• Anja (6/5): Lage s - Zimmer sehr groß, Bett bequem. Nähe Bahnhof. Direkt gegenüber große Baustelle. Ab 7 Uhr war es sehr laut. Mit Fenster zu war es zu warm, mit Klimaanlage innen war es auch zu laut. Empfehle Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen. Kamen früher ins Zimmer-sehr gut. Ansonsten keine riesige Freundlichkeit. Ein Lächeln vom Personal oder mal freundliche Worte-Fehlanzeige leider. So richtig wohl fühlte ich mich nicht. Ansonsten von der Lage her gut. Preislich finde ich es generell mittlerweile frech was Zimmer kosten pro Nacht. Wasser Dusche erst lange nur kalt, dann plötzlich sehr warm. Viel Wasserverbrauch.
• Sondra (2/5): - We had three nights paid for at the Kraft hotel and we had to leave after the first night. The location is close to the entrance of old town but only in one direction. The other three directions are a little scary! While sitting out on their patio one night, we had to come in due to police activity in the alley right next to us. The room itself was sad and depressing. While I appreciate old, antique, vintage… The furniture, wall paper, and decorations were, well, tired and depressing! There was absolutely no view. The room was always so hot, the toilet was shoved in the bathroom, the floors were sticky, and the headboard was filthy. I do want to add that the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. If you are only staying one night, ok, but it is not worth staying any extended amount of time. We found a hotel for less money in the center of old town and it was delightful!!!

Exactly on the border between a quiet neighborhood and a noisy, sleazy neighborhood. The hotel itself is quiet. If you approach from the Hauptbahnhof side, you might never know about the nicer, hospital side and vis-versa, lol.

The service even worst. The gentleman working there so races that he won't even talk with us or answer our questions when we asked. He not even want to look at us. We're not paying to be treated like that.

• Michelle (8/5): - Nice property with old fashioned charm. Rooms are clean and staff were very nice. It's not modern or up to date, but we liked the antique feel to the place. Very charming. I'd recommend and stay again. We are a family of 3.

Rooms and bathroom are on smaller side but are extremely clean. Property has 5 spaces for parking—15 euro night. Note there is heavy construction across street so you will be woken up just after 7AM.

• Dominik (8/5): - Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Das Sendlingertor liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Parken vor dem Hotel war Top und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch sehr sauber. Leider war die Heizung viel zu heiß und konnte nicht heruntergestellt werden, somit haben wir nicht wirklich gut geschlafen. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Baustelle, doch auf dieser wurde am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet.

Safe environment to walk around. We were provided hot water kettle as requested and other toiletries. Highly recommended for travelers.

• Jeanette (10/5): - The hotel was very quiet even though it was close to the train station. We were able to easily walk to the main square and from there walk to many visitor sights. The breakfast was nice and had nice options. Checking in and out was easy. You can leave the key at the front desk when you are out and about wich is nice so you dont have to worry about losing it. We did have one day where they cleaned our room but forgot to replace the towels, the front desk staff were very apollagetic about it and we had towels in minutes - we also got a small box of chocolates. The room itself was OK as it was dated. Some of the plug ins did not work all that well for our adaptors.

• Charles (6/5): - The hotel is lovely and the staff was very nice, but the men that congregate in the alley beside the hotel who make noise all night is unacceptable. Men singing at the top of their lungs at 4:00 in the morning just makes everyone angry. It’s understandable to have traffic and city noise within the city, but this was excessive.

• Francine (10/5): - Nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était substantiel. Mille mercis à Frank pour son aide dans la réservation de nos chambres. La propreté de l'hôtel était impeccable. Sa situation se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du centre-ville de Munich mais les transports en commun sont à proximité. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire, même en soirée. Un petit bijou d'hôtel.

• Nathan (4/5): - It was a quiet property. The walk to downtown is approximately 15 minutes. The hotel has very limited parking spots available on property, which are monitored. The hotel could use some more updates. Our beds were very short and old. Unfortunately, our room smelled like sewage, even after pouring water down the drains.

They were genuinely concerned with your comfort, needs, what I could do to help and even remembered our anniversary with a token of kindness. I hope to go there soon. The location is perfect! The breakfast was perfect! It’s truly a unknown gem.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Traveling alone - The hotel is recently remodeled so everything is clean. Staff is friendly. It’s a few blocks off the busy streets which makes it quiet but traveling alone, I felt a little unsafe. I walked through several stores fronts with many men gathered on the street. Walking at night and early morning made me nervous with no one around. The room door doesn’t have a latch lock or viewer.

• Gary (10/5): Excellent staff - We were going to go into the city center of Munich and asked if we could keep our luggage here a little longer than check out. Not a problem at all. When we returned to get our luggage my wife had become very ill. The gentleman at the desk couldn't have been more helpful. He got her some water and had her sit down for awhile. He even called a cab for to take us to the S-bahn and helped load our luggage into the cab. This gentleman should be commended. I will be sending a letter to the hotel commending this individual.
