• ISABEL (10/5): Maravilloso - Apartamento maravilloso, amplio, moderno y con cocina. Tiene una terraza muy bonita para disfrutar si vas con más tiempo. Parquing en la misma puerta o a escasos metros sin ningún problema y lo más importante gratis. Parada de bus (línea 6) a escasos 5 min caminando que te lleva al centro del casco antiguo.

• Justyna (10/5): Personel pomocny i szybko reagujący na potrzeby. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. - Wygodne, duże łóżko. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria do przygotowania posiłków. Suszarka, pralka, zmywarka. Lokalizacja w bliskiej odległości od przystanków autobusowych oraz portu. Niedaleko do sklepów spożywczych oraz restauracji. P.S. Jeśli wypożyczasz auto, pamiętaj żeby parkować na chodniku, nie- na jezdni (nawet jeśli robią tak inne samochody). Kosztowało nas to 15 euro mandatu.

• Maciej (10/5): Short visit to see old town - A clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Located in a quiet area. Close to bus stations in both directions. Kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Parking place can be slightly problematic to find if you travel with long car. No issues with space for small or mid size.

• Kotryna (9/5): Superb - Easy to access, clean and has all that you need for multiple day stay! The place is in a very quiet street, so any noise, even a low one is very noticeable. The hotel on the other side of the street is busy at all hours, so at night you have to close all windows and the walls are thin, so you can hear others staying at the property very easily. Stayed for a work trip, so having to be up really early made us notice even the tiniest sounds disrupting sleep.

• Boskovic (5/5): Passable - Stigli smo poprilicno kasno i jako umorni, kada smo krenuli spavat cuo se neki zvuk koji je prestao tek nakon 30tak minuta. Nismo mogli da ukapiramo o cemu je rijec mislim da je u apartmanu do (bojler mozda ?) pa je bilo jako tesko zaspati. Ujutru nas je probudila buka od busilice u stanu pored ili iznad :( Krevet nije bio bas udoban mozda bi bilo dobro da se stavi nad-dusek . Takodje parking mjesto je uz samu ulicu nema oznacenih parking mijesta, mi smo parkirali ispred tudjeg dvorista jer je ispred apartmana bilo zauzeto ali nismo imali nikakavih problema.

• Edgar (9/5): Really good option to stay outside old town - Nice apartment in the outside area of Dubrovnik. Approx. 15 minutes away from old town by car (depending on traffic). Good option for couples that want something a little away of all the “chaos” of downtown. Equipped with all the necessary to have a good stay: fridge, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, etc. The bed was nice and had fresh clean blankets. I found it specially easy to get in the apartment! No complicated password codes, no combination safe box for keys. Keys were waiting for us at the door. As simple and comfortable as that! Stay was really good! I would’ve liked to have a glass door in the bathroom to give it a nicer touch. A budget option would be to have longer curtain to avoid splashing the bathroom floor. But that’s just me being picky.

Two misleading descriptions: "parking included" does not actually mean private parking, just that there is general free parking on the street. When we arrived, there were no parking spots directly at the apartment but we found one a little down the road. "living room, bedroom": They are not separate rooms but are actually connected - this was a little inconvenient travelling with a child that went to bed early. No personal interaction with host.

• Sebastian (8/5): Gut ausgestattetes Apartment - In dem Apartment ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mit der Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine ganz gut ausgestattet. Nur Probleme gab es mit dem Internet, hatten leider die ganze Zeit keins... Hausherrin war die ganze Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.
• Susan (8/5): Suggest that receptionists have a sense of responsibility - The location and environment are both good, but there is no staff reception and no response to messages. You have to knock on the door and search for it yourself, and the staff does not smile or introduce the purpose of the accommodation facilities., and dish and disorderly arrangement of kitchen utensils. Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of the residence

• Matthew (2/5): Poor communication and upkeep. - Poor communication had to knock on all doors waiting for an answer. Then message the host. Then waited for an answer. There is no address on the door, there are no instructions on how to use the the shower so we showered in cold water because of a switch that needed to be on which the host didn’t tell me or write it. There were bugs in the room. The washing machine didn’t work. The host said we would only get towels if we stayed for more than three nights (we stayed 2 nights and needed to use the same dirty towels. The blankets smelled like they weren’t washed.

• Simon (8/5): Suited our purpose very well. - Well located. Very clean and comfortable. A lovely outdoor patio was a bonus. Good parking facilities and fast WiFi. No air con in lounge where our children were sleeping making it very hot for sleeping. Provide a fan if air con not an option.

• Odd (10/5): Really nice place - Very beatiful place, and the hosts were really nice and helpful. When we had some issues with the washing machines, they bought new ones at once. Can really recommend the place and the host. The washing machines did not work as they should, but the host bought new ones the day after.

Its in a good location, ten minutes on bus to the old town of Dubrovnik, and 10 to 15 minutes to two good beaches. When we arrived by Uber there was nobody there to meet us. we got a text from the host after we arrived to say which apartment we were to go into but I didnt see it on time. Eventually someone came and let us in. We were unpacking our bags and getting settled in when the host arrived and said we were in the wrong apartment and we had to move. I thought this could have been avoided if the host had met us on arrival.

Day trip to busy old town is easy to arrange while enjoying more quiet area of a town with walking distance to beaches. Host was nice and easy to reach. Apartment was clean and with good size. The area is quiet but not far from a lively beach promenade and with great restaurants. There’s a supermarket 5 minutes away. The hosts are friendly and flexible in terms of check in/ out. nothing
• Bondoc (9/5): Superb - Decent location, event though it is not in the center of the city you could easily get there by bus/car, you could walk 10 min to 2 nice beaches, a general shop is just over the corner, etc. Free parking, albeit on the site of the road in front of the building. Clean rooms, friendly hosts. Not all rooms have balconies, but there is a shared terrace. The pricing was a bit over the median, but this is a general issue in the tourist season in Dubrovnik.
