• Jérémie (8/5): Excellent emplacement, mais attention au bruit - Le logement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier très vivant et agréable. Beaucoup de familles, d'habitants et peu de touristes mais qui regorge de restos et terrasses animées. L'appartement en lui même (entresol) est assez agréable et fonctionnel, avec une petite terrasse bien sympa. Il était très propre, et on s'y sent bien. Isolation des fenêtres quasi inexistante, les soirs de fête on entend toute la rue (c'est à dire 4 jours sur 7) Le système pour récupérer les codes d'entrée est assez mal fichu, j'ai dû m'y reprendre à 5 fois pour les avoir. Au final on ne communique quasiment avec personne, tout est informatisé. La literie est moyenne, sans plus. Et au final, le séjour coûtait vraiment très cher, dans la moyenne de Barcelone certes, mais quel prix !!

Veľkým plusom bola pokojná štvrť, v ktorej sa nachádza – ideálne miesto na oddych po dni plnom spoznávania mesta. Oceňujeme aj výbornú dostupnosť k metru, vďaka čomu sme sa vedeli rýchlo presúvať po celej Barcelone. Navyše, Sagrada Familia bola len kúsok od apartmánu, čo bol pre nás obrovský bonus. Určite by sme tento apartmán odporučili každému, kto hľadá pohodlné a tiché ubytovanie s dobrou polohou. Všetko bolo perfektné.
• Denise (9/5): Wonderful stay in a great location - The location is wonderful. The space was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The steps required in order to complete the digital check-in were clearly communicated. In general, the communication with the support staff was very quick and extremely postive. The only downside to the apartment is the fact that the main bedroom's windows face directly onto the street and are not sound-proofed. Being on the ground floor, this means that even the slightest noise comes straight into the bedroom. Thankfully, reading the full description of the space helped prepare for this with earplugs, so this did not become an issue during the stay. That being said, any kind of sound-proofing would really make this place an all around 10/10 accommodation.
• Katrien (7/5): Perfecte locatie! - De locatie is fantastisch in de volle Gracia wijk. Beetje gezellige pleintje, terrasjes, gezellige winkeltjes en goed gelegen t.o.v. de hele bezienswaardigheden. Wij deden alles te voet! Het appartement is goed uitgerust qua toestellen etc, maar wel vind ik het nogal clean. Een paar kadertjes als opsmuk zou het gezelliger maken. Ook mag de douchearm wat langer, hij was te kort om op te hangen en ik kon er net onder als ik hem vasthield.

• Tamika (4/5): - The location was great, and the apartment was clean. We booked this specifically for the sofa bed, which turned out to be broken. We spent two nights in uncomfortable conditions because the host ignored our requests for help after a failed promise to fix it. This, combined with a strong sewage smell in the flat, meant the property was not as described. Would not stay here again due to the lack of accountability.

• Ruby (8/5): LOVE the location as it did not feel touristy and VERY SAFE! - 1) Excellent neighborhood- It's local and you feel safe- 2) Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops in the area- 3) Walkable distance to some attractions- 4) There's a metro nearby- 5) Comfy beds, nice towels. 1) Though the apartment is nice, it needs to add a mirror- The only mirror they have is in the bathroom - So if there's more than 1 woman in your party, then you have to take turns to get your face fixed! :)

Der Service war schwer zu erreichen und das Check-in System war absolut überkompliziert, ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort oder eine Person, die empfängt hätte viele Probleme lösen können.

• Herring (8/5): Neat and well kept. - I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the fully equipped kitchen. The property is conveniently located near public transportation, restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The place was comfortable and generally well maintained. However, the second bedroom windows had no locks on either side, which made me feel a bit concerned about safety at night. It would be great if this could be addressed for future guests.

• Siobhán (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay, it was perfect for a family of 5.only complaint was the noise levels from outside but this wo - Excellent location with Plaças very close for food & drinks at night with the kids. The terrace was amazing to have some outside space to enjoy breakfast and a chill out after a long day of walking around the sights. The seals on the balcony doors could be improved. The street outside was very noisy on Saturday night and it sounded like they were all in our bedrooms laughing & talking.

Responsive and helpful hosts. Shower cubicle leaks and floods the bathroom. I can see this was picked by other guests and obviously hasn’t been addressed.
• Todd (6/5): If you just needs beds to sleep in, this is the place for you. Bring ear plugs. - The location is centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Bedrooms on ground level apartment right next to busy street where people were yelling until 3-4am. We had five people stay and it felt cramped with no place to be together inside the apartment. Just the one bathroom made it rough to share for all 5 of us. The laundry took 3+ hours per cycle. The subway was a bit far to walk to (especially with luggage). Getting there was a challenge in the rental car. Overall it checked a box for us as a place to sleep but not much more than that.

The only thing that was missing from the property was a mirror. Whilst there was a small mirror in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have had a larger mirror so you could see what you looked like before leaving the apartment.

