- RTK&ZEB (9/5): Short stay in Florence - The LOCATION was great. The size of the apartment was perfect. 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. Spacious place for couple. Enough room for 4 people. The instructions on the email/message of the key situation were not very clear. They were not complete. I needed to call the call centre to get further instructions. I understand that codes are important and secretive data, but the clearer instructions with all the codes straight away would of saved time, and to some extend money (as it is international call). But that is just minor thing that not necessary impacted/ruined the experience of accommodation and holidays.

- Anamaria (8/5): Locația este perfectă pentru a putea ajunge la toate obiectivele din Florența! Canapelele extensibile nu sunt cele mai c - Locația excelentă, foarte aproape de centrul vechi. Am avut probleme când am făcut check-in ul. Nu am găsit apartamentul punând adresa indicată de proprietar. În Florența există mai multe numere de imobile de culori diferite, respectiv roșii, albastre și negre. Ar fi foarte util dacă ar pune un pin cu locația exactă de la locație și ar pune și poză cu ușa blocului. De precizat este și faptul ca numărul de telefon indicat de proprietar nu a fost valabil, nu am putut lua legătura cu el în momentul în care nu am găsit locația.

Klima sadece sogutmak içinmiş. Martta bile sinek vardı. İki yatağı koltuktan dönme sırtım çok agrıdı. Çamaşır makinesi yok. Mikro dalga ekmek kızartma ve kapsül kahve makinesi yok. Biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu benim için.

I letti ed i divani letti sono scomodi, non abbiamo trovato i sacchetti per fare la racconta differenziata, non abbiamo trovato nessuna indicazione per regolare la temperatura dentro la casa e mancavano i telecomandi dei condizionatori. Per il resto è un ottimo appartamento, sito in una posizione centralissima, comodissima per gli spostamenti.

Apartamento bem decorado, dois banheiros, camas confortáveis, cozinha completa e localização excelente, próximo da Basílica e dos principais pontos turísticos, além de ter dois pontos de ônibus na porta! Tem supermercado ao lado, ou seja, tudo perfeito!

- Maja (10/5): Great experience in the center of Florence - We liked apsolutly everything - location is just around the Duomo so everything is in walking distance. Apartment is spacious with 3 bathroom. Instructions from host were great from the moment we booked the apartment and if we had questions they answered in the next 10,15 minutes. They have an arrangement with parking garage near by, so they took care of our car (valet service). Great experience, would recommend it definitely and would book it again without hesitation. -

I divani letti non sono comodi per 2 adulti perché si fa un buco al centro con il peso, per i bambini va bene. Danno un solo set di chiavi, quando sei un gruppo di 4 o 6 adulti è un pò difficile organizzarci

- deborah (5/5): La peste arruinó nuestra estancia - La ubicación era fantástica y la verdad es que el apartamento está muy bien equipado. El personal es atento y contesta muy rápido, pero nuestra estancia se ha visto totalmente enturbiada por la peste que desprende uno de los baños. Huele fatal, hasta tal punto que hemos dormido muy mal y comer en el apartamento era muy desagradable. El servicio de atención al cliente intentó arreglar la causa del hedor y nos dejaron un ambientador, pero no se arregló apenas el problema La peste del segundo baño, que invadía todo el apartamento y no nos permitió hacer vida normal en la estancia. Además, la presión de agua es muy baja, tanto que lavarse el pelo si lo tienes largo, es una odisea las TV no están sueltas to izadas. La primera noche no funcionaba la calefacción, aunque eso lo arregló el dto de mantenimiento a la mañana siguiente

Las camas son muy cómodas, así que el descanso fue reparador Los baños olían a los desagües, y eso se extendía al resto de la casa. Hay escalones para acceder al ascensor y a la entrada del apartamento, y creo que en la descripción no viene.

El alojamiento tiene ascensor pero este no se encuentra en la planta calle ni en lapuerta de la habitación por lo que hay que subir escaleras y si vas con niños y maletas es una lata.

