• Mariarosa (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole a Tirana - La casa è nuovissima e centralissima (5 minuti a piedi e sei in centro). Ha tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Tirana. Nelle immediate vicinanze presenti anche servizio taxi, bar, pasticcerie, negozi. Unico consiglio che potrei dare è la possibilità di avere una culla da campeggio per i più piccoli ma per il resto è stata una bella esperienza.
• Patrik (7/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine richtig tolle Lage. Zudem war der Balkon auch groß genug und das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein Parkplatz konnte in der Tiefgarage des Hauses dazu gebucht werden. Die Kommunikation war manchmal etwas holprig. Ohne WhatsApp wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Das Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, wie wir es von unseren vorherigen Unterkünften in Albanien kannten. Die Wohnung wirkte zu dem etwas abgewohnt (Spuren an den Wänden, Loch in der Wand der Dusche). Zudem war im Schlafzimmer immer ein helles grünes Licht der Notfallbeleuchtung an der Decke angeschaltet und ließ sich nicht deaktivieren.

It was quiet, air conditioning in both rooms. +Locations, great big bed, cleaning Why only four stars? - no kitchen knifes for general- and bread knifes. Communication wasn't great regarding how to check in. But my mobile couldn't accept outgoing calls. So it it was mostly our fault! - no hooks for clothes in th hallway, no lamps aside the bed.

• Mihaela (10/5): Perfect Apartament - had a wonderful stay at this property in Tirana! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved how well-located it was, close to everything I needed: shops, restaurants, and the city center were all within walking distance. The apartment had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana and would love to stay here again in the future!

• Alvy (8/5): Communication With The Host Could Be Better - The apartment was fine. Like a studio with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, and it is part of another joining 2 units under 1 large unit. We heard noises from the other tenant's children. The communication was to be improved. There were no check-in instructions whatsoever. Usually, in this case, the host will be there waiting for you. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Erdan only assisted me in entering the apartment by phone, thus made it a bit complicated and I imagined for travellers who do not have internet/roaming while travelling will have a problem entering this apartment. The checkout instructions were conflicting. It said to just leave the keys on the table but without the keys, you will not be able to go out from the main door thus we were stucked for a quite a while. Some of our questions in the chat were also not answered and ignored.

The procedure to get the apartment keys was not given in advance, awkward and confusing and the garage parking, which was an additional charge, was unnecessarily complicated due to someone taking our assigned spot. No fault of the owners.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Great location. Lovely bakery next door with easy access from the apartment to the bakery garden seating area, perfect for coffee and pastry in the mornings! Comfortable and well equipped for our short stay. Parking was very secure. Very helpful and prompt response from Stevja. Would have been useful to have some balcony furniture but we were not tempted to use it anyway and did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
• Lachezar (10/5): Perfect - We stayed here for only one night but we found it just perfect! The aparment was very spacious, well equiped, clean, comfortable and close to the city centre. It was a huge plus for us that they had a private parking but be warned that it is a little tight in there so if you are with a big car and don't feel comfortable to manuever in small spaces, it would be a little difficult for you (but not impossible, of course) P. S. We didn't knew what the Doritos on the ceiling meant... 😂 Very narrow parking, but still minor issue

Even though it is paid, the garage is very convenient as it can be very difficult to find a spot on the street in that area. Green light in the bedroom (emergency light) can be disturbing for sleeping.

The street is somewhat noisy, so windows need to be closed when sleeping. As these are the only windows in the apartment it can get a bit stuffy. But there is an AC for hot days, so not a big problem.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Great experience in Tirana - Nice apartment, close to the Tirana Center. It's new , with large spaces and is quite quiet. Kitchen is modern with all equipments, there are two television also. The apartment was clean and well-kept and also very secure: one electronic badge for opening the main entrance, one armored door before the apartment and the last door for entering into. The parking requires additional fees - 5 euros per day. The owner told me in advance, but it would be great to specify that cost in the ad. I think the WiFi quality could be improved (it works, but sometimes it disconnects). Sometimes there was a light smell of cooking food perhaps coming from the adjacent apartments (however, nothing unbearable)

• Jane (7/5): we enjoyed our stay and you were very accommodating. thank you!! - good location ( near brianza), clean and modern. good communication. got us the keys early which was really helpfull. the matress was comfortable but we like more heavy blanket on n top soni took blanket from the closet. - glad you had that available we had little toilet paper as did our friends in the other apartment and don't think it's right to make us buy it. we had one roll and no extra for 3 days. our friends had half a roll and no extra for 2 days. we've never experienced this before. the tv was difficult to manage to watch the football game- there should be instructions. the overhead light bulbs were out in the bathroom and we couldnt see very well with the small light. also our friends had lightbulbs out in bathroom

The location is fabulous for seeing the sights of Tirana. Highly recommend the Central Chic Apartments, I hope to come back one day!