• Cherisse (1/5): UNSAFE! nothing like the pictures, incorrect support when we were in an emergency, awful apartment. - I am fortunate enough to have travelled the world for work for 20 plus years. I have rented apartments in many cities globally, stayed at countless hotels and NEVER experienced anything like what we went through when we arrived at this property. I use TripAdvisor feverishly when booking travel to ensure the property reaches expectation but also is SAFE. This entire property is down a dark back street that feels uncomfortable (as we were 2 women travelling alone for a conference in Barcelona) and had an overwhelming smell of cannabis upon entry to the property. We tried and tried to get into the property via the code given and it kept knocking us back out and turning red. We were unable to enter it remotely so we had to call the emergency helpline and after a few attempts we were able to get off the street with all of our bags and into the property. The stairs are exceptionally narrow and dark. NOT for anyone that is unstable on their feet or who is travelling with small children or elderly. When we got to our floor, the door was wide open, the lights off and the bathroom window wide open. We were shocked and appalled and entered the property fearing for our security... we then found that the window in the bathroom, despite multiple atempts would not lock. We felt incredibly unssafe and called the helpline 3 times to get someone out to help us. No one came. We waited 50mins and decided to leave as we were panicked for our safety and didn't want to spend one more moment in this unsafe apartment. I think its also worth noting that the pictures of the apartment look absolutely nothing like the reality. It feels almost like a hostel at best, cheap, dark, cold, unclean, weathered old furniture and in all honesty, as a seasoned traveller.... we felt completely cheated by the webiste pictures and the reality of what we were looking at.
• Adriana (9/5): Comfortable flat, clean and spacious, in amazing location. - Fantastic location, right in the heart of Gracia. Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and boutiques on our doorstep made even the trip to and from the Metro a pleasant stroll. The shower needs a look, as it easily leaked water onto the floor. As there were five of us, after everyone had taken a shower, the floor was very, very wet and slippery.

• Andrew (5/5): We payed a lot of money the experience could have been better - There was works every morning in the apartment blow or next to ours some body with a hammer 🔨 and chisel constantly banging from 9am until 5pm every day We called at 2pm to ask for early check in they said no problem come back at 3pm your room will be ready. So we carried our bags all the ways back to the apartment from a square where we where relaxing 😌 to call and they said no your room won’t be ready untill 4pm so we had to carry out bags away again and back again this could’ve been avoided with a simple phone call to let us know rather disappointing to be honest

• Jon (7/5): Good - The location was great. The unit was functional. Could do with a touch more time going over the apartment during cleaning. Went to use the washing machine and there were dirty towels that had obviously been there for days if not a week. The stink was so bad we opted to just close it and inform the site.
• Jordan-marie (7/5): Entered without permission - The apartment was spacious and in a good location. There were issues at check in, meeting with the host wasn't smooth and then we had to sit in the apartment for another 20-30mins for him to come back with a working key. That was fine but we were quite alarmed to find that when we came back to the flat one day, it had been entered into without our permission or prior notice. When I contacted the host team, they said the dishwasher needed to be fixed for maintenance purposes. I thought this was rather odd because what actually gave their entry away was that a bucket and mop had randomly been left in the bathroom, so they were either lying or they entered more than once. Unfortunately, that would put me off booking with this host again.

• Dee (8/5): Very good - Great location that allowed us to move around the City easily. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the three of us, and the ease of having a grocery near by was super! During the Festival of St. John, there were a lot of fireworks. We enjoyed them all night long. It was fun to be near the locals, but it would have been a little better if we had gotten more than a couple of hours of sleep.
• Kevin (8/5): Great apartment in the heart of Gracia - Loved the location in the heart of Gracia just 100 metres from Plaza Virreina. The terrace was a wonderful place to breakfast with the children and also have a glass of wine together at night. The only downside was the shower is quite tight. It made washing the children's hair very difficult.

• Christopher (9/5): A great long weekend break in a lovely city. - The on-line check in and codes were a little daunting at first but having just one code was great. A little pricey but a good location. Free storage close by was great. Loved the veranda for an evening drink/chat. Check in process was a little confusing at times but bear with it. Great location with good local amenities.

The building has no lift and the communal staircase is super narrow We have two babies with two prams and suitcases. I've got a different apartment that I've booked on Booking.com. The bathroom smelled like sewer; we had to keep the door closed to be able to sleep. The street is very noisy, and there are people partying on the street until 3 a.m. There is no lift, and we had to carry two babies up and down two floors through a very narrow staircase. The apartment itself is very basic.

• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was lovely. Location great to walk the city or use public transport as the metro was only a very short walk away and easy to navigate. The staff at the apartment gave us a code to store our luggage prior to check in. I liked the constant communication and easy instructions how to access the apartment and storage lockers.

You can't sleep with the windows open so quite stuffy in the rooms. Take some earplugs. The doors don't shut properly particularly the toilet shower room!!! The sofas and furniture are a bit tired.
