La literie était très confortable et la salle de bain moderne, propre et bien équipée. Le descriptif mentionnait la présence de la climatisation, ce qui avait motivé notre choix compte tenu des températures, mais celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas pendant le séjour. De plus, les photos laissaient penser que les chambres disposaient d’un balcon, alors que ce n’était pas le cas pour la nôtre.

• Nina (10/5): Very good location with nice staff. - Amazing staff, excellent location with a beautiful view. We felt very safe throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight was very late, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to the lovely Silvia for everything! The room was very cozy and cute and regularly cleaned. Would definitely recommend. The walls are quite thin, so any loud neighbors made it feel like we were sharing the room (though most guests were very respectful of quiet hours). There was also a noticeable sewer smell, but it can be managed by keeping the bathroom door closed. These issues are more related to the building’s infrastructure rather than the accommodation itself and did not affect our stay.

• giulia (4/5): - La stanza era pulita e la posizione è ottima. nella stanza c’era un forte odore di fogna, la persiana non schermava la luce e la mattina entrava. La sera non c’era acqua calda in bagno, rendendo impossibile fare la doccia in modo adeguato. La cosa più assurda è stata la presenza di una finestra non murata, semplicemente coperta da una scrivania, che comunicava con un’altra stanza: sembrava letteralmente di condividere la camera con altri ospiti. Durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno dello staff, né per il check-in né per il check-out. Abbiamo anche provato a contattare il numero indicato su Booking per segnalare l’assenza di acqua calda, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di assistenza. Infine, un pomeriggio in cui siamo dovuti rientrare prima del previsto a causa del maltempo, alle 15:30 le camere non erano ancora pronte e siamo stati costretti ad aspettare sulle scale del pianerottolo.

• Nicholas (2/5): Avoid at all costs. - The only good thing about this property was the location. This place was AWFUL. The staff was rude and often times unresponsive. Upon my arrival I was forced to wait nearly an hour on the street before I was able to get a hold of someone to check in. I was given unclear instructions via WhatsApp before I could find my room. There is a key tied to the door that anyone could use and open at any time of day. The hallways to get there were pitch black and my room number was written on a piece of tape attached to the door. Upon entering my room I was greeted by a foul smell and bugs flying around. The AC was broken, the shower was missing knobs, the toilet was constantly leaking all over the bathroom floor, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the wifi didn’t work. Harsh overhead fluorescent lighting gives this place the charm of a doctors office or the DMV. This was not any sort of guest house or 5 star hotel as advertised. This was literally located in an office building attached to the police station. There were sirens blaring at all hours. The staff did not address any of my concerns and even asked me to pay more money upon my arrival. The smell only continued to get worse and I spent most nights feeling extremely nauseous. Don’t expect any type of support from customer service either. This place put an extreme damper on my stay in Rome.

• Irina (8/5): A great option with a view of Castle Sant’Angelo - I stayed in an apartment again, and as it turns out, there are pros and cons I hadn't considered before. The airport bus stop is 150 meters from the hotel on Via Crescenzio; buses depart every half hour and cost 6-7 euros. Not all the rooms are great; some need renovation. Also, my room unexpectedly had orthopedic pillows instead of the standard ones, which were very uncomfortable.

Superate le ore 10 per il check out, un dipendente della struttura mi ha semplicemente riferito che non sapeva cosa fare. Dopo aver fatto una doccia ghiacciata, lasciati i bagagli in struttura per un breve giro nei dintorni, sono tornato per recuperare i bagagli e c'era un tecnico che, finalmente, provvedeva ad intervenire sul probabile guasto. Mi è dispiaciuto molto non essere stato assistito adeguatamente dal personale.

Ci hanno lasciato un deodorante su richiesta e così siamo sopravvissuti.. Dovrebbero risolvere questo problema.

• Maria Rosaria (4/5): Passable - The location is very convenient, with various amenities nearby. There was a strong sewage smell that was quite unpleasant. The bathroom door didn't close properly so I could smell it in the room as well. Additionally, the lock on the main front door was not functioning properly, making late-night entries difficult. The staff was largely absent. Although check-in is said to be by appointment, I waited for thirty minutes for a response over the phone, which felt inconsiderate. Furthermore, check-in was managed through CCTV cameras located in the main corridor, raising privacy concerns. If guests are expected, it's reasonable to check for arrivals via phone, especially since staff are not present in person. After a wait of about fifteen minutes, a young man arrived to check my passport. I had planned to go somewhere else after dropping off my luggage but was unable to due to the delay in gaining entry.
