• Karin (8/5): Super Preis, komme gerne wieder - Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Günstiger Preis für München. Sehr sauber. Werde ich gerne wieder buchen. Öffentlich ca 40 Minuten bis Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof.

• Emmanuelle (7/5): Functioneel hotel. - Het is een functioneel hotel. Schoon en netjes. Het is erg gehorig. Ik had mijn oordopjes bij me dus prima geslapen. Prima voor 1 nachtje en op doortocht.
• dogs4ever (8/5): Funktionelle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage - Der Bäcker gleich in der Nähe ist super! Ruhige Lage, großes Apartment. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Apartment ist funktionell, aber lieblos eingerichtet. In einem Zimmer steht das Bett mitten im Raum, kein Nachkästchen, Rollo kaputt. In dem anderen Zimmer fällt das Nachtkästchen um, sobald man was raufstellt (ist nur an die Wand gelernt und nicht fixiert)

It would be good to have a kettle to make tea. Also, there is no breakfast on site (there is close by but it could be an option to bring it to the room).
• Tamas (10/5): Nagyszerű helyen, kiváló ár/érték arányú szállás. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel az autópálya és az S-Bahn is. Tiszta, rendes szoba, még hűtőgép is volt a szobában, ami kellett a 24 fokos május eleji melegben.

• Béla (7/5): Egy viszonylag olcsó hotel - Egy jó ár-érték arányú hotel volt. A hotel közelében S-Bahn található, amivel könnyedén a városközpontba el lehet jutni. Személyzet nem volt, viszont minden infót e-mailben megkaptam. Részletesen, jól és érthetően le volt írva. A be- és kicsekkolás egyszerű volt. A WC iszonyúan gusztustalanul nézett ki. Valószínűleg vízköves volt, de nem volt szép látvány. Illetve lehetne egy infótábla a bejárat mellett, hogy hányadik emeleten melyik szoba található.

• Georg (7/5): Für München völlig in Ordnung und vergleichsweise günstig - Außerhalb München's Zentrum, mein Zimmer hintenraus war sehr ruhig, vorne raus könnte es etwas lauter sein. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren während meines Aufenthalts stets zu finden - in München nicht hoch genug zu werten!. Mit Bus und Bahn sind's etwa 30-40 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Mein Zimmer war in Ordnung, nicht luxuriös, aber alles da, was man braucht inkl. genug Platz. Rezeption fast nie besetzt.

Spärliche Möbelausstattung, keine bzw. nur 1 Nachtschränkchen und 1 Stuhl für das Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Badzelle sehr klein und ebenfalls keine Ablagen.

Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und komme immer wieder gerne hierher, weil für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach stimmt. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach, aber für meine Zwecke – insbesondere für Übernachtungen – vollkommen ausreichend. Auch dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird, stört mich nicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Bäcker sowie ein Supermarkt, die beide bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

• Paola (9/5): A very good home from home place to stay when visiting family. - Yet again a very simple check in process; Our room was larger than usual; Very clean; Very quiet; For us it’s an excellent home from home hotel when visiting family in Munich. The room was slightly cold on arrival.
• Thaddäus (6/5): Großes Appartement, übler Geruch, dünne Wände - Die Größe des Zimmers hat uns sehr gefallen. Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig. Der Geruch im Zimmer war nicht schön. Es roch nach altem Fett und Rauch. Mit Kindern war das nicht wirklich toll. Außerdem Wände aus Papier. Man hörte alles aus dem Nebenzimmer.

• Paola (9/5): Consistently providing good accommodation. - We have stayed many times now and the standard is consistently good! Family run, very clean, relaxed and helpful staff + management. I rate the location exceptional due to the proximity to where we want to be. Solln is not central yet it is very well connected by public transport. The hotel is quite old fashion and has all the essentials which suits us. -

The corridors were huge and bare, it felt like being in a health clinic rather than a hotel. There was a terrible smell in the common areas which thankfully was not in the bedroom.

• Shidy (8/5): CAMERA CARINA E PULITA - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera piccola, carina e soprattutto pulita. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un lettino per la bambina. Stanza ben riscaldata. Bellissima sorpresa la macchinetta del caffè in camera con le capsule Nespresso e il latte. Non c'è l'ascensore e staff non presente. Per fortuna abbiamo incontrato una signora che ci ha aiutato ad entrare in camera.

• Alina (5/5): - Die Lage Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber von der Rezeption und man hat jeden gehört der zum frühstücken gegangen ist. Außerdem haben wir die Toiletten Spülung aus jeden Zimmer gehört was der störend war
• monzani (8/5): - Non ho usufruito della colazione ma c'è una panetteria proprio a fianco della struttura dove fare un'ottima colazione. La posizione é circa a 8km dal centro di monaco e c'è la fermata del bus a pochi metri dalla struttura. Consiglio questa struttura come punto di riferimento calmo e tranquillo di notte, bel caldo d'inverno e comodo per i mezzi pubblici con i quali raggiungere il centro.

• Carla Regina (10/5): Atendeu muito bem às expectativas - O tamanho do apartamento é excelente, muito bem equipado e ótima localização. Supermercado, padaria e restaurante indiano muito próximos. Travesseiros tinham pouco enchimento, por isso, eram desconfortáveis para dormir. As toalhas eram de tecido de má qualidade e não secavam bem.

• Frank (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip nach München gut geeignet - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Restaurants können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Vor dem Gebäude gibt es viele Parkplätze. War für uns nicht wichtig, aber es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus.

There was a problem.with the internet connection in the morning two hours before checkout time, it was very frustrating because I had work with me on the laptop I had to use my own mobile network instead. There was an expected amount of noise from the street. Somebody was late making noise in the night, with TV or other sound, which made me wake up.
