• Lewis (8/5): - Central location, Plenty space for 6 adults. Clean. Easy check in and check out. Couple of our towels were a bit worn out. Probably to have duvet covers on the quilt instead of a folded flat sheet over the quilts. Only table and chairs in the living area. None of this spoiled our stay!

Would recommend for city breaks with f - Location - very central Comfortable beds En Suite for each room Generally had everything we needed Access was ok - but tiny lift or 6 flights of stairs! Missing a bit of comfort in the shared space. Maybe smaller table and a sofa?

• Miriam Yadira (10/5): - Esta muy cerca de la terminal de Termini y es fácil llegar a los lugares iconicos.
• ROBERTO (7/5): Todo correcto!! - La ubicación estaba muy bien, estas cerca del Coliseo (unos 20 mins. andando). La zona era tranquila y segura. Tiene 2 camas grandes y dos camas individuales por lo que caben 6 personas sin problema. El apartamento estaba en un sexto piso. Lo malo de esto es que había un solo ascensor, en el que solo cabían 2 personas...por lo que hay que ir turnándose y esperar o subir andando los 6 pisos. El piso estaba bien, pero el edificio es un poco viejo...por lo demás todo bien!!

• Heather (9/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable. - Location was great. Walking distance to many sights we wished to see. The window that was broken was fixed immediately we notified the manager. Very prompt. Could have provided a clothes rack to hang washing . The little balcony rack was good but for three adults it was hard to juggle.

• Rani-Jane (10/5): Would highly recommend and stay again 🌸 - It was an amazing apartment for a family of 5. It was spotlessly clean and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus. The host was fantastic and the communication lines were very clear. Very close to the Metro station 🌸
• Valdeon (8/5): - Localização boa, a uma curta caminhada de algumas atrações principais. Opções de restaurantes e cafés próximos. O tamanho do apartamento muito bom, atendeu razoavelmente bem ao nosso grupo de 5 pessoas. Os travesseiros não são confortaveis. Tivemos um problema com aquecimento dos chuveiros, mas logo foi resolvido. O espaço para banho muito apertado, se a pessoa for muito alta ou mais larga, sentirá mais dificuldade.
• Kathleen (9/5): Recommend for groups, close to Termini - Wonderful that each of the three bedrooms had its own ensuite. A washing machine was also appreciated. While a dining table and six chairs were available it was disappointing not to have a sitting room or couches on which to relax

• Agrela (8/5): - Loved the location. Walking distance to all major attractions and train station. Spacious apartment Showers are pretty small, hard to move around in. I could be wrong but couldn't get the heating to work. No front light
• Nocheska (8/5): - La posizione era perfeta, molto vicino al Colosseo e alla stazione centrale. L'appartamento era grande e spazioso, con 3 camere da letto. Subito sotrto l'appartamento ci sono dei bar e ristoranti molto belli. I bagni sono troppo vecchi, il water facceva tanto rumore, i l'acqua dal rubinetto pratticamente gocciolava quasi impossibvile di lavare i denti. il WiFi aveva il guasto.

• Laura (9/5): Soggiornare a Roma e sentirsi come a casa propria - Ottima posizione, appartamento curato con un bagno privato in ogni stanza. È stato ottimo usufruire della cucina ben attrezzata. Se tornassi a Roma, alloggerei volentieri di nuovo in questo appartamento Non mi è piaciuto La mancanza di mobiletti e porta valigie nelle stanze e di spazi da utilizzare negli armadi pieni già di piumoni e coperte.
• Griselda Goette (9/5): Recomendable - La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de Roma Termini y de varios atractivos turísticos para hacerlos a pie. Todas los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado lo cual es óptimo. No obstante sería conveniente contar con al menos un ventilador en la zona del comedor ya que en verano y durante el día se torna muy caluroso ese espacio.

• Alona (8/5): Good value for price, excellent location, nice and responsive host. Overall recommended. - Excellent location, very central and close to shops and restaurants, yet on a quiet residential street, the building is quite without people traffic or noise, lift to the 6th floor is very convenient, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom in every room. No shared living room space, only dining table without couch. The water in the bathrooms sinks were going down very slowly. The showers are tiny. We had to walk 4 minutes to dispose the trash.
• Jean Paul (6/5): Bonne situation géographique mais équipements usuels à revoir et terasse non attenante au logement. - L'emplacement du logement. La cuisine/pièce de vie spacieuse. Le calme du lieu. Il y a effectivement un tout petit balcon et la terrasse n'est pas attenante au logement. Elle est commune à l'ensemble de l'immeuble et nous n'avons pas trouvé comment y accéder. Il y a malgré tout, pendu dans l'appartement une clé pour y aller. Les douches sont étroites pour y entrer et nous ne sommes pas gros. Les équipements de cuisine datent un peu. La climatisation d'une chambre ne se règle pas et il faut l’éteindre si on veut dormir sans le bruit qu’elle génère.

