• Blažka (10/5): Super nastanitev - Apartma praktično minuto od železnice. Je v prvem nadstropju, debeli stari zidovi tako da je vedno prijeten hlad. Postelja zelo udobna, zelo čisto in snažno. Pred sobo imate tudi hladilnik, mikrovalovko. Zelo varno in prijetno. Soba je imela pogled na lep park. Gospod ki nam je predal ključe je prijazen in ustrežljiv. Popolnoma vse je bilo vredu.

• Jesse (7/5): - I loved the little courtyard you walk into it’s so pretty and peaceful. The bed was pretty comfortable. The gentleman who came to meet me to let me in was very nice and was able to accommodate me getting later than I said I would. The bathroom needs a little updating. I don’t know about the shower because I didn’t take one when I was there because I was only maybe there for 6-7 hours.

• MARIA JOSE (8/5): Estancia comoda y centrica en Roma - Siempre estuvieron en contacto con nosotros vía wsp, para esperarnos a nuestra llegada, Simón fue muy amable y a pesar de llegar antes de la hora de entrada pudimos acceder a la habitación que en ese momento la estaban preparando, estaba todo muy limpio, la habitación era más amplia de lo que esperabamos, la ventana daba a un patio desde el que se accede a la calle lo que evita ruidos, tiene ascensor, pero no lo usamos ya que estaba en la primera planta, no había ruidos de vecinos, la estancia fue muy tranquila, la cama era cómoda y muy amplia, y me facilitaron una almohada extra. la ubicación es perfecta muy cerca de Termini desde donde salen multiples autobuses y hay una parada de metro, la calle es tranquila bien iluminada llena de hostelería y comercios, es definitiva nos encató la estancia. Me gustó todo, hay que tener en cuenta que los precios de hospedaje en Roma son disparatados, y esta es la mejor opción sin duda calidad-precio.

• Maria (5/5): Bien - la unicacion es perfecta para ir al centro , y tienes la estación al lado había una toalla sucísima y no había servicio de habitaciones se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, parecia que los otros huéspedes están dentro de nuestra habitación el baño es muy incómodo no tiene espacio para guardar ni apoyar los objetos la tasa de turista nos pareció cara para estar solo dos noches

• Mihoshenzo (9/5): - テルミニから近い。Tiburtina バスターミナルに行く市バスも近い。周辺に飲食店、売店が豊富。無人タイプではあるが荷物は預けられる。建物の前に広いパティオがあるので喧騒と隔たれている。到着時にエレベーターが動かなかったが、かわりに荷物を持ってくれた。 チェックアウトの時間を少し延ばしてくれた。 エレベーターが動いたり動かなかったりする。印象ではたまにしか動かない。 チェックインの時間は必ず正確に知らせなければならない。そしてホテル前でスタッフと「待ち合わせ」してチェックインする。 まだチェックインしていないにも関わらず「ご滞在はお楽しみいただけましたか。チェックアウトは10時になっております」というようなメッセージが来て、「日にちを間違えた？」と焦ったが日にちは合ってるし普通にチェックインできたので、大きな問題ではない。

Everything is quite old, but sturdy and clean. There's hot water, a hairdryer, and everything you need to take a shower. In the common hallway, there's a kettle with a selection of teas, coffee, and sugar. There's a small shared refrigerator. The location is excellent, close to Termini Station. Good public transportation links. The administrator is incredibly annoying. We haven't even checked in yet, and they're already asking us when we're checking out. He's sending text messages to both WhatsApp and Booking. I don't understand why there's so much interaction. He greeted us, explained everything, everything is clear, everything has been paid for, what else do you need?

Hóspedes barulhentos. Fiquei presa no elevador . Enfim , muito ruim . A única coisa boa é a localização, muito próxima da estação Roma Termini . Valor muito alto para o que oferece .

Un letto matrimoniale con una sola coperta, come quella da militare...e dopo due giorni hanno tolto le lenzuola, le hanno lasciate sul letto e abbiamo dovuto fare anche il letto......un piccolo armadio con soli tre appendi abiti per due persone...due lampade attaccate al muro sopra il letto che per accenderle dovevi infilare una spina in una presa....e ne funzionava una sola...un piccolo tavolo con solo una sedia....un piccolo termosifone che non riusciva per niente a riscaldare la stanza....

