Las escaleras,... pero depende de cada uno, cuando llegamos fué dificil subir al cuarto piso (terzo piano + piano terra) con dos maletas grandes, mas dos maletas de cabina,... Si hubiera viajado con menos equipaje no hubiera sido un priblema...

• Marta (10/5): Fantástico - Apartamento espacioso y funcional, muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos del Duomo, buenas vistas y dejaban artículos básicos como sal, azúcar, aceite así como gel. Repetiría sin dudarlo El check out es demasiado pronto, a las 10 de la mañana. No hay ascensor, pero es un edificio antiguo en el centro de Florencia, por lo que contábamos con ello.
• Canto (9/5): Un apartamento muy práctico y de calidad para una familia - El apartamento muy grande, limpio y bien situado. Te dejan incluso aspiradora,, tiene lavavajillas y lavadora. La parte de gestión administrativa previa a la entrada, mucho trámite mediante aplicación engorrosa para el check in: 1. Pidiendo demasiados datos personales y que además, no los grababa cuando intentabas continuar. Varios intentos en varios días. 2. El posterior correo solicitando el pago de tasas turísticas cuando ya lo conseguiste, no podría incluirse en el total a pagar? 3. El cubrir un contrato que no está en español y por tanto no sabes que pone. Siendo uno de los datos más importantes de los datos personales que aportas de que país eres y dirección personal. 4 Todo ello sin trato personal con quienes gestionam el check in. Mejora: instrucciones para el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Y en la segunda habitación es un poco ruidoso

• Eduardo (7/5): Opção razoável. - A localização é boa, pode andar a pé até as principais atrações da cidade. O apartamento é grande, camas boas e confortáveis. Apartamento no 3⁰ andar e sem elevador. Como estávamos com muitas malas, é bem desgastante para entrar e sair do local. O estacionamento fica a cerca de 2 Km, um funcionário é que vai buscar o carro. Até você descobrir isso, precisa parar em algum lugar próximo, o que é muito difícil e vc precisa contar com a sorte, já que as ruas de Firenze são estreitas e quase nunca há vagas disponíveis. Embora o apartamento seja grande e confortável, notamos um cheiro desagradável na cozinha e banheiro, semelhante a mofo. Provavelmente porque era inverno e o apartamento devia estar fechado há algum tempo. Janelas abertas ajudaram a atenuar o problema.

• Yun (3/5): 这是一幢沿马路的公寓，出租的房间在最高层（3楼）,没有电梯，行李多的游客请慎选，房间里有一个挺脏的沙发床，餐桌是那种木质的以及两个长凳，楼上的房间是搭的阁楼，完全没有私密，电车和轨道碰撞发出的吱吱声太吵了，冬天的夜饭房间的暖气严重不足，入住 - 房间的暖气严重不足！暖气片的开关都是坏的，无法控制温度。

• Carlos Eduardo (6/5): Boa localização. - Excelente localização. Tive dificuldades em localizar a acomodação e as orientações quanto ao estacionamento não foram claras. O telefone que conversei com a acomodação era diferente do número de envio das orientações. Quando busquei mais informações, a pessoa que me atendeu passou outro contato. Como eu estava de carro em meio a um trânsito muito pesado de Florença, acabei entrando na ZTL. Quando reclamei, recebi uma resposta desaforada. Sugiro aos anfitriões mandarem a foto da portaria do prédio e o endereço do estacionamento logo no início das comunicações. Não espere o hóspede solicitar. O apartamento ficava no terceiro andar e não havia elevador.

• Andreas (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage. 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Arno. Die Tramhaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Umterkunft selbst ist sauber und gepflegt. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir nur schriftlich Kontakt, aber es war alles bestens organisiert. Die Anreise mit dem Auto war problemlos. Wir sind direkt zur Garage gefahren und wurden von dort in die Unterkunft gebracht. In der Nähe gibt es nette Lokale und man kann auch gut essen gehen.
• Nadja (9/5): - Wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Appartement. Die Fresken sind ein Traum!! Immer genügend Informationen, auch der Parkservice super nett!!!! Und bringt sie zum Appartement ! Sehr zentral, wirklich alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Einzig der Verkehr, da an der Kreuzung gelegen, ist für empfindliche Personen eventuell störend von der Lautstärke her.

• Celine (8/5): - Pas de plafond à la florentine comme montré sur la photo ; l'absence est compensée par le confort de l'appartement, son côté "mignon", propre ; à 20 mn à pied du centre ; proximité des bus et tram ; on aperçoit le dôme du Duomo par la fenêtre. Attention la montée à l'étage de l'appartement est un peu rude. Bon lieu pour le petit dèj à 150m. Les rues sont assez bruyantes mais les fenêtres de bonne qualité coupent bien le son. La deuxième chambre est la plus "limite" : donne sur un "local technique" à l'odeur peu agréable si on ouvre la fenêtre. La chambre est climatisée mais la clim est un peu bruyante.

Çekyat neredeyse çökmek üzereydi, hiç rahat değildi. Duş kabini tıkanıp çok çabuk suyla doluyordu. Mutfak tezgahında yeterli alan yoktu. Yan dairelerden çok gürültü alıyordu. Pencerelerden en azından birinde sineklik olmalıydı, hava almak için camı açamadık.

