Laura (9/5): Fabulous views and delightful owner - Paula, the owner, was absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful. Went over and beyond to look after us. Views were fabulous from hotel, and it was a good location for walking the area, being at the top end of the pedestrianised village area. Good size room, which was clean with comfortable beds. If you are not very mobile wouldn't be a great place to stay as very steep access and lots of steps. Would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room..

Raymond (10/5): - From US: My wife and I absolutely loved this property up on the side of the mountain overlooking the city. Spectacular at night looking down on the city lights. Property is located close to several trails, foxes often seen on the property, owner picks you up at the bus station for free (it is a .5 mile walk up to the property) The property owner, 'Paula' was a great host, very friendly and inviting. Answered all of our questions and helped anyway she could. We enjoyed our time in the city and at the hotel so much we extended our stay 2 more days! The hotel and city are safe and we had no issues at all. It is a nice quiet town to relax in and the Hotel Panorama helped to make it a great stay