• ΗΛΙΑΝΑ (10/5): Σουπερρ - Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλή συνολικά. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδιαίτερα βολική, αρκετά κοντά σε μετρό και στον σταθμό Termini, ενώ στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές παροχές όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, φαγάδικα, καφέ και μέρη για brunch. Είναι μια πολύ καλή και ζωντανή περιοχή. Με τα πόδια χρειάζονται περίπου 15 λεπτά μέχρι το Κολοσσαίο και γύρω στα 30 λεπτά μέχρι τη Fontana di Trevi, κάτι που κάνει τις μετακινήσεις αρκετά εύκολες και ευχάριστες. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στον Σιμόν, ο οποίος μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έδειξε τα δωμάτια. Ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικός, ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και ήταν πραγματικά πολύ εξυπηρετικός καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο, ήταν πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Ο χώρος ήταν περιποιημένος και μάλιστα τη δεύτερη μέρα μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Το μπάνιο ήταν άνετο και μεσαίου μεγέθους – ούτε στενό ούτε υπερβολικά μεγάλο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άνετο και γενικά ο χώρος κάλυψε τις ανάγκες μας. Υπήρχαν μόνο μερικές πολύ μικρές λεπτομέρειες που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν, όπως ένα χερούλι από την ντουλάπα και το καπάκι από τον κάδο του μπάνιου που ήταν σπασμένα. Ωστόσο πρόκειται για μικροπράγματα που δεν επηρέασαν καθόλου τη διαμονή μας. Συνολικά, για την τιμή του το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλή επιλογή και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι στη Ρώμη.

• Maria Rosa (7/5): Buono per una notte o due - Buona posizione per chi è in viaggio con il treno o deve prendere l autobus per l'aeroporto. Camera pulita. La doccia non è stata piacevole perché il soffione non si mantiene alzato ,siccome era completamente rotto.
• DE LAS RIVAS (10/5): Buena ubicación y calidad-precio recomendable para una estancia práctica - La ubicación es excelente: estás a solo 3–5 minutos de la estación de Termini. La cama era muy cómoda y la zona, en general, está llena de restaurantes y tiendas donde comprar. Además, se encuentra cerca de muchas de las zonas más importantes de Roma. Otro punto muy positivo es que la habitación contaba con calefacción, algo que se agradece mucho, ya que se estaba realmente a gusto dentro. Como punto a mejorar, diría que la zona de la ducha podría cuidarse un poco más. No estaba sucia, pero sí daría mejor impresión si estuviera más impecable y renovada. El plato de ducha estaba en perfectas condiciones y tanto la cama como las toallas estaban muy limpias, pero el mango de la ducha y algunos detalles del baño podrían actualizarse. Son aspectos básicos de higiene que, aunque no arruinan la experiencia, sí podrían elevarla fácilmente.

Nos esperaban a nuestra llegada y la entrega de llaves fue bien y rápido. La habitacion es como en las fotos y el baño estaba adecuado y limpio, el agua de la ducha caliente sin problemas. Nos dejaron toallas y jabón lo que se agradece. Para un fin de semana para conocer la ciudad estaba perfecto. La cama y almohadas un poco duras. Pero lo demás ok.

• Sharon (8/5): Good location & comfy room - Good location near train station with lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space & heating in the room. Room felt secure as you got 4 keys to open front gate, main door, door that led to reception/kitchen area and then your own room door. Fridge, kettle and microwave in the shared kitchen area & tea & coffee was great to have (3 rooms shared this area). Was able to leave luggage as arrived early. Was sent location instructions day & was asked what time we were arriving and was met to be given keys etc. I would stay here again The bathroom was small but was ok for me. The shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder

The handler for the shower head was broken which did not allow to hold it in place, as well as the shower door. It's also worth to mention the shower is small. The extra blanket on the drobe was stained.

• Jennifer (7/5): Para un fin de semana bien. - La ubicacion ya que esta cerca de la estacion de termini y la cama que era muy comoda. El anfitrion muy amable en todo momento colaborando con nuestro bienestar. No es como en las fotos. Esta como dentro de un apartamento.
