поруч метро і на ньому зручно і в Ватикан, і на вокзал Терміні. Сама квартирка дуже маленька, особливо душ. Там ледь поміщаєшся, а вода стікає на підлогу і не встигає висихати. Ніде сушити рушники. Сама квартира сира, дуже пахне вогкістю, за 4 ночі весь одяг просочився цим запахом. На одному з вікон немає ручки і його неможливо щільно закрити, через це є протяг і холодно, що не дуже добре, особливо взимку.

• Javi (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación. Buen apartamento. Pasamos demasiado frio en el. No funcionaba el aire caliente y la estufa que hay allí no da para mucho. El baño es pequeño y con la ducha lo encharcas todo.

• Sébastien (8/5): Localisation au top - Emplacement du logement vraiment parfait. A deux pas du Colisée et du centre historique. Le prix est en adéquation avec les logements de rome. Hôte parfait pour les discussions et informations. Literie très bien.
• VaLeila (6/5): La ubicación lo es todo... - La ubicación es lo mejor. Faltaban implementos básicos, por ejemplo papel higiénico y toallas de papel que tuve que comprar. La TV no funcionó porqué el cable estaba malo. El lugar es lindo pero necesita renovar cosas, por ejemplo la cama y ropa de cama. El baño es muy pequeño. La anfitriona fue amable pero sólo hablamos por WhatsApp.
• Jordi (8/5): Fantàstic com a campament base per a descobrir Roma - La ubicació és excepcional. El lloc és una caseta amagada, amb una mica de terrasseta privada. El carrer és molt tranquil malgrat ser just al costat de la zona del Fòrum i el Colosseu, sempre plens de gent. Les instal·lacions són una mica justes, suficient si la idea és anar a dormir i prou. La cuina i el lavabo són petits, però per aquest preu i ubicació no es pot demanar més.

• Ghislaine (9/5): Will book this apartment again next time we visit Rome! - The location was perfect: a quiet street within walking distance of the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum. The shower was tiny but that was to be expected. No biggy.

• Johanna (1/5): Not worth the experience just for the location. - The location was the only good thing about it. The photos were deceiving as it is only a bedroom. Coffee machine is the kettle with no coffee or anything provided. TV is smaller than my laptop screen. Were there for 4 days where it was raining and towels were never replaced, had to use towels that were damp and the other towels were used to keep the water in the Do called bathroom. Can’t even sit properly on the toilet so small and seat loose. Not even proper toilet paper. Smelled like damp since we arrived. Bedding and everything in the room is outdated.

• Eidson (10/5): Perfect!!!! - OK, as you find the door to the apartment, you can see the Forum. Mind blown immediately! Location, location, location!!! It's also surprisingly quiet, really quiet, and having your own space in the middle of Rome felt first class - remember how cheap this place is! You have all the facilities you need here, very comfortable, perfect for me. If you've seen the other reviews, yes the toilet is small, but don't let that stop you. If you want the Ritz, book the Ritz, if you want affordable accommodation in the epicentre of Rome, just book this now! You walk out the door and boom, you're walking through history.
• Par (7/5): Low budget choice for the location, nice people - Area is nice, with bars and restaurants everywhere. Night walks very safe. Good A/C and quiet apartment. Decent price compared to other options. Very friendly communication via Whatsapp. Overall low standard, especially bed. Very small, I would like to see how they managed to calculate it to 38sqm. Super tight bathroom. Bathroom carpet very dirty on arrival, we cleaned it ourselves.

• Varga (1/5): I’m not recommending!!! - only one thing was positive, the area! 1, The smell! Stinky and super musty! 2, Walls is wet! 3, Walls is moldy!!! 4, No space in the bathroom, you can not sit on the toilet only if your right leg is in the shower tray!!!!!

• Per (2/5): Great location, low standard, inconvenient - Location is great and the surroundings quiet. Beds are substandard and the bathroom terribly small. There is a foul cellar smell in the place. Heating is performed through separate noisy equipments.

Great neighbourhood with lots of options for food and drinks. Quiet at night. The room is very small, it is great only for sleeping while visiting Rome. Be aware that the bathroom is very small with no room to move around. It could be a challenge for someone slightly overweight. Also the facilities of the kitchenette are very basic.

• Andrea (10/5): Very nice and cozy appartment in the heart of Rome - I had a lovely stay at Daniele's appartment. The appartment is ideal for 2-3 people, located in the very heart of Rome, just a couple of minutes walking from the Colosseum. The location is truly amazing - we were able to reach the majority of the main attractions by foot. The appartment is situated 15 min from the Termini station which makes direct connection for example with the Fiumicino Airport or Santa Marinella beaches. The appartment itself is very cozy and clean, air-conditioned, with a good wi-fi connection and offered everything we needed. Even though the bathroom is quite small, it met all our expectations and needs for our 4 days stay. Near the appartment there is everything you will need - restaurants, small gift shops, groceries, gelaterias. Daniele is a wonderful host - the communication was quick and easy. We arrived in the morning, but Daniele was very helpful and while the appartment was being prepared for us, we could leave our luggage there (and we enjoyed a nice and refreshing coffee in the neighbourhood while waiting). Daniele was very helpful and answered all the questions we had during our stay. If I travel back to Rome one day, I will be happy to book this appartment again.
