Das Frühstück war sehr individuell und ausreichend (kein Buffet). Die Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet und geräumig. Unser Zimmer war direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum im Dachgeschoss und zur Frühstücksvorbereitung gab es viele Laufgeräusche. Allerdings bei einem so alten Gebäude auch nicht verwunderlich.

El desayuno te lo preparan al momento en la planta de arriba. Sushan de recepción ha estado de 10 con nosotros, nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. En un sitio totalmente recomendable. Bed was comfortable. We prefer more privacy for bathroom area. The bathroom walls aren't completely connected to ceiling so if someone gets up at night to use the bathroom the lights wake you up.

- Zachary (10/5): Our stay at Poesis Experience Hotel was simply the best our family has ever had. - We love to travel, and we can honestly say our stay at Poesis Experience Hotel was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The building itself is exquisite. You can tell that so much thought, care, and love went into every detail of the hotel. Everything was beautiful, impeccably clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully decorated. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were traveling with our entire family—11 of us total, including our children, my sister’s family, and my parents—and they made every one of us feel welcomed and cared for. They helped us with dinner reservations, gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do and where to eat, and made navigating Rome so easy. The location was also perfect—within walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and right next to Borghese Park. What really showed the exceptional level of service was our final day in Rome, when the Rome Marathon caused many roads around the hotel to be closed. The hotel owner personally came in early, and she and her staff went above and beyond to help our family get through the marathon route and safely reach our shuttles. They even coordinated directly with our shuttle company to make sure we could get out of the city and make it to the train station on time. Without their kindness and dedication, we truly may not have made it. This was hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we will recommend it to everyone visiting Rome.

Alles andere muss extra gezahlt werden, bei dem Übernachtungspreis von fast 450 € je Nacht ein Unding !! Die Decken zwischen den Geschossen sind nicht Isoliert, dadurch hört man aus dem überliegendem Zimmer jeden Schritt ! Stöckeschuhe bei Frauen !!!! Wunderbar in der Nacht !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße zwischen Piazza del Popolo und Piazza di Spagna und ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist toll. Man kann aus vier Kategorien jeweils ein Gericht wählen. Liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker. Von dem Frühstücksrsum hat man Zugang zur Dachterrasse, von der man einen schönen Blick hat. Es war noch nicht warm genug, um draußen zu sitzen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Man sollte das Waschbecken im Bad erneuern. Das war nicht mehr so schön.

În suita în care am locuit , micile tușe retro ( o mașină de scris , un scrin , o savonieră delicată amplasata pe marginea chiuvetei , tavanul din bârne de lemn ) amintesc de trecutul istoric al unei clădiri aflate în insăsi inima Romei . Pe de altă parte , decorațiile moderne , la care se adaugă luminile setate ingenios , te reîntorc în prezent . Aceeași atmosferă te intamina și la etajul 5 , în sala de mic - dejun , de pe terasa căreia se văd acoperișurile orașului vechi în mijlocul cărora tronează cupola uneia dintre sutele de biserici ale orașului.. Dincolo de toate acestea , personalul extrem de amabil și atent , te face să te simți oaspete , nu un trecător print- un hotel oarecare . În concluzie , dacă dorești să simți spiritul Romei , te sfătuiesc sa te cazezi aici , iar Piazza del Popolo și Piața Spaniei , care flanchează străduță pe care se află hotelul , vor fi pentru tine începutul unui fascinant periplu prin orașul etern . Nimic de repeoșat .

- mtrodgers99 (8/5): Eclectic decor - Extremely small hotel of maybe ten rooms. The front door is always locked. The doorbell isn’t obvious, but once you find it someone will let you in. The key card also opens it. Eclectic decor that favours style over practicality (example: a bathroom counter in simulated or real wood with a hole for a sink with a glass bottom tilted only slightly to drain). There is no “front desk”, but there is a reception area. The staff that work there and in the breakfast restaurant speak very good English. For an unknown reason, our junior suite reservation was upgraded to a full suite. Our room was spacious with a separate sitting room. There are televisions in both rooms. Both rooms had climate controls. I didn’t like the two pieces of old luggage in the room taking up space for decorative purposes. The room had a decent amount of storage as well as a safe, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. The public areas and our room were clean. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom area, while the toilet and shower are behind a door. The mattress was extremely firm. The breakfast area was small, but big enough for the size of the hotel. There was a pleasant outdoor section as well. One could also have a drink there in the evening; there was an honour bar set up for that.

- Pelin Dinc (10/5): Simply Exceptional - Absolutely amazing hotel! Stayed for two nights and loved every second. The location is as central as it gets. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—truly outstanding service. Our room was huge, spotless, and super comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. We enjoyed it so much that we still talk about it! And the rooftop… wow. Stunning views and gorgeous design. It felt magical up there. I would 100% come back. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Nothing at all!

Staff at reception and restaurant were very polite, professional and much more trained to give you 5 star hotel experience than in many 5 star hotels

- Deborah (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel in fantastic location! - Great location on a quiet side street in a lovely area. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish step, short cab ride to St. Peter's. We were upgraded to their largest room with a bit of a view. The room had plenty of closet and drawer space, fridge, coffee and tea set-up, wine and cocktail glasses as well as nice modern bathroom. Great area for upscale shopping and restaurants very safe anytime of day or evening. The included breakfast on the top floor with an outside terrace area was fantastic! A full menu with a great variety of selections! Very surprised as we were expecting just pastries and coffee. Highly recommend!

Gentilezza del personale La nostra camera Junior suite 202 meravigliosa. Stanza grande dotata di tutti i confort. Al quinto piano la zona adibita alla colazione offre anche la possibilità di godere una splendida vista su Roma da un terrazzo con divani e tavolini e un gran bel punto di forza. Il prezzo della camera è adeguato per essere un periodo di bassa stagione sicuramente come giusto che sia in alta stagione questa struttura ha tutte le caratteristiche per alzare il prezzo visto l’alto livello e la cura con cui viene gestito

- Carlos (5/5): Good for location but high price for low quality - Location and room cleaniness Super cold rooms, it seems the property is trying to save costs as much as they can as they were turning off the heater and hot water throughout the day. The room was freezing and we had to ask for more blankets. The breakfast was nice but sometimes we felt they were using old bread for the toasts also maybe to save costs.
