• Jason (10/5): A Great Rome Find - If you are looking for the perfect home base in Rome, you must rent here! Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. ​The location is unbeatable—nestled in a neighborhood with plenty of free street parking, which is a rare find! The staff are beyond welcoming; they greet you personally upon arrival and share the most helpful local tips to make your trip special. ​Getting around is a breeze, as it’s only a 10-minute walk to the underground metro station, whisking you away to all the major sites in no time. We stayed in the family room, and it was fantastic. The shower is a great size (don't let the photos fool you—it’s much larger in person!). ​I will definitely be recommending this spot to all my family and friends. Do not hesitate—book it! While the stay had many highlights, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We really wish there had been additional pillows available in the room, and we found the bed to be a little hard for our personal comfort.

• Ελενα (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ηταν πολυ καθαρό, η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ηταν άμεση. Οτι χρειάστηκε να ρωτήσω ειχα άμεση απάντηση. Είχε το δικό του μπάνιο. Δεν μου άρεσε η περιοχή που βρίσκεται και ο κόσμος που μένει στην περιοχή. Το μετρό ηταν αρκετά μακριά (12 λεπτα περπάτημα) για να περπατάνε μονες γυναίκες απο τη στιγμή που βραδιάζει. Τη μερα είχε κόσμο και ηταν εφικτό. Βέβαια το λεωφορείο 105 που ξεκιναει απο το σταθμο terminal κανει στάση ακριβώς μπροστά στο κατάλυμα αλλά η διαδρομή είναι μεγάλη, με πολλές στασεις.

• MICHELE (9/5): Ben organizzato e davvero accogliente - La stanza molto accogliente, pulita e funzionale,. In 4 abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti comodamente. Ottima la presenza di una grande cabina armadio che accoglie qualsiasi tipo di bagaglio, abiti ecc. Davvero piacevole l'accoglienza con piccola reception all'entrata. Ci è stato spiegato tutto con gentilezza e comunicazioni sui migliori percorsi per raggiungere i posti di nostro interesse. Forse la posizione non proprio centrale ma per le nostre esigenze andava benissimo

• Ilaria (8/5): Ottimo per soggiorni brevi - Camera spaziosa, pulitissima. Bagno con tutto il necessario. Molto calda (per me confortevole, non tutti potrebbero amare troppo calore). La guesthouse è situata in un condomino, facile accesso. In zona (NON ZTL) ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti, non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio, nonostante la host ci avesse avvisati che non sarebbe stato facilissimo. In zona c’è un supermercato, un forno dove è possibile anche pranzare e cenare, cucina/rosticceria tipica romana. A disposizione (a pagamento) bottiglie di prosecco/vino, tappi per le orecchie e mascherina. Host disponibile a rispondere ai miei dubbi tramite whatsapp. Terrazzìno con sedie e tavolino. Quartiere non bellissimo, ma non è colpa dell’host. Comunque non abbiamo avuto problemi nel rientrare tardi. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco, preferibilmente cash.

La dificultad del idioma, no se sintió, porque la recepcionista hablaba muy bien el idioma castellano. Su gentileza también fue extraordinaria. Habitación confortable con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso: confortable y cómodo. La ubicación realmente. Se encuentra en una zona no muy turísitica, y con una mezcla de diferentes culturas que han migrado y se han instalado. No visualicé por la noche, personal policial, que diera más tranquilidad.

They were very responsive to our messages and kindly accommodated our request to drop off our bags before check-in. The lady who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even provided us with a map and helpful instructions to navigate the city with ease. The location is fantastic, well-connected to buses and tram lines, making it easy to reach all the major tourist attractions. As a family of three, we found the apartment to be quiet, clean, and very spacious. It was the perfect base for our stay. Furthermore, they even helped us with booking a taxi to the airport on our last day. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Rome! I have nothing to say! Everything was perfect.
• Simona (8/5): Clean Comfortable with Amazing Staff - It was very clean and Katerina was simply wonderful- she walked me to get a pedicure because she was getting off of work and took a detour just to walk me to the salon. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night - the court yard. There were many drunks and beggars asking for money- which broke my heart. Also I didn’t like the bathroom in lobby.

I know there is little the owners could do about this but my wife was not pleased with all the graffiti and was giving me a earful of grief about the neighborhood. While might not bring in business showing the neighborhood might help people make an informed decision about the area but the room was excellent.

She told us that they will get the room ready earlier and also gave us an upgrade and showed us a nearby restaurant to go grab some food . If for any reason you have no direction to where you are going or what to do, let alone how to get anywhere, trust that this sweet lady will spoil you in guidance. • Ryan (10/5): - Slightly off the beaten track for tourists, but still close enough to walk to the coliseum in about an hour. Excellent transit connection if you’re tired of walking. We used the trams to connect to the metro easily. The neighbourhood felt safe enough to go out for supper in the evening with the family. Lots of cafes and shops all around. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay.

Very good breakfast/lunch option close by, would point out Fatti di Farina. Bus and tram stations are just in front of the building, and the subway line MC Malateste is just a 10-minute walk away. Even tho it is small, it is nicely furniced and very well thought out, with lots of storage room. They even gave us a free upgrade to our room, so that we would have a bathroom in the room. The neighbourhood surrounding the property doesn’t feel very safe.

• Mark (10/5): Amazing room for an amazing price! - The room was very cozy, perfect for a couple. Katerina who welcomed us did a stellar job making sure that we knew / had everything at our disposal. If you come here, definitely visit Fatti di Farina Torpignattara restaurant, which was also recommended by her. -
