• Deborah (8/5): Loved the location, cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. - Great location, clean and comfortable beds, very spacious, good heating as it was winter so lovely and warm. Short walking distance to restaurants. The access app used was ok once i got help with it but access to the building and apartment is completely reliant on the app, so if your phone runs out of battery you would not be able to get in. Keys for the main building and code for the apartment would be much better than the existing entry method.

• Jitendra (8/5): Excellent property with a great location and plenty of space. - Very well located and spacious. Getting into the property the first time was difficult. Needed to review the video just before getting to the property (video needs to be updated with how to get out). Otherwise it was fine to get in and out.

• Eva (6/5): Good value, great location but the place is a bit janky - The location was great. The neighborhood felt local and had the best food we had in Rome. However, it was still close to sightseeing spots. The apartment exterior and courtyard were really nice and we liked the tiles inside. Very few things in the apartment worked. Additionally, the power went out on the last night, so there was no hot water in the shower. The overhead lights were super bright and pretty much none of the lamps in the house worked. It would have been great to have a small lamp for reading.
• Tania (8/5): Great spot, close to everything & a great basic apartment so we could be self sufficient during ring out stay. - Everything we needed in walking distance. The electronic entry was a bit of an issue because we had some internet connection issues.

• Tuopi (7/5): If all the above shortcomings are eliminated, it is a nice apartment, which is located within walking distance of the si - Clean linen and a good bed, clean freezer, warm. Unnecessary stuff was floating everywhere. Behind the hallway curtain was a broken TV, some old papers, folders. There was a clock on the kitchen wall that hadn't shown the time in a long time. All of this is classified under the general term garbage. Under the sink were ceramic tiles left over from construction. Two holes worked on the gas stove. The dishwasher did not invite itself to be used. This apartment needs refreshing, major cleaning in the bathroom, in addition to replacing the shower mixer, washing the curtains and windows. The ceiling lights are also buried under the dust. In addition, the apartment could have a kettle.
• Dusan (9/5): Nice antique apartment - Nice apartment with more than enough space for four people. Bunch of books on shelves everywhetr is also a plus, especially if you speak Italian. Great location with walking distance to downtown Floor tiles in whole apartment can feel a bit cold if you are in January there but if you are in summer months it is definatelly another plus
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - Nice quiet location, with restaurants/shops in area. Within 30/45 minute walk to many of Rome's sites
• Neeta (9/5): Great accommodation in fantastic location, brilliant access to metro trains, buses and taxis. - Andrea gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a lot of information and helped with restaurants as we arrived quite late due to flight delay. As our flight was delayed which was out of our control - it would have been appreciated if the charges after 9pm could have been dropped as it is an exceptional circumstance.
