• Martin (5/5): accommodation did not meet our expectations. The price of the apartment definitely doesn't match what we expected, n - Destination Zero amenities. Except for toilet paper, the place had nothing. No shower gel or shampoo. The beds and furniture are well past their prime. The duvets felt unhygienic, and there were no sheets.

• Mateusz (9/5): - Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja. Blisko Watykanu, i stacji metra Ottaviano. Sporo restauracji i sklepów w pobliżu. Mimo ruchliwej okolicy w apartamencie jest wystarczająco cicho. Jeżeli już miałbym się do czegoś przyczepić, to kuchnia była trochę mała. Oczywiście, było to widoczne wcześniej na zdjęciach oraz opis zgadzał się ze stanem faktycznym.

• Sandra (8/5): - Het appartement heeft een perfecte ligging. Super fijn dat de bedden al waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Goede faciliteiten! Klein, maar heel fijn! Fijn contact met de beheerder! De slaapbank in de kamer sliep niet zo heel prettig. Het bed en de kleine slaapbank in de gang waren prima. Appartement is gehorig.
• Silvia (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar handwerklichen Mängel - Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage, paar Minuten zum Vatikan und die Metrostation ca. 100 Meter entfernt. In der Nähe sind Restaurants und Bäckereien die normale Preise haben. Die Wohnung war soweit sauber. Mehr geht immer. Wir waren zu sechst, hatten 2 Badezimmer. Betten waren bequem. Ein kleiner Balkon an der Küche, Terrasse am Wohnzimmer. Wir würden, trotz nachstehenden Kritik, die Wohnung wieder buchen. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass in einem Badezimmer die Toilettenbrille lose war, vor allen Dingen hatten wir das in vorherigen Bewertungen schon gelesen, dachten das ist zwischenzeitlich repariert. Leider nicht. Im anderen Bad war die Toilette insgesamt eine wackelige Angelegenheit, Dusche lief nicht richtig ab und Licht gab es nur durch eine Stehlampe. Deckenleuchte funktionierte nicht. Außerdem ging die Terrassentür sehr schwer auf. Insgesamt müsste mal ein Handwerker kommen und einiges richten.

• Hołysz (10/5): - The stay in Rome was very enjoyable. The place was clean and well maintained, everything matched the description. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to rest properly after long days of sightseeing. A big advantage was the amount of space in the apartment. There is a spacious living room where you can comfortably spend time together as a group. Having two bathrooms was very practical, especially in the mornings when everyone was getting ready. There were also two irons available, working air conditioning, and a TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and regular channels, which made relaxing in the evening very easy. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, kettle, and basic appliances needed for cooking. The large dining table was perfect for shared meals, and the terraces were a great place to relax in the fresh air after a busy day.

• FRANCISCO (9/5): Apartamento práctico en VATICANO - La ubicación cerca de Vaticano. Junto a la boca de Metro OTTAVIANO. Finca con solera pero modernizada. Tiendas, bares y restaurantes para elegir en los alrededores. Comunicación afectuosa y práctica con Federica a través de Chat Booking o WhatsApp. Auto Check in. Perfecto para una familia de 5 con una habitación y 2 sofás camas Hay pocos enchufes en la cocina q no dan para los electrodomésticos precisos. Y añadiría un punto de luz en la cocina para trabajar bien. Ascensor antiguo y muy pequeño.

Позволиха ни да си оставим багажа преди времето за настаняване. Душът в допълнителната баня не беше много удобен и топлата вода от бойлера в нея свършваше бързо. С основната баня нямаше проблем. Интернет сигналът не стига до всички помещения.

• Bartosz (9/5): - Apartament jest duży i przestronny, a dzięki dwóm łazienkom świetnie sprawdza się dla większej grupy. Obsługa zasługuje na duży plus, kontakt był bardzo dobry, a problem z dostępem do ciepłej wody, który pojawił się podczas naszego pobytu, został rozwiązany szybko i sprawnie. Lokalizacja jest znakomita, apartament znajduje się tuż przy stacji metra Ottaviano, około 500 metrów od Watykanu. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji oraz sklepów z pamiątkami. Dodatkowym atutem jest bezpieczna i spokojna okolica. Zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemów dzięki dokładnym instrukcjom od gospodarza. Obiekt był czysty i dobrze przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Apartament jest zadbany i czysty, jednak widać, że przydałoby mu się już delikatne odświeżenie. Niewielkie poprawki i odnowienie niektórych elementów mogłyby znacząco wpłynąć na komfort pobytu oraz ogólne wrażenie. Nie jest to nic, co przeszkadza w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, ale z pewnością podniosłoby standard obiektu.

