Cleanliness i found a bug on the bed, hair under bedsheet n a very big blood stain on bedsheet n duvet cover, No TV n AC remote control, bedside light No buld. Entrance door handle was broken. Bathroom the bidet holder was broken n shower head was broken too. I pay for almost RM150 i get the room like???

- . かいと (1/5): Don't stay. Ever. - Nothing. Room was in horrible condition and filthiness worse than labor camps with bed bugs and cockraches. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when asked about it and ignore our question.

- Ching (4/5): First impressions is like go into a haunted room - Bed is ok, bathroom is clean Wall paint was dirty, wall paper was broken, door looks fragile, room got ants, light was insufficient , but when i check on the room next to me, it was very clean and tidy
- Yixin (2/5): Feel really unwell,no happy to stay - easy to find the place downstair have so many Chinese food to choose I done booking in booking.com, when I reach hotel and ask for check in, the reception tell me the hotel fully booking of my room that I book. when I reach already 9pm, then the reception call the boos , the boss ask me to add some money to upgrade my room, but no value of it , the room that I add money is same that I book online and aircorn is no cool, the floor are not clean , the TV is no function , there is not hot shower, no lift. the floor given is 4th floor, hard to climb
