• Efekan (8/5): Fiyat/performans. Merkezi, ulaşımı kolay. Temiz. Fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi - Tesis fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. “Ottaviano” Metro istasyonunun tam dibinde. Ayrıca vatikan’a yürüyerek 2 dakika. Tesis roma old town’a (frenzi çeşmesi, kolzeyum, pantheon vs) 5-6 km mesafede. Yürüyerek gidilmesi mümkün değil. Duş ve banyo temizdi. Oda genişliği iyiydi. Gayet merkezi bir yerdeydi. Aksilik halinde otel sahibiyle iletişim kurulabiliyor. Televizyon imkanı güzel. 3 gece konaklama için ideal bir yerdi. Tesisin resepsiyonu yok. Adeta bir müfettiş gadget gibi size verilen yönergelere uymanız lazım. Girişte pasaportu kendiniz tarattığınız bir bölüm var. Evet resepsiyonu olmayan bi yer için pratik ama biraz uğraştırıcı. Oda servisi talepte bulunmamamıza rağmen her gün odaya girmiş ancak temiz havlu bırakmamış. Saç kurutma makinenizi veya dyson getirdiyseniz kullanmak mümkün değil çünkü bu aletleri kullanınca sürekli sigorta atıyor. Ama bu italya’daki genel bir sorun. Askı ve ütü sordum ancak tesis sahibi cevap vermedi

• Arbjon (10/5): Breve soggiorno di lavoro - Struttura posizionata in un punto davvero strategico. Vicinissimo al Vaticano e alla metro per potersi spostare. Non ho nulla da segnalare.

• Tianhang (7/5): Fantastic location but could do with some improvements - The location was amazing - right next to the Ottaviano metro station and also within walking distance to the Vatican. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Check in was smooth (fully electronic) with clear instructions sent beforehand. Our room had a lot of mould along the sides of the window and was only dealt with after we had raised this issue with the property manager. The issue was however acknowledged and cleaned during the next day. There is a water dispenser in the hallway. The hot water component was definitely not cleaned properly as the dispensed water was dirty. We also raised this and not much appeared to have been done to fix it. The room we had was also quite small and the space was not well utilised. There's no table other than the window sill so it made it difficult to even have a quick takeaway meal in the room.

Letto comodo, posizione strepitosa, personale gentilissimo, puliscono la stanza e cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Checkin super comodo e adoro non dover portare chiavi in giro C’era tanta polvere sotto il letto, quindi un pochino di allergia.

На разположение кафе машина с осигурено кафе, диспенсър за вода. Много лесна комуникация със собственика, възможност за оставяне на багажа след освобождаване на стаята. Спокоен район. Със сигурност бих препоръчала на приятели и когато отново посетя Рим отново ще отседна тук. Всичко ми хареса

• Sara (9/5): Ritornerei e ho indicato la struttura ad una mia amica agente di viaggi - La vicinanza alla metro, la pulizia , il confort. Mancava la ventola in bagno e dalle foto sembrava più spaziosa
• Teresa (6/5): - It was a perfect location. The hotel is a center of everything to Vatican, shops, museums and metro station. We have a good time in Rome. The only thing I complained about our AC was not working. I called the host and she told me to contact the property manager Mitchi. I called Mitchi and told about the AC she told me to screen shot the thermostat and sent it to her. It was warm so I opened the window to get some air but it was so loud people walking by and screaming. Next morning I texted the host and the property manager to informed them that we don’t have AC last night . I did not get any response or call from them. Nobody came to our room to check the AC. We asked our next door for help to check our AC but he did not know also. No problem during the day because we were out but when we went back to the hotel the room was very warm. Very poor management it’s okay if only 1 night but we stayed there for 3 nights the room was warm. The issue was ignored.

• Monica (8/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione ottima, proprio davanti all'ingresso della metro in una via pedonale quindi abbastanza tranquillo. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento e lo hanno prontamente risolto. Camera in miniatura ma c'era tutto... è una camera molto intima... La doccia ottima, a temperatura e getto perfetto. Finestre insonorizzate i rumori esterni venivano molto attutiti. La temperatura della stanza era tipo deserto del Sahara, c'erano 28 gradi quando siamo entrati e dopo un giorno e mezzo è arrivata ad una temperatura decente. Il letto è ad una piazza e mezzo quindi piccolo.

• Patrick (9/5): posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Ottaviano - L'appartamento aveva una posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Ottaviano. Il check-in è stato semplice, anche se è durato un po' più a lungo perché eravamo in quattro persone. La camera era pulita. La doccia era fantastica e la stanza era arredata in modo carino, con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Per il portone d'ingresso, la porta dell'appartamento e la porta della camera abbiamo ricevuto codici diversi. Torneremo molto volentieri. Purtroppo la camera era poco insonorizzata. Si sentiva tutto dall'esterno e dal corridoio. L'aria condizionata e la televisione non funzionavano. In bagno la luce dello specchio non funzionava, quindi era un po' buio. II materasso era troppo morbido. Alle 7:00 del mattino sono arrivati degli operai nel corridoio e hanno iniziato a lavorare facendo molto rumore, svegliandoci tutti. Nonostante gli aspetti negativi, prenoterei di nuovo questa camera in qualsiasi momento, perché la posizione è perfetta e per un breve viaggio questi dettagli non hanno un peso così importante.

• Marianna (10/5): Great accommodation, definitely recommend! - We stayed in the room for 4 people, it was great, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect next to metro and bus station and 5 mins walking distance from Vatican. Safe neighbourhood with shops and supermarket near. The hostess was very helpful and we appreciated a lot the fact that they provided free lockers for the day of check out.

• danilo (8/5): Smart room in buonissima posizione per arrivare a Piazza del Vaticano - Non c'era colazione. Era disponibile una macchina per il caffè a cialde, ma non c'erano cialede e poi c'era la possibilità di preparare un tè. Nulla da mangiare. La posizione eccezionale, all'uscita della metro Ottaviano ideale per muoversi nel quartiere Prati e e a due passi dal Vaticano. La dimensione della stanza per 4 persone è veramente al limite del vivibile. Poi avrei messo qualche mensola in bagno per appoggiare qualcosa.

• Floriana (7/5): - La posizione è il punto forte della struttura, proprio fuori dalla metro Ottaviano e a pochi minuti a piedi da San Pietro. Molto comode anche le cassette di sicurezza in cui poter lasciare gli zaini prima del check in e dopo il check out. Istruzioni per fare il check in chiare. Camere poco insonorizzate. In generale, la struttura potrebbe essere ancora più valorizzata grazie a piccole accortezze. Ad esempio nel bagno mancava il sapone, nella camera una delle due lampadine vicino al letto era fulminata. Cose di poco conto ma che con un'attenzione in più potrebbero essere evitate e rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Inoltre, ci sono 4 password e chiavi per accedere alla stanza, per me un po' troppe, e una macchinetta del caffè sarebbe stata gradita proprio perché uscire e rientrare richiede tempo

• Silvia Fr. (8/5): Very central location & recent rooms - The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican (10-15 min by foot) and very close to the metro stop. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. The check in and out was automated. The host was very kind and responsive to our requests. The elevator was present but old so we used the stairs. The shower was directly in the room instead of the bathroom.
