The accommodation also includes free parking, which is fantastic for Dubrovnik. The room was quite small, but perfect for one person or a couple, sice it had everything I nedeed. I had no complaints.

Another big advantage was the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the host was very friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. • Wyn (10/5): Brilliant - Communications with the guesthouse prior to the stay was excellent. It was clean and cool. The air conditioning was excellent because it was very hot during our stay. It was close to a small grocery shop, bakery and cafe, just 5 mins walk away. It would have helped to have better instructions to access some of the channels on the TV.

It was also fairly quiet and had plenty of space, plus a refrigerator. It was challenging to figure out how to get to the parking area. And, there are a LOT of stairs to go up and down to get to Old Town.

The host was charming and very helpful Guests with cars need to be warned that there is a ZTL zone nearby to be avoided if they take the wrong road.
• Daniela (10/5): - Ubytování jsme si vybrali kvůli možnosti parkování u apartmánu a blízkosti historického centra. Je to opravdu kousek po 130 schodech a chodníku mezi domy jste tam za chvilku. Pokoj s koupelnou byl perfektně čistý, postele velmi pohodlné, možnost posezení na terase, příjemná paní domácí. Děkujeme a můžeme doporučit.

O fato de ter estacionamento incluído durante a estadia é um diferencial. A proprietária foi super gentil e atenciosa conosco. Recomendo! Estavamos no terceiro andar, então subir todas as malas é um item a ser levado em conta dependendo de quem vai se hospedar. Para chegar de carro tem que ficar atento, tem ruas que não podem circular bem proximo ao entorno, peça dicas para os proprietários.

• D. (9/5): - De fantastische locatie! Middels een deur, die rechtstreeks verbinding heeft met het steegje naar het centrum van de oude stad, ben je op een vijftal minuten al bij de Pile Gate. Let wel op, het is een stevige klim naar beneden en dus ook naar boven maar dat is nu eenmaal hoe Dubrovnik ligt. De gratis parking is ook geweldig! Zeker als je de parkeerkosten van de ondergrondse garage bekijkt.

• Megan (10/5): Great location, host and room - A friendly welcome from our host. Well-provisioned and clean room. We had views of the old town. Really convenient location (lots of steps but expected in Dubrovnik). Parking is an added bonus, it was free during our stay and we paid €10 to leave our car for a additional hours after check-out. Personally, we would prefer a duvet or blankets on the bed rather than just a sheet. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The home brewed coffee was delicious. There is nothing we did not like about the property as we knew to expect lots of steps up and down to the old town, still great location for getting to and from the old town!

• Federica (9/5): Soggiorno a Dubrovnik con parcheggio gratuito - La signora che ci ha accolti è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. La struttura è molto vicina alle mura (circa 10 minuti a piedi), la camera era pulita e molto carina. Il bagno era nuovo e con una doccia molto grande. La vista dalla camera era proprio sulla città di Dubrovnik. In camera inoltre c'era un frigo. Altro punto importante da menzionare è il parcheggio gratuito davvero comodo.

• Kim (10/5): Geweldig, spectaculair uitzicht vanuit onze kamer! - Wat een geweldige plek! Wij hebben hier 2 nachten geslapen. Het was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanuit ons slaapkamerraam was echt spectaculair, we keken uit over de oude stad en Fort Lorvijac! ‘s ochtends maakten wij gebruik van het ontbijt wat vers werd klaargemaakt door de lieve, gezellige en hulpvaardige gastvrouw. Heel fijn! Je bent binnen 5 a 10 minuten bij de Pile gate. De terugweg neemt wat meer tijd in beslag door de trappen. Maar evengoed prima te doen en anders kun je een taxi of bus pakken. Verliefd geworden op de stad, dus kom zeker nog terug!

O fato de ter estacionamento na propriedade também é outro ponto positivo Ter que subir com malas várias escadas para chegar na acomodação

Thank you for the laundry service (15€ for a very large load) and delicious breakfast (10€) on the lovely terrace with a view. Great parking, wifi, air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. Very central - 5 min walk to Old Town and the beach. Can highly recommend. Not a thing!

The air conditioning worked well, which was fantastic when we returned to the room in Dubrovnik's high temperatures. It's a 6-minute walk to the old town, and breakfast can be purchased separately. The location is excellent.

• Chantal (9/5): Logement parfait à Dubrovnik - L'emplacement à 500 m de Dubrovnik. La place de parc. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre. La douche est super. La vue depuis la chambre est exceptionnelle. La gentillesse de la propriétaire. La belle terrasse. C'est bien sûr un peu spécial d'entrer d'abord dans la SDB puis dans la chambre, mais finalement pas dérangeant. Nous aurions été content de trouver une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo en arrivant. Le fait de devoir payer 10 EUR pour laisser la voiture dans le parking jusqu'à 12 hres le jour du depart( je comprend le principe mais ça nous a agacés)

Mit Blick auf die Altstadt - Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Fön im Zimmer vorhanden - tolle Terrasse die allgemein nutzbar ist - es ist schon sehr steil am Hang, dadurch ist der Weg in die Altstadt (besonders der Rückweg) gerade bei Hitze sehr anstrengend.

• james (10/5): Fabulous! - Anka was a wonderful host(less) and we loved everything about our place! For a small fee she even did my laundry. Can't recommend enough. the stair climb returning from the old city.
