• Kosass (7/5): - Ubicación El acceso a la finca es incómodo, ya que hay que hacer una llamada a un número telefónico para abrir, no te dan llave. El desayuno sólo incluye café o té y un croissant de chocolate o sin chocolate, no hay más opciones.
• Falko (8/5): Perfecte locatie en goed geregeld - De locatie is geweldig; het appartement is heel centraal gelegen en alles is op loopafstand. Er zit zelfs een metrostation in dezelfde straat! Het ontbijt is ook goed geregeld: simpel maar lekker, dankzij de gemaakte afspraken met het café dat eronder zit. De ingang van het hotel zit niet op de plek waar de Maps-link je naartoe stuurt; dat is namelijk aan de andere kant van het straatje. Als je zelf het adres handmatig in Google Maps invoert, geeft deze wel de juiste locatie aan.

• Daria (7/5): - The apartment has a 5 min walk from ferry boats which follow to Amalfi cost. Also it’s 10 min walk from the Alibus stop from the airport. And 1 min walk from metro station if you need to go to the railway station. It’s a save district with many restaurants around. Also it’s close to the city centre . You should ask the instructions how to get inside in advance! It’s impossible to get in without many codes. Nothing difficult but we hadn’t taken any information in massages therefore I was forced to write in booking chat and ask the instructions. Breakfast: it’s only one croissant and coffee in the cafe downstairs.

• Konstantina (5/5): Perfect location, average accommodation - The location is excellent, very close to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The overall experience was disappointing. The room was small, not very clean, and somewhat untidy. Some drawers were broken and poorly maintained. The amenities were limited, and the hairdryer was very weak and inconvenient to use. There was no reception, and access to the building was sometimes difficult, as the main entrance would be locked and required contacting the owner, limiting flexibility. Additionally, I was informed about a city tax only after check-out, without prior notice, which caused inconvenience since I had already left. I had to complete the payment via bank transfer.

Self check-in con codici molto comodo, stanza pulita e accogliente con balcone e un bel affaccio sul Maschio Angioino. La signora è stata molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Sicuramente tornerò ancora. Sempre troppo poco tempo

Le stanze sono abbastanza nuove ma con qualche problema (l'acqua del lavandino esce dalla doccia) pulizia non al massimo.colazione inesistente. Solo una macchina del caffè con 4 o 5 cialde e delle cialde di the. Niente zucchero, latte o altro. Ho chiesto alla signora (gentilissima) ma non ho avuto risposta.
• Marielos (10/5): - El departamento nos sorprendió está muy equipado con alta tecnología de entrada todo digital, le agradecemos a ANTONELLA los panecillos, la cama muy confortable pero la entrada deja mucho que desear pero es un edificio viejo y falta señalización. Nos costó encontrarla la entrada en la primera impresión, pero si hay elevador y buena seguridad. Hay muchos estacionamientos alrededor muy caros, nos enviaron a uno revomenyvomo a 250 mts, que tuvimos que pagar extra y dejar las llaves, todo bien pero no estábamos preparados para la ciudad. El departamento tiene una cafetería deliciosa afuera y restaurantes alrededor y está frente al Puerto.

Nimic nu a fost in ordine,ca sa ajungi la acest apartament, clădirea are 3 încuietori( 1 cheie+2 cu cifru) cheia s-a blocat din prima zi in grilajul ruginit de la intrare si celelalte 2 intrări cu coduri, nu functionau normal ,incercam minute in sir pana se deblocau codurile de fiecare data, nu-ti explica nimeni cum sta treaba,noroc cu alți oameni din cladire,din afară. 2 umerașe in camera si nicio agățătoare in baie,deci pur si simplu nu aveai unde sa așezi hainele pentru 2 persoane si nici prosoapele. La duș am rămas cu robinetul in mână. Wifi nu funcționează,deși scria ca e gratuit,mi-a dat un user inexistent si nu a rezolvat problema,ba mai mult m-a ignorat. Deci fără net,probleme cu intrarile(3 la numar) o proasta comunicare ,etc. Așadar pentru o camera cu un pat ,câte steluțe aș putea să dau? Am plecat din locație in timpul sejurului ,in alta parte.

• Claudia (7/5): - Obwohl das Haus selbst sehr alt und dreckig ist, ist das Hotel und das Zimmer topmodern. Die Lage ist auch super, ganz nahe von Molo Beverello, von wo aus die Fähren fahren. Es war schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, ist in einem viel grösseren Haus, man muss durch ein Tor in den Innenhof, aber es ist nichts angeschrieben. Es ist im 1. Stock. Ich hatte einen früheren Checkin angefragt, der bestätigt wurde, aber das Zimmer war nicht parat, erst zur regulären Checkin-Zeit. Man bekommt einen Code für die Eingangstüre und die Zimmertüre und bei der Eingangstüre musste ich immer lange probieren, bis es endlich ging, weil das Touchboard nicht richtig reagierte. Es war auch ausser mir niemand da, also hatte ich jedes Mal Angst, nicht mehr reinzukommen.

• Fabio (5/5): - Qualità dei bagni La porta esterna, dotata di tastierino, non funzionava spesso e senza il mio aiuto ben 2 altri inquilini sarebbero stati bloccati all'esterno senza possibilità alcuna di entrarvi. Qualità in generale. Quasi tutto era non montato correttamente e i comodini cadevano in quanto non correttamente installati.

