• Javiera (8/5): Amazing for a traveler who wants to feel comfortable - Was pleasant to find as a traveler a room with everything you need. Comfortable bed, kitchen for cooking, sink, table, chair, bathroom and lots of space for stuff. They have laundry so we were able to wash and dry for free and also free coffee in the lobby They gave us another room than the one we booked because they said they were full. So we didn’t have the city view and balcony. Also they should pay more attention because the chair was in very poor conditions we asked to change and for 2 people there was only 1 cup so we also had to ask for another one

Which was very easy as a traveller Unfortunately it was dirty, it was advertised as soundproof probably main reason room next door blasted music which we can clearly hear. If you are ok with such situations then its ok since location was good. But if not you can find better rooms available near the area.

Cela pourrait être bien de mettre des sens bons pour chasser l’odeur. Environnement très bruyant. Les poubelles des précédents utilisateurs n’avaient pas été vidées.

La chambre laisse à désirer, on a trouver pas mal de cheveux sur le draps à notre arriver, la toilette n’était pas propre du tout! Si vous prenez la chambre le moins cher dans cet hôtel, soyez prêt avec votre bagage parce que la chambre sera au quatrième étage sans ascenseur! A fuir!

• Edit (7/5): - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése; közel van a tenger, boltok, bazár, tömegközlekedési eszközök. Innen könnyen megközelíthető az old town és a központ. Az ár-érték arány is megfelelő, pároknak egy hétre vagy egy hosszú hétvégére pont elegendő. A tisztaság nem volt megfelelő, az étkészlet és az evőeszköz kevés; egy kés volt és az is életlen.

Obok postój taxi i ubera(na lotnisko cena między 550-770 lir, z lotniska do 950). Obok przystanek autobusowy/tramwajowy- 3 wycieczki nas stąd odbierały bez problemu Pokój trzyosobowy jest bardziej dla dwóch, w trójkę było nam niewygodnie. W pokoju tylko jedno krzesło. W części kuchennej czajnik, kuchenka (nie używaliśmy), jednak bardzo mało zastawy. Jeden kubek i dwie szklanki(takie jak na wodę). Zapomniano, że jesteśmy w 3 osoby i nie dostaliśmy pościeli dla tej 3( była po przypomnieniu się). Drugiego dnia pobytu masz pokój zalało, zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego (koleżanka mająca 151 cm nie mieściła się na łóżku, ale ok, awaria, to dostaliśmy co było). Po powrocie w nocy dnia 4(byliśmy po drodze na wycieczce) wróciliśmy do zalanego pokoju (posprzątany) . Niestety nie mieliśmy zimnej wody, tylko wrzątek...naprawiono to następnego dnia rano. Znowu nie dostaliśmy pościeli dla 3 osoby (wzięliśmy sami, na 2 piętrze jest szafa z pościelą i ręcznikami). Brak windy- dla nas to nie jest problem, ale pokój mieliśmy na 3 piętrze.

The noise traveled though the walls so much I could hear everything happening in the lobby. There was little privacy. The windows to the room were easily looked in from outside on the patio, and the blinds weren't wide enough to cover it. I think there may be bed bugs. Just the worst stay Ive ever had in my life. Stay away from this place

Номер заявленый с кухней и размер 45м (то есть плюс минус небольшая однушка) в реальности метров 20, просто с небольшим островком кухни, плитку отзывчий персонал принёс. Номер на минус 1 этаже, окно не открыть, видно ноги и достаточно оживленный тротуар, кондей дует на кровать. И вишня на торте жуткая, просто как в фильме ужасов плесень в душе, да, на потолке, но пахнет знатно и влажность в номере ужасная.

• Jair (2/5): - El personal en general es amable, pero el hotel tiene mucho que mejorar, las fotos que aparecen en Expedia, no son para nada lo que encuentras en la propiedad, el cuarto olía a caño y a cigarro, que decir del olor a humedad, las camas están en muy mal estado estado, con marcas y manchas de dudosa procedencia, lo bueno que tiene es que está cerca del casco antiguo y hay muchas ofertas de comida alrededor. Nuevamente, insisto, el personal es amable.

Sadly we took no photos and claiming anything is impossible. We don’t recommend the place, don’t save extra 30 eur that you can pay for a more comfortable place. This place is dirty, clogged tubs in both rooms we were in. Staff is not resolving issues, no blankets offered. No washing Maschine in substitute room. They told us we can’t give you your room cos there is the issue, then they said we have high demand on the room like yours…? So they potentially sell it to several guests!!! Scam!

The personnel were friendly and helped us as they could. The room was not in good condition. The sofa is old and inconvenient for sleeping. There was a large burnt spot on the small table in the kitchen. The washing machine didn't work, but it was changed to a brand new one, after we reported the problem. The room is much smaller than it looks in the photos.