When we wrote to the host, he did not respond. The water pressure in the showers was very weak. When walking barefoot, the floor was dirty. The blankets in the rooms were outdated.

Uz smještaj je osiguran privatni besplatni parking u jednoj od garaža u centru grada. Moguć pristup apartmanu s autom kako bi se unijela prtljaga u smještaj. Vrlo važna stavka je što zgrada ima lift. Također svaka soba u apartmanu ima klimu. Apartman ima i mali balkon. Sve je bilo odlično.

- YIJIA (10/5): 非常棒！Mamo旗下的另外两套公寓也值得尝试 - 自驾超级方便！自驾请一定选这家，合作的停车场小哥帮忙申请ztl，入住期间自由进出。拿车前一小时电话通知，走路到停车场6分钟取车便可。入住首日小哥会送你到住宿，因为有行李，退房小哥也会开车到住宿门口来接你，太贴心了！其次，地理位置特别好！就在圣母百花大教堂的隔壁，楼下有超市，满足各种需求，房间整齐干净，有电梯非常方便！ 电吹风坏了一只，还好另一个卫生间还有一只。卫生间放化妆品的地方有点小。

Hemos disfrutado de esta posición estratégica de la casa, de todas las comodidades que ofrecía para una familia de 8 personas con los abuelitos. Escuchar las campanadas de la catedral y tener todos los servicios a mano ha sido fenomenal. La disposición para un grupo tan numeroso tanto en camas como baños (3) se encuentra pocas veces y es lo que hace que nuestra valoración para el alojamiento sea muy buena. La casa cuenta con lo necesario para hacer de la estancia algo verdaderamente placentero. A dos pasos de todo, catedral, museos, puentes y con gran oferta gastronómica. Volveríamos sin dudar a este alojamiento.

Solo había una llave para el ascensor, un pequeño inconveniente para grupos grandes y no tiene microondas. Hay dos tramos suaves de escaleras de las que nos habían informado.

- Antonia (8/5): Amazing location, great value stay for a family of four. - Location is fabulous - you are steps away from the Duomo. Extremely walkable we never used a taxi or any public transport the entire time we were there. Good air con once we worked it out. No road noise in our apartment which was at the very top (Timo) Could do with another shower. One room had a shower and one had a bath. You have to be able to carry your case ups final flight of steps which some people might struggle with. The bedroom with the bath has velux windows in the ceiling that you cannot reach and they have no covering so the light will wake you up if you don’t bring an eye mask!

The 2nd bedroom is falsely advertised as it’s a loft and does not have closed walls. We were unable to use the space for our group. The upstairs loft was very hot and smelled of mold.

It's on the 4th floor, but there’s an elevator which makes it super convenient. The place is clean, comfortable, and perfect for two couples. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay right in the heart of Florence. The water pressure in the showers was very low.

- msyesz (7/5): - Excellent location! You couldn’t ask for a better spot than this apartment. The free parking was a major plus and one of the reasons we chose this apartment. The self check-in process was smooth, and the garage staff even offered valet service directly to the apartment. Unloading our luggage was quite challenging, as there was no designated space to stop the car, so we had to rush—especially difficult with multiple bags. The TV in the living room wasn’t working, and the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. The AC in the main bedroom blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable and forcing us to turn it off. The attic room had a very low ceiling, which may not be suitable for everyone. While the staff was responsive at first, they stopped replying after we requested a late check-out and haven’t followed up since.

Servizio di supporto, assistenza, informazioni eccellente. Poco luminoso. I prodotti del bagno, alcuni erano vuoti. Mancano mensole di appoggio nei bagni. Avrei gradito una macchina per caffè e degli scottex/tovagliolini.

- Shirley (9/5): Amazing apartment with all the sights on your doorstep - Location was amazing so close to the Duomo and having access to car parking was excellent, allowing us to make the most of our trip. Lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep we had a wonderful time in Florence
