• Adriana (6/5): Für meine Zwecke hat es ausgereicht. - Das Bett war sehr bequem/sauber und ich konnte gut schlafen. Seife und Handtücher werden angeboten. Handtücher waren sauber. Waschbecken auch sauber. Der Föhn war ohne Funktion, die Dusche an einigen Stellen am gammeln. Papier durfte nicht die Toilette runter gespielt werden und wenn man das Licht im Badezimmer anmacht hat die Lüftung unglaublich laute Geräusche gemacht. Der Boden hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen.

• Guest (4/5): Wish I had read the reviews - The location was perfect, very close to the station and walkable to the main attractions. The staff were friendly. Everything else was not so good. The property had an awful smell of drains. Bathroom extremely basic and floods. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. I would not stay here again. I did not feel the price was reasonable for what I got.

An sich liegt das Gebäude in einem stillen Innenhof und die Unterkunft wäre mitten in Rom super ruhig Wäre alles super gewesen, wenn nicht die ganze Nacht ein ganz lautes Geräusch, ähnlich wie Schleudern eine Waschmaschine, nicht zu hören gewesen wäre. Das war leider sehr nervig. Wir haben es am zweiten Abend gemeldet, wurde aber nicht behoben.

• Janetta (9/5): - How close to the main train station it was, and easy to find. Extremely clean and welcoming staff. Had a twin twin room. Beds were comfortable, however every movement sent the beds sliding along the floor. Frames were flimsy and too light.
• Arrocha Hernández (4/5): Pésimo alojamiento - La ubicación era buena, cerca de la terminal y del centro una zona tranquila El inodoro estaba literalmente al lado de la ducha, tanto que la misma cortina de la ducha cerraba el inodoro, por ende, cuando te duchabas el inodoro se mojaba y el agua corría por todo el baño hasta la puerta. Demasiado incómodo. Contactamos con el personal para que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos dijeron que “no tenían ninguna habitación pero que nos subirían más toallas”, nunca subieron. A parte de eso, resulta que la recepción es separada, te envían a un edificio muy deteriorado con un ascensor muy viejo que es dudoso si ha pasado algún control de seguridad. En general la habitación y todo deteriorado y la cama doble son dos camas unidas e incómodas, se te clavan los muelles en el cuerpo. En resumen, condiciones pésimas

• Iraia (3/5): Experiencia desagradable - La ubicación es muy buena. Andando puedes llegar prácticamente a todos los sitios de interés. Del baño salía mal olor, teníamos que tener la puerta del baño cerrada porque sino salía olor de tuberías por toda la habitación, horrible. Por otra parte, el sistema de agua del inodoro presentaba un problema extremadamente grave, ya que parecía estar conectado a otra habitación. Cada vez que los huéspedes de la habitación contigua utilizaban la cisterna, nosotros nos quedábamos sin agua para tirar de la cadena en nuestro baño. Esto provocó situaciones muy desagradables, teniendo en ocasiones que dejar el inodoro sin poder usar correctamente hasta que el depósito volviera a cargarse. La ducha era extremadamente pequeña, prácticamente impracticable, y cada vez que nos duchábamos se inundaba por completo el baño, mojando todo el suelo y generando una situación muy incómoda y poco higiénica.

• AnaM997 (7/5): Muy bien localizado y rápida entrada en el alojamiento. - La localización era muy buena a solo 5 minutos andando de la estación Roma Termini. Gracias a estar orientado a un patio interior no había apenas ruido exterior. Fue cómoda y rápida la entrada en la habitación dejándonos incluso entrar antes a dejar las maletas. En general, muy contentos y recomendable para pasar unos días en Roma. La cama era un poco incómoda, con el colchón un poco hudido. A pesar de parecer que limpiaban bien, había bastante polvo sobretodo en una colcha que había en la cama.

Literie d'un autre âge désagréable : ressorts agressif Pas ou peu de savon (2 savons pour une semaine) Après avoir fait remonter l'ensemble de ses problèmes pas de solution proposée par l'établissement. • Ibrahim (1/5): - Esperienza negativa presso Hotel Beauty Palace. Oltre alla pulizia non soddisfacente e alla camera poco curata, ho avuto anche un grosso disagio con il deposito bagagli. Avevo chiesto di lasciare la valigia in hotel perché alle 9:30 avevo un appuntamento importante, ma mi è stato rifiutato dicendo che la reception apriva solo a quell’ora e che non potevo consegnarla prima. Mi è stato anche detto di lasciare la stanza entro le 10 senza alcuna alternativa, e non hanno accettato nemmeno di tenere la valigia temporaneamente in camera. Alla fine sono stato costretto a pagare 10 euro per un deposito bagagli a Termini. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo sicuramente più disponibilità, organizzazione e attenzione verso il cliente. Non lo consiglierei.

• Vanja (8/5): - Its close to the train station and only 20min from center, around hotel there is a lot of places for food (restaurants or street food), good bus/metro connection with others parts of the city. The only thing that can bother someone is a smell from the toilet (its not that strong and its only in the evening) but then u open the windows and its gone.

• Brigitta (1/5): Terrible. - DON’T BOOK HERE! I’ll start from outside. Area is not safe. The “hotel” doesn’t have signs outside or anywhere, so a staff member Waits for you outside, guessing every passerby is you. You go inside, lift is a box on a line, doesn’t feel safe. You arrive on the 5th floor. It’s a really small space, like 10m of isle, and 4 rooms on the sides. You will pay city tax upon arrival, not a small amount, and you will not get a reciept. The room smelt like cigarette. You can’t close the windows all the way, It’s fucking cold. The bedsheet and towels smell sour, and dirty. The shower drain clogged, and smells like sewer all day long. Mold everywhere. We asked for clean up on day 3, all they did was make our bed. Not a sweep nothing. The bed is a sponge, and it will sink to the middle, making it impossible for 2 people to sleep comfortably. The blanket is literally a grandmas spicky old blanket, 100% not washed between guests. On day 4, they didn’t even come to make the annual daily cleaning, trash was not emptied bed not made etc. It says soundproof walls, bullshit. You literally hear the next room flush the toilet, and since It’s 7 floors all together, It’s noisey. Like party noisey. They will shout, scream and blast music till midnight. It also says 24-7 security in the building. I literally saw 1 staff member when we arrived, and That’s it. Doors open all day, only closed at night.

• Marius-Vasile (8/5): - Very close to all the interest places, close to Termini Station which is a big plus, was very quiet no noise you can sleep well, stuff was very nice and pleasant. The only thing I didint like it was a little smell in the bathroom but if you keep the door closed there’s no problem. Another one is about heating if you go in a cold time will be a little cold inside the room, but per total a really recommend, it was my second time there.