• Flora (9/5): Perfetto addio al nubilato ✨ - Siamo stati in questo appartamento a Roma per un weekend tra amiche per un addio al nubilato (eravamo in 7) e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano, comodissima per spostarsi ovunque in città. Inoltre è vicinissimo ai Musei Vaticani e a Castel Sant’Angelo, quindi ideale anche per muoversi a piedi. L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso e ben organizzato: due camere da letto (una con soppalco), un soggiorno/sala da pranzo ampio, cucina completa, due bagni e un terrazzino davvero carino. Perfetto per gruppi numerosi. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore, cosa non scontata e molto comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e casa fornita di tutto il necessario, incluse le asciugamani. Un grande punto a favore anche per l’host, davvero gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di entrare in anticipo per lasciare gli zaini e, il giorno dopo, ci ha concesso un check-out leggermente più tardi, venendoci incontro con grande disponibilità. Piccoli miglioramenti possibili: • qualche sistemazione nei bagni (alcuni sanitari un po’ instabili) • aggiungere un bagnoschiuma per la doccia Per il resto, tutto perfetto. Ci tornerei sicuramente per un altro viaggio a Roma in gruppo!

• Gloria (1/5): PÉSIMO - Solo la ubicación Departamento oscuro, pequeño, sin cortinas, si se abren ventanas se queda expuesto a vecinos; camas malas, sin closet adecuado, el que ofrecen esta en malas condiciones y no se puede usar; baño incómodo, ducha pequeña, ni siquiera hay lugar para colgar toallas, sin calefacción en sala y baño; pese a mostrar balcon o terraza esta no existe, el piso con desnivel y de madera, al que le falta mantenimiento y cruje, equipamiento de cocina extremadamente básico, mesa en malas condiciones. Las fotografías no representan lo mal que esta el departamento

• Ilaena (8/5): Great stay in a spacious apartment - A great location, even though it is a very busy area, the flat is peaceful and quiet inside. There are two lovely terraces. The apartment has a lift (great for prams for children) and the apartment was well equipped with a dishwasher, heating etc. The two showers are a bit difficult to use but not bad. There was no body wash in the bathrooms.

• Albert (10/5): Muy agradable, con encanto y localización perfecta - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia (utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos, cubiertos, esponja y jabón para lavar los platos, microondas, tostadora…). El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, cosa esencial en Roma en los meses de calor! Y la ubicación no podía ser mejor! Cerquísima del metro, al lado De San Pedro y Museos Vaticanos, comercios y restaurantes muy cerca del apartamento…). Nosotros pasamos 3 noches y éramos 2 adultos y 3 niños pequeños. Estuvimos súper a gusto y teníamos el espacio suficiente para descansar por las tardes/noches. Lo único mejorable sería que el colchón de la habitación principal, no era de los más cómodos… y las almohadas eran todas muy gruesas (para mí perfecto, pero para mi marido no tanto). La televisión tiene muchos canales locales, pero echamos en falta que no fuera smart TV y no poder conectar Netflix o enviar la señal desde el teléfono.

Very close to the Vatican and all the historical places worth visiting in Rome. Easy communication with the owner of the apartment. I recommend it to enjoy your stay in Rome. The location was perfect! 8 minute walk from St Peter’s Basilica and 2 minute walk from the Metro. The host was really nice too. I would definitely stay here again. The mattress in the loft was a little uncomfortable.

• Anna (10/5): - Apartament wynajęliśmy na dwie doby, swój pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze, a mieszkanie wywarło na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Absolutnie niczego nam nie brakowało, mieliśmy do dyspozycji piękny salon z jadalnią, taras oraz dwie oddzielne sypialnie i łazienki. Zdjęcia jak najbardziej odzwierciedlają jak to wygląda. Nie zabrakło także suszarki, pralki i żelazka. W kuchni byla wystarczająca ilość przyborów. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry, a lokalizacja znakomita, blisko Watykanu oraz metra. Gdybyśmy mieli wrócić ponownie do Rzymu to jak najbardziej do Amleto Apartaments.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious — a true oasis after busy days exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to the Vatican, charming cafes, and major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. • Liene (3/5): Sorry we could not enjoy it at all, the management of repairs situation could have been done better. - The flat was nice and location is good. The general commjnication was quite pushy from the beginning. Later it turned out the shower is not fixed properly and will not be available, so we had to leave the same day we arrived and look for a different place to stay. Getting back a refund also takes some time, have to remind for about 3 days already.

The fridge was not working and the freezer would not close, we reported it to the landlord but ultimately fixed it ourselves. • Reem (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good There was a strange smell in the whole apartment it was pretty old and the shower floor was concrete

• Moria (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the apartment, a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the houses of old Rome, with an excellent balcony, high ceilings and spacious rooms. Very close to the Vatican. Owners were welcoming and friendly. When my daughter forgot her favorite toy at home, the owner immediately agreed to send it by mail
• Lea (9/5): Superb - The apartment was close to the Vatican and Rome's main districts. Very nice staff, Andrea was very accommodating before and during the check-in. Pictures on Booking.com are not the same that we had, but it was still nice!
