• Magdalena (6/5): Świetna lokalizacja, głośno i nie dla osób którym hałas z ulicy przeszkadza w spaniu. - Lokalizacja Hałas hałas i jeszcze raz hałas. Apartament posiada okna na zewnątrz na ruchliwą i głośną ulicę. Od tej strony wychodzą okna z sypialni które nie są w żaden sposób wyciszone, nie domykają się i bez zatyczek w uszach nie da się w ogóle spać.

• Karolina (5/5): wyjazd fajny, ale mieszkanie nie spelnilo oczekiwan. - lokalizacja, odleglosc od metra super, tak samo od restauracji czy kawiarni. Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia – w mieszkaniu było brudno, ściany były obdrapane i pomazane, a na suficie i w rogach widoczne były pajęczyny. Niestety wyraźnie widać brak inwestycji w utrzymanie lokalu – większość wyposażenia jest zużyta i nosi ślady długotrwałego użytkowania. Dostęp do Wi-Fi również był niezadowalający. Dodatkowo ogrzewanie, chłodzenie oraz klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działały prawidłowo. To co na zdjeciach nie oddaje rzeczywistosci.

• Satenik (4/5): Great location , bad service! - The location was excellent, right in the very center. Unfortunately, everything else did not justify the price. We booked three separate rooms, but two of us had to stay in one room because another room was not breathable because of the specific smell, and had no window for fresh air. Additionally, the bed cover was not clean. When I sent a photo showing the stains to the host, I was surprised by a very aggressive response. We were also supposed to receive two separate keys. However, we could not find one of them in the apartment. We asked the host to point out the exact location, but our question remained unanswered. Safe area, a lot of restaurants, bra & shops nearby. - the apartment is huge, just as in pictures. Had everything we needed. - we arrived very early before check in time, they were very kind enough to let us do check in. - the staff was super welcoming,kind and available at any hour thru whatsapp. - a bit cold - no living room but is not a problem - WiFi was not the fastest but okay

Il soffione della doccia fisso e la posizione del miscelatore dell acqua non proprio comoda da aprire, e una presa per il phon in bagno.

• Tamara (5/5): Average - The location was great and central. The shower had great water pressure. Toilet took 3 flushes for the toilet paper to go away and was very loud. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and firm. The kettle button was broken and had to hold it down to boil. Some cupboards in the kitchen were broken and would not clise. The mugs and cups were dirty on arrival in the cupboards. The tv's were small. The elevator fit only 1 person and no luggage so had to take the stairs with alit of luggage. For the money we spent for it it was sadly not worth it.

• Eleni (9/5): Amazing definitely would stay again there . - I best thing was the location very near all the attractions and the house was very clean and very good price for the stays great view of 2 churches from the windows and lots of light. Big door very safe with good locks , also the staff was very polite and fast on response. Very big for families or friend groups , taxis available 3 min away by walk and all the city’s shops under the house . Safe neighbourhood and quiet and easy to find . All nice local restaurants are walking distance and the huge park 15 min walk away Lastly The shower phone was not working so you could only have a wash from the shower head in the ceiling and only 4 towels provided for the hole stay but there was a Washimachine so we washed eveyday towels and clothes very convenient . The lift is not working but it’s okay because we were on the first floor only , but it would be a problem if you were on the top floors …. and the iron had exposed cables probably need to invest on a new one .

Poi al checkout sono stato buttato fuori con due bambini di 7 anni,,,dalla donna delle pulizie alle 10.20 dopo essere stato ripetutamente minacciato prima dopo e ancora dalla proprietaria dall'HOST
• Andrea (10/5): Excelente - Está cerca a pie de varios lugares de interés, Plaza di Spagna , Fontana di Trevi , Plaza del Popolo, supermercado y si les gusta caminar más , el Coliseo está a 30 minutos caminando y el Puente y Castillo de Angelo están también a 30 minutos caminando y por ahí está El Vaticano. La limpieza, es excelente. Cuenta con lavadora, plancha y tabla, buena cama y ducha , hay detergente para la loza y la ropa, café, te, especias, azúcar y sal , tazones, copas, ollas; de todo . Se rebasa el receptáculo de la ducha , está tapado con pelos seguramente.

The carpet was old and stained. It also stated a washer and dryer but there was no dryer. The shower water would be warm then cold. This apartment needs to be updated.

• Michi1985 (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very central and close to Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo. The communication with the owner was also very good and easy to handle via WhatsApp. The second room has just a curtain, not a real door to the corridor.

Two bathrooms which was great! Easy access to shops. Spanish steps etc Cooker didn’t work even to make a hot drink! No good for a family! We had no hot water so none of us could get a shower, luckily we had family staying in another apartment so we went there. Couch uncomfortable but paid really good price for location so can’t moan really!

The apartment was dated and not as per the pictures. The beds were not very comfortable and provided nowhere comfortable to sit and relax.

Check in and directions were really easy. Lots of clear communication. Enough space for 5 of us and comfortable beds. We had an issue with our airport collection but they were very responsive and apologetic. We loved staying here and would stay again. They added a (small) cleaning fee, even though we left the place spotless. I was surprised by that.
• Nicole (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Lage, um Ausflüge zu Fuß zu starten. Durch die zentrale Lage war es natürlich etwas lauter als in einem Vorort. Was wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen haben für eunen Sommer im November!

Close to the Spanish Steps, there is a constant buzz in the ear with lots of people around, numerous restaurants and plenty to see and do bearby within walking distance. Francesca and Alessandra were very helpful in making us feel welcome.

Freezer tdk dibersihkan, atap kamar mandi byk bercak lembab, tpt flash air toilet juga sepertinya kondisinya perlu diperbaharui.