• Bartosz (3/5): very good location, dirty, unequipped facility, no interest in the resident, difficult communication - location near the old town and marina we spent 7 nights there. only one member of the staff speaks English, I had to ask for toilet paper twice because after checking in there was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (once unfortunately the receptionist did not understand what I meant and we had to buy it ourselves). for an apartment the kitchen equipment was very poor (4 plates, two glasses, a small knife, 4 forks), there was no kettle, toaster, iron in the room, it was old, the single hotplate was very dirty and old, the washing machine was rusty, the window had a broken lock, it had a strange bolt installed like in a barn (I put glasses on the windowsill because I was afraid someone would come in from outside), the floor was only superficially washed, but it was sticky, the walls were dirty, the sofa was dirty. behind the wall was a "house of horrors" - the reception knew we were traveling with a 3-year-old, despite everything they assigned us such a room - all night long we heard terrible noises from behind the wall. something terrible. in addition, a certain receptionist turned on loud music at night, which could be heard very clearly in the room - complete lack of respect for the residents. in addition, the coffee table had burnt spots (as if someone forgot a cigarette), the TV was very old, the casing was yellowed - the remote control was so dirty that it didn't even occur to us to touch it. for the entire week no one asked if we had trash (we took it out in plastic bags), or if we needed anything, e.g. toilet paper. it was generally dirty, big problems with communication, idyllic atmosphere at the reception, but no interest in the residents

• Akshay (3/5): Very bad, dirty and irresponsible people dealing this. - Just the location is ok.. Bunch of liars don’t even dare to take responsibility and pointing fingers at staffs working in the shifts. They agreed for a free parking and messaged the confirmation, when we arrived they declined that they even said it, I showed them the message and they said like may be other staff wrote it not me… just stupid reasons. I will never go there anymore. Booked the room for 3 adults and they just set things up for 2 and we have to chase them to get things settled for the 3rd one. Irresponsible people running this.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Betas oldu size beta - Bu şubede kalamadık kendi kafalarına göre diğer şubeye vermişler bizi ve gittiğimiz zaman öğrendik ki rezervasyonu çok önce yapmıştık. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bizim gergin olmamız gerektiği yerde kendisi gergin tavırlar ve mimikler eşliğinde konuştu. Özellikle aldığımız şubede kalmak istediğimiz için çok önceden rezervasyon yaptırdık. Bize bilgi dahi verilmeden şube değiştirilmiş. Diğer şubede kalmak isteseydik daha ucuzdu orada da kalırdık. Davranış çok vasattı. Burayla ilgili ilk defa böyle bir şey yaşıyorum ki defalarca kaldığım bir yerdi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi sayesinde oldukça fazla bir şekilde soğuma yaşadık betastan. Sırf günümüz mahvolmasın diye biz makul davranıp hanımefendinin söylemi ile 5 dakika yürüyüverdik. Üslup sıfırdı. Diğer şubeleri vasattı diyemem fakat temizlik konusunda daha aşağıda kalıyordu. Yerlerde ve koltukta kırıntılar vardı. Ağır bir kokuya sahipti. Yatağı rahattı oradaki resepsiyon görevlisi daha kibardı. Ona teşekkür ederim fakat betastaki hanımefendi hayal kırıklığı niteliğindeydi.
• Md (7/5): Good - Staffs are very supportive , Great location Cleanliness issue and No Lift facilities. We had to suffer in a bit climbing stairs.

• Laxman (10/5): - Good location in the old town with all transport facility at the door step. Stayed in studio (2 days) and classic apartment (1 day). Very clean spacious room with all amenities that includes kitchenware and washing machine(in classic room). Only downside would be no elevator in the G+4 floor building.
• Simona (6/5): The location was great. - The location. The blond girl in the reception was not friendly at all. The furniture was outdated and in general it was not clean. The sofa was covered with some kind of blanket.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. • Sinan (8/5): Fiyat Performans - Otel küçük ama butik ve güzel bi hotel. Odanın durumu genel olarak iyidi fakat rutubet ve koku beni biraz rahatsız etti. Ayrıca duş başlığı kırık ve mini dolap soğutmuyordu. Onun dışında konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, her yere kolay ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Tekrar olsa dezavantajlarına rağmen yine tercih edebileceğim bir yer.

• Chris (8/5): A few nights in Antalya - Good location, nice bed, good AC and fridge, would have been good with microwave in the studio instead of cook plate. Big room, close to old town. The riom was not clean when i checked in, requested an additional cleaning. Staff was busy on phone while helping me check in and out. The people working there chatting all night and could hear from stpes and hall, walls too thin and missing door to hall and steps to quiet the noise from lobby.

• Martha (5/5): It was just ok. Not wow. - It was close to a lot of cool places. It did not have an elevator so I had to carry my bags up and and down the stairs. No one helped me. The room was not all the way clean. I could hear singing from the bar across the road.

• Thaleia (4/5): Disappointing - I booked the room with the jacuzzi. The room looked nice, with clean bedsheets and nice space. The aircondition wasn't working properly, it was doing too much noise and also the remote control couldn't work. So we couldn't sleep at night well and we had either to keep the door of the small balcony open (with all the noise of the street not being so pleasant) and take out the key that gave power to the room so the aircondition wouldn't work or either close the balcny door and hear the terrible noice of the aircondition all night. Also before night we asked from the reception for another remote or help with our problem and they said we can't help you.
