• Furkan (1/5): Good luck with cockroaches and lizards 🪳🪳🪳🦎🦎🦎 - Nothing. Cockroaches, lizards, no proper solution, and aggressive staff — avoid this property. Within minutes of entering the room, we found cockroaches and lizards around the desk, entrance, toilet, and bathroom. We reported it immediately, but the response was not acceptable: a staff member simply tried to remove a cockroach with a broom instead of offering a real solution. We asked for another room, but no suitable option was provided that night, so we had to stay in an unhygienic room and could not sleep. The next day, we were told cleaning and pest control would be done, but cockroaches were still there when we returned. Even the alternative room had similar issues, showing this was a property-wide problem. The staff made things worse by avoiding responsibility, delaying the refund process, and acting aggressively when we tried to resolve the situation. A basic or budget property is understandable, but unsafe and unhygienic conditions are not. Guests should not have to sleep next to cockroaches or argue for basic cleanliness. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

• John (9/5): I highly recommend it particularly for those who travel on budget while being central enough to appreciate what the area - The staff members are lovely and accommodating. Decent room size as well it’s wet room. For those who are into motorbikes, NK Guesthouse has a rental service. The famous parks Benjakitti and Benchasiri are at walking distance. Restaurants and 7/11 just around the corner.

The staff took our air con remote off us as we had set the air on to 16 degrees which they said was too low however there were no signs in the room or on the remote only in the hallway which we did not notice. If they would have just told us to not set the air con so low would have been fine but the fact they just took the remote from our room it felt like we were in school. When really we are paying customers. This made the experience hostile.

• Matthew (8/5): - Surprisingly lovely room for small Guest House. Excellent facilities and comfort inside room. Great value off Soi 4. No elevator so I had to schlep big bag up 2 flights of stairs. I'm not a spring chicken anyone. Owners have 2 NKs on either side of sou 4 alleys. Was difficult to find without sim or wifi on street.

Location could be better. - The room was spacious, comfortable beds, natural light, spacious bathroom, and waters were provided daily and housekeeping upon request. The nana part of town is mostly for those who are looking to pay to have a good time in the room if you know what I mean

• Alves (1/5): - The hotel is very ugly, the front of the hotel is a motorcycle store, the room is completely different from the photos, bathroom needs a big renovation and the location is TERRIBLE, all the time, I had to take a grab, all the attractions were so far away And on the check out, the staff charged $300 baht because a towel dirty of makeup, it was clearly just wash, but they told me, it was too much job for them, and they had to charge me it’s a cheap hotel but don’t value the money, too much stress

• Isabella Carla Luisa (9/5): Guesthouse per un breve soggiorno a Bangkok - Il rapporto qualità prezzo è incredibile. La stanza è molto spaziosa e contiene un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello, per un totale di 4 posti letto (ottimo per una famiglia), un mobile contenente un frigo grande, ma che raffredda troppo, e un appendiabiti con grucce. L’A/C è molto efficiente. Il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato: lavandino con sapone, wc e doccia con mini size di shampoo. La luce e la ventola si azionano con due interruttori differenti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che ci siano stati omaggiati degli spazzolini con dentifricio. Oltre a questo erano presenti gli asciugamani per il corpo. Lo staff è un po’ distaccato, ma sono stati molto disponibili a farci il check in alle 1 am. La posizione non è eccezionale, nonostante sia vicino al parco Benjakitti, si trova direttamente affianco ad un centro massaggi erotico e spesso sulla strada principale ci si imbatte in turisti ubriachi invadenti. La guest house non presenta l’ascensore e le scale sono molto strette: essendo al terzo piano è stato un po’ faticoso portare su la valigia. Il materasso è duro.

• Skantz (10/5): Tack för en fin vistelse! - Vi trivdes mycket bra! Vi fick ett större rum som var mycket fint! Sängkläderna var himmelska, mycket sköna! Mycket trevlig personal! Väldigt mysigt ställe! Bra med utcheckning vid 12! Vi fick även lämna våra väskor under dessa timmar tills vårat flyg gick. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Bangkok!

Mama and I think her son at the desk are amazing and so friendly. Clean straightforward room and bathroom , hot water ac complimentary water nothing more you could really ask for with the price and location. Felt at home for sure would stay again if I wanted to party Hard to get grab with all the madness at the start of the street

• Corazzini (7/5): Giusto un giorno o due - Effettivamente non mancava nulla, ma sicuramente non aveva nulla di più della sufficienza Personalmente la porta del bagno non si chiudeva quindi c’era molta umidità. Sono rimasto molto mortificato quando il dipendente ha portato il mio asciugamano in reception mostrandolo a tutti quanti (clienti compresi) dicendo che era sporco “non di doccia”. Insomma molto imbarazzante, volevano 200 Bath e glie li ho dati, molto poco professionale.

• Edward (6/5): Not really satisfactory, though cheap. - Just off the busy Soi 4 Sukhumvit, close to lots of entertainment, and yet very quiet. Very basic room with private bath. Air conditioning was adequate. Room had no window, no outlets for charging phone, needed to unplug either TV or refrigerator to charge. Bed sagged in the middle. Shower and toilet were one room.

• Nicholas (6/5): I'd stay here again if the hotels are too pricey again. - The staff are pretty kind. The value for the area is very good. The fridge didn't work, so I had to use the staff one. And there were a/c problems, but it was for the most part cool enough. I was staying on the first floor, so it could be noisy from the lobby if the lobby door wasn't closed.

• Megan (7/5): Not a great location. - The room was big and had a tv with Netflix. It was not in a nice area at all. The road had lots of ‘massage parlors’ and women constantly shouting. At night it felt very seedy with lots of old European men in the bars. It was a long walk from the station.

• Arturo (1/5): The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. - Nothing I don’t usually write negative reviews, but what happened here was unacceptable, and future guests deserve to be warned. Beyond the fact that the hotel already falls short in comfort — the beds are extremely uncomfortable, honestly worse than sleeping on the floor — the real issue is the complete lack of security and the total absence of responsibility from the staff. This hotel requires guests to leave their shoes in a common area before entering. I am a respectful person, so I followed their rule and left my sandals exactly where they told me to. The next day, they were gone. They were stolen inside the hotel. They were not cheap sandals, but beyond the money, the humiliating part was having to leave barefoot, feeling completely unsafe in a place that is supposed to provide security. When I reported the incident at the front desk, the response was even worse than the theft itself. The staff member reacted with annoyance, showed no empathy, and told me: “Sorry, but the cameras don’t cover that area.” Excuse me? A hotel that forces guests to leave personal belongings in an area without camera coverage is basic negligence. I also had to leave my luggage at the hotel while traveling, and I did so with real fear that my belongings could be stolen as well. They told me they would check the cameras. When I came back, there was a different person at the desk who said no one had informed them about anything and that they knew absolutely nothing about my case. Zero follow-up, zero protocol, zero concern. I felt completely ignored, unprotected, and honestly scammed by this place. If you are considering staying here, understand this: 👉 There is no real security 👉 They take no responsibility for theft 👉 Staff provide no solutions 👉 There is no internal communication I travel often and have never experienced something this upsetting in any hotel.
