La ubicación no me convencio del todo, no era mala pero un poco cayéndose de palero solo, en una zona residencial mas qué comercial. Al lado hay yn colegio que el dia que llegamos estaban en recreo y se escuchaba los gritos de los chicos.

Me cobraron un cargo EXTRA de limpieza que no lo informan en ningun lado, con lo cual a la hora de pagar me sorprendio que haya aparecido.

• 8cec45beed97733a05f5875648c01b18 (5/5): Be careful when booking this apartment since images don’t match what you will get - The location & host responsiveness The property where I stayed is not luxurious; it doesn’t match photos published; the apartment looks towards a kindergarten & noise from 8:30 to 1 PM specially when children have breaks is unbearable ; the set up doesn’t match photos; it comes with 3 cups, 3 plates; knives that don’t cut, no chopping board, 5 coffee capsules & 1 bottle of water during a 10 days stay which in my opinion is unacceptable in lieu of describing the property as luxurious; there are are small holes on curtains hence the apartment requires improvements to quality as luxurious & once more doesn’t match photos published which is misleading.

Eviten una práctica abusiva, falta de información o incumplimiento contrac - Bonito lugar Me pareció PESIMO el requerirme los documentos (en fotos) de todos los ocupantes luego de cobrarme por adelantado. De saberlo, no lo hubiera elegido porque me parece una falta de respeto y transgresión a mi privacidad al hacerlo/obligarme sin avisarme que me lo ivan a requerir luego de pagar. Reitero, aclaren sus normas al ofrecer el servicio porque luego de pagar vía trnasferencia no tengo herramientas como cliente para pedir devolución del dinero sin multas. PESIMO!!

The location was also very convenient - plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within a 10-15min walk. The highlight, however, was Lucia and Nahir’s hospitality and friendliness. They are very communicative and check-in during my stay. They even reached out after my check-out to try to return an item that I left behind. Highly recommend!

• vallecillo (10/5): - Had a pleasant stay.  All as expected. Quiet location, close to transportation.  Nahir, manager, was extremely helpful at all times - response was immediate. We had an area power failure. Nahir kept me advised at all times and when it became obvious that power would be out thru the night, she offered the use of another apartment for the night.  When I chose to stay she offered to get me a portable battery to recharge my electronic devices. The apartment, studio layout, was comfortable and clean. could use more storage space for clothing, especially if there is more than one person

Que nos venga a tocar la puerta la chica a preguntarnos si estaba todo bien y recordarnos dejar nuestra reseña no fue tan extraño, aunque si un poco fuera de lugar. Lo peor fue recibir otros tres mensajes donde no solo nos pedía que hagamos la reseña, si no que le dejemos un 10 en cada categoría. Si no hubiera hecho nada de eso capaz dejábamos una linda reseña, pero bueno. Dato importante es que el lugar esta pegado a un colegio, por si quieren dormir hasta tarde los días de semana
