• Bhavisha (9/5): Fantastic. We can’t wait to plan another trip. Our host, Eva was so thoughtful and attentive. We really appreciated it. - The property was huge - there were 6 of us but 4 bedrooms with double beds so we were pleasantly surprised by the size. The pool and the view were gorgeous. Lots of communal areas and options for seating Got quite cold the first night, wifi/accessing internet was a little hard. Ubers really struggled.

• Eduardo (10/5): - Estaba en un sitio privilegiado muy cerca del mirador, junto al teleférico. Con las mejores vistas de la ciudad. En la piscina disfrutaron mucho los niños No conocen las armuadas.
• Kath (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. A great multifaceted family break. - Although the accommodation was away from Dubrovnik we loved that. It was so so peaceful with the backdrop of the trees, you could really relax away from it all, but be in the centre really quickly. You can walk down which has breathtaking views of the coastline and city, it took energy to do that but was so worth it, I recommend taking swimmers as the last stunning little street down brings you out onto the entrance of the beach where we had a refreshing dip before we got stuck into our day. The house was really comfortable with soap, oil, salt, pepper, tea etc available, this always makes a stay more homely. Nothing it ticked all our boxes

• Estevez (9/5): Casa hermosa, tranquila e ideal para familias - La casa hermosa, cumplio ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecable y muy comodo. Eramos una familia de 8 y sobraba lugar, ademas de que estaba muy equipada. Si buscan algo un poco más apartado del caos que puede ser la ciudad en plena temporada, es ideal. Iva, la propietaria, fue muy atenta en todo momento, desde antes de nuestra llegada. Tambien tuvo muy buena predisposicion para solucionar un problema que surgió con la reserva, para el cual el servicio de asistencia al cliente de Booking fue desastroso. Llamamos mas de 5 veces desde Julio (un mes antes) para resolver el problema y no nos dieron una sola solución. Lo único que hay que aclarar es que el acceso es un poco complicado si viajan en un auto grande. Alquilamos una van para 9 y si bien pasaba, las calles para llegar son angostas. Una vez alli se puede usar uber para subir y bajar.
• Aashay (7/5): The stay was wonderful, but the host needs to work on their hospitality - The facilities provided were really nice, everyone of us enjoyed it. The host was very rude. We had asked for early check-in but the host did not give us any kind of reply telling if the villa was ready for check-in or not. We were out there roaming in the sun waiting for a reply from the host. There was no reply from their side so we had to go to the property, and we found out that the villa was all clean and ready to check-in but the host did not have the time to text/call me saying that the property is ready.
• Roman (3/5): - Unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The hosts were rather unfriendly, and the welcome felt tense and somewhat aggressive. What surprised us the most and made us feel very uncomfortable, was the presence of surveillance cameras near the pool area, directly overlooking the entire terrace. It’s hard to relax or enjoy time with your family when you feel like you're constantly being watched. Another major issue was the access to the property. There is no clear address that leads directly to the house, which makes it very difficult to order a taxi or get picked up. The city center is also quite far, and taxi rides are expensive, so if you're planning to explore Dubrovnik frequently, it's better to look for accommodation closer to the center. If you value your privacy, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this might not be the right place for you...

• Anne (9/5): Beautiful, peaceful place - we'd love to return.. - Beautiful 4 double bedroom house - very clean , peaceful and comfortable. The pool was so welcome after a hot day touring Dubrovnic and we loved the outside dining area, looking out over woodland. There is an exceptional restaurant in the village. To get to Dubrovnic old town, we walked 20 minutes down a scenic pathway - quite rocky but stunning views. To come back, we used Uber or a taxi from the rank just outside the Ploce city gate - it was very easy. We loved our stay in Bosanca and would like to return. Nothing - it was all great.

• Rini (8/5): Great stay for large families. - Great find for a large family and they had a laundry machine which was nice. Place is a bit dated but the bedrooms were so beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the air conditioning in every room. Nice kitchen and living room, everything was great.
• Saroja (5/5): I like the accommodation very much and Dubrovnik is a gorgeous place. - Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is away from local shop but uber is great I didn’t like the attitude of the owner of the property. I didn’t meet him or her but they demanded copy of our passports which no other Air bnb has asked us before . I have never given passport copies to hotels or other hosts I rented accommodation with . They don’t care if Hotels didn’t ask copies . I said I was happy for her or him to come and check them at the property but they demanded copy of passports that police can issue us a ticket and it is in our best interest . The experience at the villa was great apart from the host demand .
• Laura (8/5): A brilliant and beautiful place to stay. - Loved the villa and the pool, the location was also fantastic. The owners were difficult to contact (they said there were problems with their phone) and weren’t responding to messages promptly in the run up to the stay and when we were there. Having said that, we worked most things out and our stay was a good one as the house was so good.

• Alexandra (10/5): 10/10 absolutely brilliant - Communication with owners was brilliant, very helpful and informative! Facilities in the property were spot-on! The pool was beautiful, great temperature! It was easy to get to and from the villa via Uber-not too expensive. We had a brilliant time the uber drivers recommended loads of places for us which was fab the restaurant down the road was unreal would 10/10 recommend! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy and spacious. You do have to use transport of some sort to get to the old town. For us this wasn’t an issue at all but if you’d rather be closer then this might be a bit far.
• Scott (8/5): Great value for money, dont be put off by the location! - Using uber to get from the location back into Dubrovnik was really easy and cheap, was nice being a little further out - meant we could relax and enjoy the villa more. Plenty of space for 8 adults (4 couples) and the facilities served our needs. We enjoyed using the indoor bbq & 'Taverna' room. Terace and pool got the sun for most of the afternoon. More than one key card for access would be good, but this didnt spoil our stay, we made it work
• Chris (10/5): Beautiful villa away from the hustle of Dubrovnik - This is a beautiful villa just outside the busy city of Dubrovnik . It's a steep but easy walk down the hill into Dubrovnik and the bus or Uber back is the best option. The pool is a great plunge pool/ children's pool. The restaurant in the village is great. I recommend hiring a car. At the moment there is some construction work in the village, but like all construction work, it's a short term thing and not too intrusive. Google maps doesn't get the property's location right. You need to go slightly to the left of the electricity tower in the centre of the village.

• Zena (10/5): excellent family holiday we all had, would highly recommend - Fantastic villa with all you need for a family holiday, spacious outdoor area including pool, bbq, dining area, lovely setting in Bosanka, very friendly staff who arranged our transfers for us, very helpful. not really anything with the Villa itself but the roads around it are very narrow with no pavement so when walking with small children you need to be careful, although the roads are not too busy.
• Rajat (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend. - it was very big and nice, even for 8 people the property is very big. very clean and almost new with a very luxurious feeling. fully equipped and a great place to live in, I would highly recommend it. it is ok top of the mountain though near the city. You can do a small 20-30 min hike cum walk or take an uber for 6-8 euros to old town.
