• RoadWarrior71 (8/5): Ok for a short stay but strange pictures in the rooms - This hotel is located in Santa Monica about 2.5 miles from the beach. It's on Santa Monica Boulevard so you can drive or take a bus down the road. It doesn't have a pool or fitness room but they do give you a pass to LA fitness which is about a 15m walk away. On the ground floor, there's an area that advertises coffee and croissant for $6. I didn't see it open since I left early. On the other side there is a separate Mexican restaurant that has pretty good food and service but there aren't many tables so you might run out of room. Across from the Mexican restaurant is a little corner shopping area with Domino's Pizza, Chinese food, Indian food, a sushi shack, and a 7-Eleven And on the other side of that shopping area is another one with a pizza restaurant and a fancier Chinese restaurant. And a Smart and Final across the street. So plenty of food options within a 5m walk. They charge $30 for parking but the person at reception encouraged people to park in front of the hotel. If you park after 5pm, you can leave it overnight until 9am for no charge. I see why because there isn't much parking in the parking garage. The receptionist said that it was safe to park on the street and I didn't see any vandalism. The rooms were kind of strange. They have a little window that look out onto a little patio. You can walk onto the patio through a set of security doors and you could then look into every guest's room. Of course, no one did that and most windows had their blinds drawn. The other thing is that every room and hallway has sketches of women, most of them in bikinis. With my daughter in the room, I didn't like the one in my room - two women with their bikini bottoms facing toward the room. I tried taking it off but it was firmly affixed. If I was going with family again, I would not stay there for this simple reason. There's no drawers in the room but there is a closet and open space near the door where you could store suitcases and bags. But if you're looking for a place to just spend the night, it's okay.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean - perfect for both rest and work. I especially loved the well‑equipped desk, which made it easy to catch up on work before bed. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, and parking was convenient; we found spaces easily, which made navigating the city stress‑free. I would definitely book here again without hesitation.

The location turned out to be one of the biggest advantages — it’s close enough to Santa Monica attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still being in a relatively спокойном районе. It was easy to get around both by car and on foot. The room itself was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with enough space to feel comfortable even during a multi-day stay. Overall, the hotel offers a great balance between price, comfort, and location, which is not always easy to find in LA.
• Roam45565108783 (2/5): Air Conditioning Louder Than Arena Rock Show - Don’t stay here! If you want to get any sleep! Stay elsewhere! Their broken air conditioning system is louder than a stadium rock show. It’s so bad they have free ear plugs in every room! So Marriott knows they have a problem, and they take your money anyhow. I moved to 3 different rooms on 2 floors in one night! Same thing. Didn't sleep a wink. Just don’t stay here!
• NorthStar62373208002 (10/5): Solid stay for a few nights - Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Santa Moniitca. It's got that cool minimalist Marriott vibe. My favorite part was that I didn't have to hunt foor power outlets to charge my laptop and phone, they're everywhere. The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear someone in the hallway once or twice, but overall it was pretty chill. Much better value than the overpriced hotels right on the water

• tphsb (10/5): Great choice for team travel - The accommodations at Found Santa Monica were exactly what our travel team needed: comfortable beds, quiet rooms, centrally located. Parents and athletes alike were very happy with the set up. The boys enjoyed a solid breakfast burrito offering, and the parents/coaches took advantage of complimentary coffee. The local food offerings a short walk (<5 minutes) away were spot on. We chose the Found for its helpful 4x twin room configuration, which meant all the athletes had their own beds. This in turn reduced the overall cost for the trip, and was a huge help on the budget. The location along Santa Monica Boulevard lends itself to quick access to the 405 and the PCH.

The new branding of the hotel has made really great improvements in quality of the rooms and superior service than before. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly. The General Manager Cory made sure our stay was as best as could be. The parking was surprisingly adequate for the Santa Monica area.

• Aurora (6/5): It was a decent stay however I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and would not stay again. - I liked how it was not far too far from universal studios and Beverly Hills and also the late check in. I disliked how there is only limited parking for guests. I had to move my car out of the garage because it was “sold out” and had to park in front of the hotel but also wake up early at 8 am to move the car again because of construction. After coming from a long night out that’s the least thing I wanted to worry about. The sinks were also terribly small. Washing my hands alone got water all over the floor.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and super-comfortable - perfect after long days exploring the city. The shared kitchen (with a fantastic coffee machine!) was a real bonus. Location-wise, it’s close to everything yet feels quiet, and I always found safe street parking. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica. Everything was perfect!

