• Maria Paola (8/5): - Su Google Maps avevo letto delle recensioni in merito a delle criticità che ho avuto il piacere di trovare risolte: - oltre agli scuri originali c’è tenda molto pesante oscurante per ottenere buio in camera - self check in con codice porta Inoltre la struttura è pulita e la posizione ottima La stanza è un po’ buia Si sentono un po’ gli ospiti delle altre stanze Il wifi la prima sera non funzionava Tisaneria migliorabile

• florian (1/5): - Nous sommes venus de France pour passer un week-end à Rome. Trente heures avant d'arriver, nous avons prévenu que nous ferions le check-in à 21h, en prenant connaissance d'un surplus financier de 30€ pour un check-in entre 19h et 22h. On ne nous a pas répondu. Arrivés sur place, personne ! On nous indique un manque de personnel et on nous laisse dehors à 21h... Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Le personnel a même refusé d'annuler gratuitement notre réservation alors que c'est bien l'établissement qui est fautif ! C'est une honte, rien de plus à dire ! Très déçu !

• Remache (9/5): Ver el coliseo de noche es Mágico - Un ambiente tranquilo pero lo que me encantó mucho es cerca al coliseo puedes aprovechar en la noche para un pequeño recorrido. Solo hubo un pequeño detalle por la lluvia pero por lo demás todo bien volvería.

• María Camila (10/5): Muy agradable - El espacio es muy agradable, todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Es amplio, la habitación es muy iluminada y las instalaciones están muy organizadas. El personal fue muy amable. Al llegar, me permitieron dejar mi equipaje mientras esperaba la hora de ingreso, y el día del check-out también pude dejarlo en una sala de estar ya que mi vuelo era mucho más tarde. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia. Cerca al Coliseo, por mucho 3 minutos caminando. Sin duda volvería, me encantó la experiencia.

Ho provato a contattare l’host due volte ma mai avuto risposta.. per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molto di più. Unica nota positiva come già detto è la posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo

Room tended to daily with fresh linen and towels Check in was a bit confusing and stressful, couldn’t find the key. • Christina (6/5): For price & location I think it’s worth it, just know you’re getting what you paid! - The owners were very nice, even offered to let us store bags with them. Few blocks away from colosseum, 25 minute walk to Rome termini to get back to airport. 60 minute walk to Vatican. I didn’t realize this was a shared apartment prior to booking, meaning you enter one locked door then there’s 3 locked rooms that are rented out by others which woke me up a few times & sounded like someone was trying to open our door. Located on the 4th floor with many stairs. Shower leaks into bedroom area & only 1 part of the shower head worked which made showering a bit challenging, bathroom could use a little TLC for sure. Also advertised as a B&B however was not offered breakfast during our stay.

• Nick (1/5): Awful, super sketchy, avoid like the plague! - Zero. Proprietors were unresponsive while I communicated travel challenges due to train strikes and took no accommodation measures. Their very own transport services were affected by the same travel issues/protests and yet they did nothing. Also say that you need to pickup the keys to the property on the other side of city and charge you extra if you don’t come during that window. There’s plenty of wonderful places to stay in Rome, don’t go near these guys.

• Cherie (8/5): Ok for a short stay and if you want to be near Colosseum, no lift for large luggage. Self check in. - This is a self check in property, they were unable to collect the city tax at the property so you have to have cash or travel to another part of Rome to pay it, so that is inconvenient. Very close to the Colosseum and lots of eating places nearby. A bit of a hike from Rome Terminal, a busy part of Rome so parking is an issue and street noise. Our bed was not comfortable.
• Younis Muhammad (6/5): Excellent locations, clean apartment, hard for those who has big luggages - The location Its on the 3rd floor and has big stairs so its little bit harder for those who have big luggage’s, and the other thing its divided into 3 rooms, so its a shared entrance and kitchen. But the rooms have their own bathrooms.

• Iryna (10/5): Appartamento meraviglioso proprio accanto al Colosseo. - Gli appartamenti sono meravigliosi, molto confortevoli per due persone. Il prezzo per una posizione del genere è davvero ottimo. In soli 3 minuti siete al Colosseo, il che è molto comodo, poiché la distanza da tutti i luoghi di interesse è facilmente raggiungibile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi caffè e ristorantini, oltre a un negozio aperto 24 ore su 24, cosa molto pratica. Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti del nostro viaggio a Roma per alcuni giorni. Saremmo felici di tornare qui di nuovo. Un grazie al proprietario e anche allo staff. Non abbiamo trovato alcun difetto.
• Brendan (5/5): - It was very close to the colosseum, a lot of nice cafes nearby and a good working airco. The mattress was very uncomfortable, very thin and sort of memory foam. We didn’t have any blanket, just a duvet cover. It’s noteworthy that there’s no safe in the room, so you can’t leave your valuables there.

• Sandra (7/5): A fine place for a short stay in a convenient location if you don’t want to spend a fortune on accommodation. - The location was perfect. All sights were within walking distance, and for places a bit further away, the metro was close by. The showerdoor was broken, which meant we could only use the handheld shower; otherwise, the whole bathroom would get soaked. In our opinion, the bed was far too soft and therefore very uncomfortable — it felt like a sagging bed.
