• Satyanarayana (6/5): - Good location. Restaurants all around the area. Tiny apartment. TV and coffee machine did not work. No washer. No place to hang laundry. Hotel office is not close to the apartment.

• SERGEI (8/5): Тапочки, тк пол каменный. Бокалы для вина. Ваза для цветов - Отличное месторасположения. Чистота. Есть все для приготовления пищи. Поскольку рядом был рыбный рынок, то возможность приготовить свежие морепродукты была очень актуальна. Железный каркас наклонялся к стене, если к изголовью прислонить подушку. Немного некомфортно, но некритично. На сон не влияет.

• Lisa (6/5): Doesn’t recommend it to 1st visitors - Location is convenient from train station and quiet building It’s not real hotel, no staff there. And It’s difficult for finding this apartment, google map doesn’t show the exact address location, you only reach it about. I couldn’t find the property if without a local people help. Luckily I arrived island before 4:00pm, spent 2 hrs to find the property

Wszystko było idealnie ☺️ Blisko dworca Wenecja Santa Lucia i przystanku Piazzale Roma. Blisko na wszystkie tramwaje wodne. Z dala od największych tłumów.

Апартаменти все як на фото в об'яві. В кухні з посуду все найнеобхідніше було. Ковдри, фен все присутнє. Розтошування: в пішій доступності від вокзалу. Перший поверх,в тихій вуличці. Опалення і кондиціонер є,але нам не було потреби і ми не користувалися. Відсутнє біде,але там не має місця куди його поставити.

• Paul (10/5): Great location for exploring Venice - Excellent communication and very helpful hotel staff. Accommodation is in a great location for exploring Venice, close to the Grand Canal. Everything was clean and as expected, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Suggest to add a chopping board to the accommodation

Хорошо оборудованная кухня, ванная с хорошей сантехникой и нормальным напором горячей воды. Разве что необходимость получения ключей в гостинице, минутах в 15 пешком, но это мелочи.

It makes no sense to walk all to way to another place to pick up the keys only for a picture of the passport. That can be done online. Neighbours are not friendly, one lady was quite rude when I said hello (likely tired of tourists...).

• Kelly (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again, nor recommend - Quite central We had to check in a their hotel on the other side of the canal, difficult with lots of luggage! Slug in bathroom, bedside light not working, masking tape of the ceiling from paint job, grease thick on the extractor above hob, baby elephant upstairs! The bathroom door locked from the outside and we could not use it, i contacted the hotel and the sorted after a few hours, had to go to bar to use the toilet. Initially the staff member asked me to use a knife to fix it myself! Then asked me to go get the pizzeria guy to fix it from a nearby shop!!! Obviously a problem with ants too. The place needs to be finished off better.

• Sharon (1/5): Dreadful. I actually paid to move to another accommodation. - I didn’t like anything about the property. The property should not be out to rent as such as it does not meet any type of standards. It is riddled with mould, the air conditioning unit it’s riddled with mould and stinks. It’s unusable and uncomfortable in extreme heat. There is a radiator within the shower cubicle, this is dangerous. Also the bathroom has no opening windows or extractor fan so again has mould. The couch is disintegrating but this is covered by a throw. The back door is permanently locked so there is no access to the over grown back garden. As above.

• Graham (5/5): Find a better place. - Convenient location to walk to the main attractions. Able to walk with suitcases to train station. Close to ferry services. Basic but adequate at the low level. Needs maintenance and tidying up. Ant infestation. Broke bathroom tiles. Perished lounge sofa. No instructions on Wifi access so had to read the code on the back of the Router. A trap is that you need to check-in to the hotel managing the apartment. Then after lugging your luggage from the train station, thinking you have arrived at the apartment, fiind it is on the other side of the Grand Canal. So, lug your luggage all the way back to the station, over the bridge and wind your way to the apartment, or catch the crowded ferry from one stop to the next. For the first visit to Venice, this was an unexpected challenge, but part of the adventure of travel…!
• Kim (5/5): A good base but the apartment needs some attention & far better/different access instructions - The apartment was close to bars, restaurants & a vaporetto stop. It was also not too far from the bus station which was good as we had an early morning flight. We received very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment & were asked for our arrival time which we provided. A later message said to collect the keys from Hotel Cannaregio, we were 1st time visitors to Venice & were not told that the apartment & hotel were nowhere near each other! So after walking to the apartment & not finding the hotel which we thought would be next door, or at least very close by, we had to retrace our steps back to virtually where we started & then go to the hotel, collect the keys & walk all the way back! The apartment has a key box so why couldn’t we have just been given the code?! The apartment needs some attention - the settee is disintegrating & needs replacing, the boiler kept tripping which meant no hot water, we reset it but it tripped again, luckily we worked out that this was because the radiators were turned off. The bathroom mirror light & one of the bedroom lights didn’t work, neither did 1 of the bedroom reading lights. We only had 1 pillow each, we messaged the hotel asking for more & got these for our 2nd night.