We booked this room through booking.com and was in constant contact with the lovely people that run the accommodation to make sure we were able to get into the room even though it was 2am! Everything was lovely

• ADRIANA (6/5): Lokalizacja super, apartament średni - lokalizacja idealna, przy samy metrze, porcie, zamku, dzielnicy "rozrywkowej", odświeżone, czysto. brak szafki na rzeczy, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, brak jakichkolwiek półek na rzeczy, brak wieszaków na ubrania, surowo i minimalistycznie. Nasze ubrania trzymałyśmy na krześle albo pufie.
• Robert (1/5): Miserable - The property was well located. NO TOILET PAPER! The air conditioning unit never cooled the room at all. It barely even worked as a fan. What a miserable nights sleep. The shower could not have been smaller and the regulator on the hot/cold water coming out did not function. Finally, while the unit was clean, when you walk into the complex from the street, the court yard and walkways were very dirty and filled with bird droppings. YUCK!!!

It has terrace with a great view and its location is just perfect, close to airport bus station, port and city center. Lady Antonella is very nice host, communicating quickly everything that you need. We will stay there again. Our stay was just fine.

After language difficulties received two codes. Access to apartment area covered in bird poo and dried leaves etc not been touched by humans for a while.Once inside first door assumed breakfast area which was a mess empty tea bag box.a kettle for hob(no hob) neglected area which I assumed was breakfast area. Enter apartment no information data etc. only paperwork two vouchers for cafe at entrance.Then found gate could allow exit but entery I had no key.Called owner he advised to call and he would open (if I got back at 2am it can't be right to Cafe can open door when open.needs addressed as not acceptable. .

• Mariijana (10/5): Nice rooms nearby the port - Nice rooms with balcony overlooking charming little piazza. The location is excellent, close to Alibus station, port and metro, nearby piazza Municipio and Castel Nuovo and in walking distance from main sights. It is in nice area, nearby there is a good pizzeria Bellillo and big Sole supermarket. The breakfast (Italian style, croissant and coffee) is served in San Marco bar, just outside the building. How to get in: there is a sign by the gate, which is usually open during the day, but you will get a phone no. to call to open it if needed, if it does't work you can always ask the waiters from San Marco bar - they have the key. Then you get in the courtyard and take the elevator or the stairs to the first floor. The entrance to the premises is on the left side and you will get a code to open it and another code to open the room. The room is a good size, nicely furnished with new furniture, comfortable bed, electricity sockets by the bed, good wi-fi, small fridge and good bathroom. I would stay there again. No major issues, just it would be good to have towel hangers in the bathroom.
• Luca (5/5): Acceptable place for a short stay, it would greatly benefit with a little more care on furniture. - Position: very easy to reach as it is at few meters from the Metro and close to city centre. Effective and modern check-in/check-out/keys: all done by phone, The place itself is in a old building, which is not really well maintained. The room has a good size, but the furniture is very basic and I would expected a bit more considering the price. There is no breakfast on site, so you have to go the bar downstairs and the brakfast consists on just a coffe and a pastry, you have to pay any extra: not enough to be considered breakfast.

There is no reception at the B&B. Information is provided from a central location. Could work, but for us, we weren't sent codes to enter the building until we chased them. Wrong information was sent. And we weren't told that breakfast is from the shop underneath the B&B until after we'd checked out and left Naples.

• Sophie (4/5): Fine for one night - Room was large and generally very clean. Owner was responsive to messages and very helpful. Location was great for the port, Spanish quarter, airport bus and metro. The access to the property was strange and felt unreliable, even though the contact that we had with the owner was very helpful, having to phone a number for access to the main gate is not what I would expect or want. Towels were torn and room was extremely basic.

The property is right across from the ferry port" Molo Beverello"perfect fir transiting to Ischia.The self service for check in with the codes was easy, although the coffee bar San Marco will help you, as the main door for BB was locked but they hold the key.Airy and clean room. Great and powerful shower. You will struggle if you don't speak Italian as the owner communicated with me via WhatsApp but I speak italian so that wasn't a problem. The bed has a memory mattress foam which for me it's too soft so I didn't sleep well .The street outside is very,very noisy but I think that there's nothing you can do about the collection of glass bottles at 5am.

• Roni (5/5): The room was fine I think it belonged to Air B&B at all haha - The location is excellent, close to all the sites, the breakfast was poor, so we had to go down to the cafe that was arranged and get a coffee and some kind of sweet bun at the expense of the "hotel" To get to our room we have to go through several doors with a code, of course we didn't meet the owner of the hotel, everything was in correspondence with him, the room was fine, but the bathroom had no carpet for the shower, we had to spread a towel on the floor so we wouldn't slip on the floor, there were no towel racks for handles and the large towels

The building doesn't look to good but the accommodation is renovated. We had some check-in time delay issue but eventually it was resolved. The room is clean with daily towels change and floor swipe but there are some details that need more attention like shower draining, walls or dust on decorative objects.

Had problem getting in the facility. 3. The support, wasn't always unswerving in resendable time. communicated only by wassup. 4. Asked them to help us with the taxi to the airport, but the taxi didn't arrived. 5. Also, they writ breakfast included but, all the breakfast is kurason and coffee, not continental like in Europe. 6.