• Matthew (5/5): Passable - The temperature in Rome was really hot for this time of year and the apartment air-conditioning was barely working. Need the three units in the bedrooms serviced and possibly a four unit in the kitchen.

• Jotinder (1/5): Bad - The location of the Apartment was very good & the building in which it was situated was quite old & not maintained at all. The locality was not friendly at all.
• Moran (5/5): I would not recommend to my friends to stay there. - Clean and location No sitting room No hot water so no showers one evening after walking over 20,000 steps. Next morning again no hot water in showers . Very annoying. Fixed later in the day after a few texts but clearly the system needs replacing as others had mentioned problems with showers previously. I saw this before booking but assumed if there was a problem it would have been fixed. We paid a lot of money for our stay and expected hot water at a minimum. A refund of €200 should be given as a gesture of goodwill otherwise we will post bad review.

• Shayra (9/5): Central Apartment in Rome was Superb! - The location was central and quiet. Plenty of places to eat and shop. We loved that each bedroom had an en suite bath. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Kitchen was equipped with appliances like panini press, dishwasher, espresso maker. A toilet seat was loose, and the pillows were a bit flat. The dining table picture needs to be updated it’s much bigger with clear, acrylic chairs.
• Henry (10/5): Would come back - Apartment is located in a great place walking distance to Rome termini, colosseum, forum, etc all about 8-10’ walking. The host was very welcoming. Pictures are as described. This place is truly beneficial for larger groups due to its 3 bedroom with private bathrooms each. Would come back. Everything was funcional. I have no complains. Everything as described!

• Emily (9/5): Lovely, Clean and bright - Location was great. Apartment was lovely only one issue was only one set of keys and we were three couples doing our own thing, so we had to meet up to let others in at times which was a little inconvenient. The water was cold too, they tried to help us sort it but as we were not in the apartment all the time it was difficult to sort out.

• Martirosyan (3/5): Poor - I liked the location of the apartment, the bedrooms were good, the kitchen was suitable for cooking, except for the plastic chairs which were uncomfortable the washing machine did not work, there was no drainage in the bathroom rooms, there was a problem with the power, when the air conditioners were turned on and other devices, the power went out

• Peter (8/5): All in all a great trip to Rome - 3 bedrooms all had there own shower and toilet, showers are a bit on the small side though. Very clean throughout with good kitchen facilities. Quiet residential apartment block with a Small lift to the sixth floor and access to the roof for a class of wine in the evening, (A communal table and chairs on the roof wouldn't go a miss though). Very comfortable beds but only one pillow which is very soft. Air conditioning is quiet and effective. 15min walk to the Colosseum. The kitchen area is the only seating area as there is no lounge and can get stuffy. Table and chairs are adequate but could do with replacing, although we didn't eat in the apartment we did sit there every evening playing cards and found the plastic chairs uncomfortable after a while.... Although the wine and beer did seem to help. The photos of the property on line seem to show it bigger than it is but it was fine for us 5 adults.

• Abdul (3/5): stay was ok but not according value. - property owner response . Wash room were small, some rooms do not have any storage, Only one key was provided, Lift was very small. Small rooms small lift no shampoo was provided.
• Arbresha (8/5): Very good - it was good for a group of people, everybody had ita own privatasi because every room had a bathroom. timings for check-in and check-out. charges if you checkin later, it stressed us, we where on vacation
• Teifion (8/5): Brilliant quite appartment, central to Rome sites, with good resturats, bars, coffee shops nearby - Its a great appartment with three sparate bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom. Very central localtion with great resturants and coffee shops just around the corner. Also great bars for those who like an evening drink. Superb supermarket also just around the corner. Appartment has French Coffee making apparatus. Did not have a toaster machine, but then cant have everything. Good size Fridge and we (three friends and myself) stayed there for 5 nights. No toaster. Appartment had iron but could not find iron board, even though we were advised it was there. But did not matter in the end.

• Craig (9/5): Excellent value in a large apartment that was great for our family of 6 to explore Rome. - We loved the 3 large bedrooms each with own ensuite and a small kitchen and large fridge and a washing machine. It is on 6th floor and had lovely views. It was very well stocked and had replacements of essentials (toilet paper etc). Lots of windows that allowed nice natural light. The only thing I could fault is the shower wasn’t quite warm enough and the washing mashing spin cycle left clothes still a little too damp - took days to dry them.