If you come by car, the property will help you with a garage where a firm will keep your car. The apartment hosts 6 people and is very spacious One of the beds is creaky

• Claudia (8/5): Comfortable place, ideal to go with kids. - The apartment was spotless. It was very comfortable and the owners very helpful and friendly. Though a bit far from the Center the neighbourhood was really nice and still a walking distance from all attractions.
• Kevin (1/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. - Nothing It didn’t have sockets in the bedrooms to charge phones or anything. All outlets in the bedroom were for lights only. Free parking was not on site. Advert was very misleading.
• Edward (5/5): We enjoyed visiting the art gallery and the trattoria Tito near the apt. - The location was good, a nicer area to stay than in the centre of the city. The third floor location without a lift made it extremely hard to drag suitcases for people travelling long distances.

• Vesela (7/5): Good - 1) The place was very spacious, clean and the interior is very stylish. 2) Location of the apartment is 15 minutes walking distance away from the center. 3) There is public transportation stops near by. 1) There apartment is very spacious and its hard to get warmed up with the set temperature(21C).After we contacted the host they were able to raise it to 24C but still it was not warm enough. 3) There was no extra blankets and we mention that to the host and blankets was still not provided. 4)In the bathroom the shower cabin drain was clogged and when water flow heavier water is going out of the cabin 5) the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and old

• Florentina (2/5): Very poor - The location of the apartment is good, close to the city centre and the way the apartment is designed it's nice. Unfortunately, during our stay in August, there was a bed bug infestation in the bedrooms which we discovered after being bitten on our 2nd night in the apartment.. We had to go to the hospital as there were bad reactions to the bites due to the severity of the situation. Obviously, whoever cleaned the apartment didn't do their job properply and management obviously didn't check or maybe didn't care... There was good communication via Whatsapp from one member of the staff when we got in touch about the AC leak in the livingroom. And this member of the staff was also helpful by trying to get in touch with Booking about finding a different accomodation the next day after discovering the bed bug infestation. But no one showed up even when we requested for a person from management to come to see the state of the apartment they offered for our booking. It was very stressful and we were very scared! We couldn't sleep during our 2nd night when we discovered the source of the bites on our skin. We couldn't even lay in bed, we had to wait while sitting at the table until morning and go to the hospital. We still haven't received a refund for those 2 nights even though the property saw the photos of the infested beds we sent them and the wounds we got from the bed bug bites. It was the worst holiday! It can't even be called a holiday. It seems like we paid money to stay somewhere to be bitten by bed bugs!!!

• Leung (5/5): Fair apartment, proactive and good follow up the reservations.but no lift / escalator to inform or reminder. We have - Proactive follow the booking and check in. All staffs are ready , good to have socket adapter. Well presentation of the towels. No lift/ escalator! We didnt have notice or pre- notice before we booked or after booked.

• Sandra (5/5): Some quite disappointed - Very spacious The air conditioner unit has a leak so prepare to get your things wet if you leave anything on the floor in the leaving room , the shower doesn’t drain properly, main the door is very difficult to open , there is a lack of tables near the mirror in the hallway so you have to put your make up , brushes etc on the floor when getting ready . The location is ok but the plaza area and adjacent streets are under some civil work and it is very inconvenient to get transportation

Being in the third floor with Harvey luggage. There was no mention of the road works and it was very noisy.
• Trami (8/5): Very good - I like the location.. 15 mins walk to the church and about 20-25 mins walk to the bridge. Also very close by restaurants and supermarkets which is a plus. We didn’t like the sofa bed in the kitchen, making so much noise.. might consider a new one . Other than that everything else was nice.

• Rafał (6/5): While the location and certain aesthetic aspects of the apartment like the ceiling suffit are commendable, our overall e - Superb Location: The apartment's proximity to most city attractions is fantastic, offering easy access to explore. Stunning Ceiling Detail: The craftsmanship visible in the ceiling suffit adds a distinct and beautiful character to the apartment. Cigarette Smoke Issue: The experience was marred by neighbors smoking in the hallway, leading to our apartment being filled with smoke. This was particularly problematic for our family due to asthma, necessitating the need to keep windows open. Noise Levels: Situated close to a main street, the noise at night was unbearable, especially with the windows open to avoid the smoke, making sleep difficult. Unpleasant Sofa: The living room sofa was in poor condition - it was both dirty and uncomfortable, detracting significantly from the living space. Creepy Interior Design: A particularly unsettling aspect was the presence of creepy clown decorations in one of the bedrooms, which was quite disturbing for both me and my child. This specific choice of decor significantly impacted our comfort and sense of ease during our stay. It's something I believe is not suitable for children and could be distressing for some guests.
• Davide (6/5): Almost good. - The house is easy to find, in a good position (about 15 minutes from the center) and well equipped (a positive note for the fridge and the smart TV). The check in procedure and tax payment is done through their online portal. Their maintenance repaired some issues (the dishwasher that was leaking water and a non-working electrical socket) in less than 4 hours from our call, so they are very efficient. They provide single portion of oil, salt and soluble coffee. Even if the check in was after 15:00 and we had informed the hosts through the check in portal, at 15:30 we have found the cleaning employee that was still working (not an issue for us but still relevant). The TV remote, dishes, plates, and kitchen accessories were still dirty probably from the previous guests and they required an additional manual cleaning (because the dishwasher, that was also a bit dirty, so we have made an almost-empty washing cycle, was leaking water). The windows are old so it is not so easy to open and close them, they get stuck very often.
