• Javier (3/5): Not enough hot water, host ignores - The apartment was warm. There wasn't enough hot water for all 3 of us to shower, and the host did nothing.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location near train station and cafes. Very walkable to everything. Apartment was in older building, which is typical for Florence, but it was neat and clean. Had everything for kitchen use, nice fridge and a really good shower and big towels. Clothes washer is outside on the patio and looked bad, but once u figure it out, it did a good job washing. But there is no dryer, as is typical in Italy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
• Ayush (10/5): excellent location - The host is already there when we reach and he show us everything. and when we left the hotel by mistake i forgot more than 1000 ron there and host call me that i forgot the money. He transferred all the amount into my account nothing everything is very good specially the location of an apartment.Restaraunt and centre is on walking distance

• Jannine (8/5): Four nights in Florence - It is a great little apartment and we enjoyed our stay.. Clean and well presented. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to the city center. Great access to trams and buses. It is on a busy street but with windows closed and air-conditioner on that's not a problem. It just needs a few updates. The bed is so noisy, creaks loudly every time you roll over. The washing machine is out on the balcony and, while it still works, the dials and buttons are hard to read as they're so worn by the weather. Guests would probably appreciate instructions for the washing machine and Television in Italian and English.
• Kelly (7/5): Good - Ideal location, walking distance to city centre, great for walks to Arnos river. Also convenient to drive outside the city. The Appartment was exactly as shown online. The bed is quite uncomfortable also the sofa bed. Hot water was not always available for shower, specially after 20:00

• Eleanor (2/5): Mosquito Sanctuary !!! .. vile - Good location and check in was smooth Dirty walls, mould in shower room, toilet seat half hanging off, room smelt musky, air con did not work efficiently (the room never cooled down), balcony doors were not sealed to frame, traffic noise was very loud, the most noisy and uncomfortable bed (we could not sleep the duration of our stay) and finally the worst of all … MOSQUITO SANCTUARY!!! We were bitten over 40 times, killed over 20 mosquitos, woke up each day with lots more - they were even hiding under our pillows!! The walls were stained of blood from where previous occupants had killed then. Do not stay here, unless you want to be sweating 24/7 and bitten to death.
• Kennedy (6/5): Clean, good location but poor communication & very hot. - Location was good, pretty close to the main attractions, just about a 20 min walk to the main square. The host was very kind to meet us earlier than the normal check-in time to accommodate our needs. Apartment was clean, and the sofa bed was nice. The air conditioning was not working properly, and it was an incredibly hot day. We all had a very difficult time sleeping due to the intense heat. There was no information prior to the booking of this problem. Additionally, the bed was very squeaky, so any movement made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep. It was also nearly impossible to get ahold of the hosts once we checked in. No response on the platform or via whatsapp, and no answers to my phone calls on the listed number.

• Dorelsm (8/5): Firenze city is a must do in Italy - The host postpone us until 19.30 to check-in so we had to find a place to left our luggages. 5 euro for each one When we arrived there was no power so after a of walking in town we had to wait the host to fix it...
• Lydia (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay (4 nights) at this apartment and we could definately choose it again. - Our host was really kind, answered all our questions, provided us with useful information, and helped us with our check in, as we arrived quite sooner than the time she was expecting us. The location is good, about 20min walk from the city centre. Florence is quite small so there is no need to stay in city's heart. The apartment was really pleasant and bright, good enough for 2 persons, and suitable even for a long stay. There is a supermarket nearby (3min walk) where you can get supplies or even cook in the apartment's large kitchen. The apartment is located on a main road, so it is a bit noisy. If one is used to sleep in totally quite environments, there might be a problem. Also there could be more basic, inexpensive, necessity goods, like paper towels for the kitchen e.t.c.