Host was very helpful and informative. Had to walk to another hotel a good 15-20 min walk away to pay city tax and collect the code for key safe with our luggage, then walk back to the apartment where the keys were in the key safe. . Could have give us the code in a private message ?
• Jana (7/5): Good value for money - Nice location with easy access to all touristy places. The property was quite nice and spacious for 2. It had enough cuttlery and kitchenware to be able to cook some basic meals The lighting was a bit cold, could have benefitted from some warm lighting. The hot water tank kept switching off and we had to reset it several times so the heating wouldn't go off.

• Fabi (6/5): Affordable but rusty - Affordable option to stay in the city which gives lots of flexibility for exploring Venice. Overall clean and quiet, and friendly staff with easy self check-in and check-out. Some of the furniture is rusty and the apartment is in need of renovation. There is little daylight, so not suitable for cozy downtime in the morning.

Bathroom was very small with absolutely no storage space (not even for your hand towel). Basic bathroom toiletries were not provided. Also, there were no coffee or towels (paper or cloth ones) in the kitchen.
• Anita (1/5): Whilst it generally was clean and tidy, there was a strong smell of moisture and I was concerned about mould. - We were concerned by the rising damp in the property as it is a ground floor apartment. Some of the walls were degrading. We ended up not staying there and sought alternate accommodation. The couch in the living room has seen better days.

• Maaike (9/5): Cozy apartment in a very good location - Very good location, in the center of Venice, but not in the very crowded area. It was comfortably cold inside. A duvet for sleeping, even in summer, is nice to have. But it wasn’t available.
• Sheila (9/5): A lovely stay in a lovely ittle apartment. - The location was fantastic for exploring Venice. Lovely restaurants and bars close by. The host was excellent and sorted our issue with the television quickly. He was also happy to give us information about Venice, really helpful. The only thing we would have liked is the availability of extra pillows.

• Malafievski (8/5): Great value for money to accomodate 2 people, no doubt. - Location: 1 minute walk from Riva de Biasio vaporetto station, 2 minute walk from Conad supermarket, 7 minute walk from the railway and bus station, and all the rest to look at Venice is within 20 minutes on foot or by vaporetto, quiet, almost all you need is there and functional, private entrance door and a gagden door, air conditioning. Only one tea spoon, one socket instead of three for a microwave / coffee maker / kettle; water heater gets confused and needs reloading (press R) after taking shower; moscitos (fumigator provided), no washing machine (or we found none). BUT! These are minor things in comparison to location. Great value for money to accomodate 2 people, no doubt.

(5/5): no central heating for 5 days, no TV for 7 days and no shower and no hot water for 2 days - We had a lovely cosy old apartment which was clean and well furnished, except for the missing of small spoons we have a whole list of compaints about the communication but the space here is too small so please provide us with an e-mail address to send this message

• Robert (6/5): Good location, but very basic and disappointing for the price. - Location Clean The property was damp in places and had been merely painted over, not sorted properly. Tiles in bathroom were broken under the new boiler and the grout was mouldy.

I had to get a link from the hotel because the way the address was in the confirmation I didn't know the exact name of the street. The hotel sent me a very clear link to follow on googlemaps. The bed very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied but the bathroom is in an old and poor looking state. Extra towels would have come in handy.

• Mel (8/5): Had a lovely stay in the centre of Venice- the property was comfortable and good value for money-perfect for exploring V - Really central for exploring Venice- 5 minutes from Vaporetto and grand canal and restaurants and bars walking distance nearby. Good shower and air conditioning. On the last day we were able to keep our suitcases at the hotel for the day. plug sockets didn’t use usual European adapters. Not clear where to take rubbish. instructions for check in were not clear and didn’t realise hotel and apartment were 15 minutes walk away.
