- Petra (8/5): - De accomodatie is dicht bij openbaar vervoer en in het centrum. Het ligt aan een stillere weg. Straatkeien maken het voor het rollen van je koffer erg moeilijk. Als er iets zou moeten veranderen aan de kamer dan is het het kussen. Verder prima kamer en grote badkamer. Personeel moet informatie opzoeken op hun telefoon, dat ik als tourist zelf al heb gedaan. Dus geen info aanwezig.

When I walked into the room, I noticed there was no air conditioning, only a portable stand fan, which was insufficient to keep the room cool. The bathroom was dirty and had visible mold, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room, and to make things worse, I found a pot that was also dirty and had mold inside. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

The structure is old fashioned, but the hotel seems to be managed perfectly well: the room is very clean and quite comfortable without any malfunctions of facilities.

- Hartmut (6/5): - Zugegeben: Das Zimmer war sauber und die zentrale Lage des „Koruna“ ist fraglos sein Pluspunkt. Doch woher man die Chuzpe nimmt, sich drei Sterne zu geben, wundert einen dann schon. Das Haus ist qualitativ eher ein besseres Hostel als ein Hotel. - es gibt zwar einen Fernseher, aber der hat kein Signal - im Bad weiß man nicht, wohin mit den Handtüchern, da es keine Handtuchstange gibt - eine Ablage fürs Gepäck und dergleichen: Fehlanzeige; der Koffer darf also auf dem Fußboden liegen - ein einziger Stuhl im Zweibettzimmer ist auch recht dürftig - die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher (zwar sauber) darf man getrost „verschlissen“ nennen Am ärgerlichsten jedoch sind die relativ neuen Boxspringbetten billigster Bauweise, bei denen man schon mit einem Gewicht von 70 - 80 kg auf der Grundplatte aufsitzt. Wie ein etwas schwergewichtiger Zeitgenosse darauf schlafen soll, bliebe die Frage. Höchst unbequem also, Rückenschmerzen am nächsten Morgen sind quasi vorprogrammiert. Fazit: Nur für jene zu empfehlen, die unbedingt am falschen Ende sparen wollen. Für die aktuelle lärmende Baustelle um die Ecke kann „Koruna“ selbstredend nichts. H. S.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not a pleasant stay - Although the receptionist was nice when I arrived, that was basically all I saw of her. Any time in the morning or evening we walked past reception, the lights were off and there was no one there. You had to lock the front door yourself or get a message from them - because for that they were available aparently. The room was extremely small with a lovely view to a cement wall. Couldn't even tell if it was day or night. The TV had no channels available - when you were able to turn it on that is, because it was either the TV or charge your phone. The bathroom had mould and smelled damp, the toilet seat was stained and only half of a roll was available. The safe was not in the room but downstairs in the hall. You have to sign a paper that they are not responsible for anything missing from your room, so we had no choice but to refuse cleaning service. The doors are thin as paper, you could hear everything outside loudly. The construction noise outside although not under their control did not make it better. Not a pleasant experience.

- Christine (6/5): - The hotel was average the shower was literally in the same room as the bed and the bed was twin however, the room was small and I only needed a twin. There is no way to turn heat up or down. I was told it’s based on the outside temperature and I found it to be a little chilly and asked for extra blankets and pillows. A very basic hotel just happened to be exactly where I needed it to be.

Stanno facendo lavori al palazzo accanto dalle ore 6 di mattina impossibile dormire in quanto la strada e" piena di camion e operai che stanno demolendo un palazzo. Rumori terrificanti e polvere incredibile davanti alla nostra finestra. Dovrebbero regalarlo il soggiorno presso l hotel poiche e' invivibile. Dovrebbero comunicarlo in fase di prenotazione.

- Kadriye (10/5): Çok memnun kaldık. - Çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon 7/24 açıktı. Check in saatinden önce otele gidip eşyalarımızı bıraktık ve gezmeye çıktık. Yine check out yaptıktan sonra eşyaları resepsiyona bıraktık ve gezmeye devam ettik. Eşyaları bırakmamıza izin verdiler böylece daha çok gezme fırsatımız oldu. Fiyatı da çok uygun.
- Münevver (4/5): Horrible bed - The main problem was the bed. It was broken. We told the reception. They sent a repairmen. He fixed it. But it turn out that bed itself is in a bad condition. When we remove the matress, we saw that the chipboards carrying the bed are held together with plastic parts. Even if you push the chipsboards with your hand, they are stretching. So when we lied down over the bed, bed started to fall in. Since, it hurted our spine and back so much, and there is a risk of bed to be collapse again, we decided to sleep over the floor with the matress. So we had a very bad sleep. We could hardly sleep and woke up with terrible pains. We thought about changing the hotel, but since it was chrismas period, hotels in the city were overbooked and we were planning to stay for only 2 nights, so we stayed. Secondly, the sink was not in the bathroom. It was in the bedroom. So after the toilet, you need to wash your hands in the bedroom. It was really strange. Overall, the hotel was old. But oldness is not the main problem. Bed and sink is a bigger problem. So, if you are just looking for a shelter, roof on your head, and not looking for a sleep, choose it. Otherwise, not choose it at all. Me personally, i was not looking for a luxury, just a decent room would be fine. But the hotel didn’t meet my basic needs. We arrived to hotel and saw a big disappointment. needed to wait 1 hour at 1 am in the morning to bed to be fixed. after that we get a terrible sleep. So i will not stay there again.
- Gustavo (6/5): - Property is very old and it definitely needs some renovation...good location though (walkable distance to main streets with good restaurants and grocery stores). However, a lot of noise with construction next door (starting at 6am) and noise from restaurant/bar underneath the hotel...Also, property closes it doors at 8pm and you will not have help at reception (they even lock their only vending machine) and are not back until around 9am. You are getting what you paid for.

They still used the worn out couch and just covered it with a blanket to hide then peeled leather. Carpet was dusty. Tables are dusty. Creepy place. I cannot recommend this place