I was double charged for the room. First, i was fully charged through booking.com and then the hotel fully charged me for the two nights stay using the card i gave to cover the accidentals. There were also massive repairs outside in front of the hotel, making that area basically unwalkable.

The area the hotel is in did not feel safe and my bike, that I parked on property was stolen. When I approached the hotel staff about this they were very quick to tell me they couldn`t do anything about it. Until that time they were very friendly but as soon as I approached them with this situation they became very cold and brushed me off. The bike was parked on the property and I would have assumed they had insurance or something that would have covered my loss.

The walls are like paper, you hear everything. I had struggle to sleep. Also the bed and pillow were not comfortable. No kettle in the room. The location was not very good, unsafe neighborhood.

• Veronika (1/5): Ужасный менеджмент и сотрудник - Не предупредили заранее что депозит равен стоимости ночи. Пока я начала переводить деньги с карты на карту , у меня отменили бронирование . Деньги не хотели возвращать , начали выгонять из отеля вместо возврата денег. Говорить со мной никто не хотел.
• Paul_Oliver (2/5): Awful and bad hotel practices - I checked into my room to find there was an air-conditioning condensing unit on the outside wall (room 306 to avoid doubt). The vibrations from it were so bad the noise in the room was terrible. I went to reception and they come up to the room and agreed that the noise was so bad they would not stay in that room. I asked to be moved to another room but there were none available. I asked what could be done and they apologised and said that either I stay in that room or they would cancel for a full refund and I would have to stay elsewhere (at 22:30 in the evening). I looked and found another hotel so they offered me a "FULL" refund but it would take a couple of days. I was fine with that and thanked them for the help. I have now received a partial refund, I have tried to get them to refund the difference but they refuse because of the hotel cancellation policy. I DIDNT CANCEL THE BOOKING... YOU DID because your staff agreed that room was not fit and you had no other room. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were basic but ok, there is a small bar accessible from the hotel which is ok. The location is ok.
• Thomas (4/5): - Die Toilette ist jedes Mal fast umgekippt beim drauf setzen. Das Zimmer ging zur innen Seite und man konnte das Rollo nicht öffnen. Es sollte so sein. Das man mehre Tage ohne Tageslicht auskommen sollte. Katastrophe. Wir sind eine Nacht früher abgehauen, hat keinen Interessiert, Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück.

• Sabina (8/5): - I liked the location though the hotel is located on a major boulevard so there is the attendant street noise if the room faced the street like mine. I liked the décor and no fuss check-in and check-out process, the laundry and kitchen options. The street noise but that is impossible to do away with.
• Rangel (5/5): It was okay, would not stay here again. - There’s a small restaurant in the property. The housekeepers didn’t thoroughly clean the restroomsc especially the showers! There were hairs on the wall of the shower from a previous guest.
• FADEL Rouabah (7/5): Bien mais cher pour ce que c'est - Hotel très propre, par contre tout est basic. Parking payant mais autour de l'hôtel facile de se garer. Rue très bruyante. Hôtel pris pour être proche de santa monica. Loin de la plage, besoin d'un véhicule pour y aller. Pas de petit déjeuner
• Leonardo (4/5): Dejamos nuestra habitación al día siguiente por lo ruidosa y mala conexión a internet. - La madera en la decoración de los ambientes. El cuarto en el que dormimos fue muy ruidoso, ruidos de un motor que creo que se encontró en la terraza. El internet fue malo.

• TZU WEI (4/5): - 地理位置不錯，離Santa Monica beach很近 問了櫃檯洗衣的操作怎麼使用，感覺都愛理不理，後來自己操作很久才成功。

• Angelika (3/5): - No parking , we arrived late at night , had to park on the side of the hotel and next morning woke up with parking ticket. There was construction and we couldn’t sleep , it was so loud .
• Martin Sebastian (10/5): Excelente!! - Excelente! La habitación súper grande, todo limpio, impecable. La atención del personal 10 puntos, súper amables. La zona muy tranquila, en el punto justo para moverte en Los Ángeles, encima en las calles de alrededor del hotel no hay que pagar parking, entonces podes dejar en auto en la calle si es que alquilas uno en tu visita a Los Ángeles y no hace falta pagar el parking en el hotel que es 33 USD.

• Jennifer (5/5): Ill try to find another hotel because of the dirty floors and whining AC. - Location was ok. Bed was comfortable. The carpets in the hall and in the hotel were filthy. Lots of stains and there was a smell. In my hotel room there was a strong air freshener smell. The AC had a high pitch rattling sound that kept me up all night.
