wioletta (4/5): - Die Zimmer waren großzügig und die Lage war gut. Frühstück ok aber nicht mehr. Leider alles sehr veraltet, schrecklicher Geruch im Flur und in Zimmer. Frühstück Damen waren nur mit ihrem Handys beschäftigt, es gab keine Begrüßung, komplette Ignoranz beim Gästen. Schade, können nicht weiter empfehlen!

Imelda (10/5): I would stay at this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends visiting Osaka - Staff and location. The staff esp Mia was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us (first timers in Japan) with all the questions we had. For two people, we booked the 2 rooms with twin beds for more space. Highly recommended if you like your space and need plenty room for your suitcases. It was also nice to have breakfast included everyday. The location is great. Right across the street is 7-11. Around the corner is JP Postal Office (convenient when I mailed my postcards back home). Walking distance to Nankai-Namba train Stations (about 3-4 long blocks). Walking distance to Dotonburi...we were there 3 out of our 8 days since there are so many places to eat and shop. There is also Kuromon Market you can walk to...street foods galore. Foreign Exchange about one block away (higher rate than 7-11); and also by the plaza in Dotonburi (big Money Exchange sign).

Justo en frente del hotel hay un 7 eleven (supermercado) El personal nos atendió muy bien y el desayuno era bastante completo Cosas sin mayor importancia, faltaban siempre toallas, cuando venían a limpiar no las reponían. Las camas no son muy cómodas. El resto todo muy bien

Beds quite firm and the room smelt a little musty.

Lobby decorations dusty. Bamboo bedroom doors make rattling noise. It was clean but some spots such as walls cleaned and edges under kitchen could be improved. Need to pick up towels at lobby. Need to take trash out yourself if not a hotel cleaning day (offered every second day). Some areas of the hotel looked worn on walls. Basic carpet.

TLC025 (10/5): Better than expected in a quiet area. - The hotel was in a great location, we could walk to many attractions and shopping areas. There was a good variety of food at breakfast and it was all fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. So good to have free washing machines available. We were at the end of our Japan tour and found the beds harder than most we had used.
Katherine (8/5): Great stay with very helpful staff. - Next to a lovely park which was in bloom with cherry blossoms. Good location with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. They made additional breakfast for us to accommodate a gluten free diet. They have a washing machine, but no dryer. Would have liked more storage options in the room.

catherine (8/5): Hôtel bien placé à osaka qui propose des appartements confortables et spacieux - Hotel bien placé à proximité de la gare de namba (trains régionaux et navette aeroport kansai). Nous avons aussi apprécié le confort et l'espace de notre appartement (voyage en famille avec nos enfants, jeunes adultes). L'insonorisation des chambres est moyenne et le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Upon departure, I accidentally left my medication in the refrigerator, and the staff went above and beyond by sending it to my next hotel without any issues. All compliments to the team!

Regine (10/5): - Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Frühstücksraum selbst gemütlich und man konnte mittags kostenfreie Getränke zu sich nehmen. Handtücher konnte man sich selbst noch so viele nehmen, wie man wollte und selbst Regenschirme standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ein tolles Hotel.
Tevai (6/5): Bien mais sans plus - On avait pris un appartement 2 chambres. Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le tarif et le personnel présent. Un peu éloigné à pied de la gare. Il faut compter environ 12 minutes de marches en plus. Ce qui n’est pas négligeable lorsque tu rentres le soir.

Withing walking distance to the running man and denden town The rooms could be better cleaned between guests. We moved the beds to put them next to each other only to find thick dust under the beds.

Lara (9/5): A big, well equiped room at a great location - The room was the most spacious one we've been in during our Japan stay (26 m2). It was well equiped with a small kitchen, a bathroom and a small "living room". We had enough space to open 3 big suitcases and still be able to walk around freely. Also, the hotel features a free breakfast and free drinks during the whole day. The location was great and we could walk to Namba and Dotonbori. A 7/11 is right outside the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with any and all inquries. When we went to the free luggage storage the person working there even offered to stay 30 min past his working time to accomodate us. All in all, a really great stay and value for money!

Heather (9/5): Great place for families - This place is perfect for families who need some space and functionality during their trip. The rooms were nice sized and had a basic kitchenette. The free washing machines were perfect! The breakfast was a decent mix of western and Asian options. The staff was also very helpful in extending our stay when our flight was delayed 2 days. The beds were ok.
