• guillaume (8/5): Vue splendide - Excellente location dans une rue piétonne avec plein de boutiques, très animée. Le personnel était très serviable par email. La vue sur l'Acropole était splendide. Appartement traversant dont la chambre a une cloison en verre laissant entrer la lumière et offrant une vue sur l'Acropole depuis le lit. Salle de bains spacieuse. Appartement situé au dernier étage et au dessus il y a un roof top dont le bar organise des soirées privées jusque tard le soir. La réserve du bar est située sur le palier de l'appartement, ce qui crée beaucoup d'agitation sur le palier à la fin du service.

• CHRISTINA (9/5): Πολυ καλη επιλογη στην καρδια της περιοχης! - Πολυ καθαρα διαμερισματα , με καινουρια επιπλα , εξοπλισμο και ειχαν οτι χρειαζομαστηκαμε για την διαμονη μας..Ανετο και το διπλο κρεβατι και ο καναπες - κρεβατι.Σε κεντρικοτατο σημειο μεσα στην καρδια της αγορας κατι που βολευει να κινηθεις στην περιοχη με τα ποδια και να βρεις κοντα αρκετες επιλογες για φαγητο ,ποτο ψωνια...Πολυ ζωντανη περιοχη με κοσμο.Επισης πολυ κοντα στο σταθμο Μετρο.Εκτιμω επισης το οτι κατα λαθος τους δυσκολεψαμε με ενα απο τα κλειδια που ξεχασαμε να παραδωσουμε φευγοντας και η αντιμετωπιση τους ηταν ευγενικη... Εχει θορυβο μεχρι αργα αλλα αυτο ειναι αναμενομενο λογω των μπαρ κ.λ.π..Επισης ενοιωσα οτι μπορει να χρειαζεται λιγη παραπανω προσοχη στην περιοχη για βολτες αργα το βραδυ.Αυτα φυσικα δεν αφορουν την διαμονη μας απλα σαν γενικες πληροφοριες τα αναφερω.
• Laura-Mae (9/5): Great location, nice and clean apartments, and very convenient. - The location. The extra bed for the 3rd person was great. It was separated from the main one and each room could be climate controlled well. The noise from the street and nearby bars can be a little distracting but this is what you get for choosing such a great central location. That being said, they were pretty firm / respectful about noises stopping near midnight.
• helielina (9/5): Keskellä Monastirakia - Asunto oli siisti ja tilava. Sijainti markkinakadulla, ytimessä ja Monastiraki-aukion ja metroaseman lähellä. Huoneistoon kuului ns parveke. Se oli umpinainen huone, joka oli toiminut varmaan lähinnä tupakkapaikkana koska haisi niin tupakalle. Emme käyttäneet sitä joten parveketta jäimme kaipaamaan. Lähibaarin musiikki kuului n klo 24 asti.
• Paul (10/5): A comfortable and fantastic base to see and experience Athens. - Central location and walking distance to Metro and everything else there was to see in Athens. Great view of the acropolis from a very comfortable and self contained suite. Gigi was very helpful and is great asset to the property. Nothing in particular, perhaps the odd music from roof top parties surrounding Muse but that was far outweighed by the pluses.

• Karine (7/5): Bon emplacement et bel appartement, mais jaurais choisi ailleurs pour plus de calme. - Très bien situé, en plein cœur d’Athènes, ce qui rend les déplacements vraiment faciles à pied. La chambre était belle, propre et bien équipée. L’endroit a beaucoup de charme et l’expérience aurait pu être excellente. Il faut savoir que c’est extrêmement bruyant la nuit. La musique des bars autour résonne jusque dans les chambres tardivement jusqu'aux petites heures. On devait utiliser des bouchons pour réussir à dormir. Autre point à considérer : la réception fonctionne de façon assez aléatoire, donc ce n’était pas toujours simple d’obtenir de l’aide ou du service lorsqu’on en avait besoin.

• JM (8/5): Perfect location, quite, friendly staff - The place is perfectly located to discover Athens by foot. Everything is in walking distance. The flat lies in the centre of the 'flee market' in a pedestrian area but 100 m from the next street, so no problem to walk with suitcases from the taxi drop-off. Although one might to expect that, the place is calm to sleep well. The flat is rather large with an excellent bathroom and one of the best showers I have ever had, even at home. WiFi is good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is not really sufficiently equipped. There is a nespresso machine and a kettle but boiling eggs in the only 6 liter pot on a stove not even the house technician gets to start is not foreseen. On that front the managers could improve a bit.

• Caitlin (9/5): What an amazing place - The location is perfect. Its a minute walk to metro. The hotel is located right in middle of the flea market area, and plenty of food options around the corner or within minutes of walking. The suites/room itself was great, especially for a family of 3. Woke up/went to bed with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Nice having a kitchenette. We used the AC units in both rooms. The room was very clean, smelled clean. We were given plenty of towels along with slippers. The shampoo and body wash in shower smelled really nice, to the point I went searching for similar types in stores. All around we were very happy with our accomodations. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend. We had a slight issue with the AC units dripping but after adjusting the temperature it was fine. We wished the bedding could be bigger especially if someone tosses and turns diring night and pulls all the blanket. But its not a deal breaker, just personal preference.

Super friendly and clearly communicated, very helpful - it was fantastic overall, and I was really very happy with it! I would definitely stay again if I were in Athens! Overall, I was amazed that there wasn't a lot of noise from outside the room, but there was one night where there was a very loud singer.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato spiegato tutto quello che riguardava la casa e come muoverci . A parte alcune piccole cose da sistemare ,a livello di accessori , direi nulla .

Comfortable large apartment well equipped. Great reception (Gigi) with lots of helpful information as we arrived. Thin doors, we had some loud neighbors but I guess it was just bad luck.

• Mariusz Koperek (9/5): Amazing accomodation in the center of Athens - Fantastic location and extremely friendly personel. We felt really taken care from them moment of arrival. We were provided with airport transfer who had keys to the apartment since we arrived late. Gigi and Kostas provided all necessary support during stay - we travel a lot but find their service truly exceptional. Apartment is located in a fatanstic location close to every place you need to visit in Athens. Subway and great eating location are next door. And view on Acropolis from apartment was spectatular.

Λίγο αδύναμο κλιματιστικό..το αναφέραμε στην κοπέλα στο ρεσεψιόν αλλά δεν βελτιώθηκε τίποτα αφού η θερμοκρασία στα δωμάτια όλες τις μερες ήταν αρκετά πιο χαμηλή από όσο χριαζεται για να νιώσεις άνετα

Persönlich wirkte der Empfang an der Rezeption allerdings etwas unpe - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Auch die Lage ist sehr zentral, genau so, wie erwartet. Ein Punkt, der für mich enttäuschend war: In der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern wird mit einer tollen Aussicht und Terrassen Richtung Akropolis geworben. Das traf in meinem Fall leider nicht zu. Ich hatte zwar eine kleine Terrasse, diese ging jedoch in einen Innenhof mit Blick auf Wände. Draußen sitzen war zudem kaum möglich, da es sehr laut war und Gerüche aus den umliegenden Grillrestaurants stark nach oben gezogen sind. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief überwiegend per E-Mail und über Booking, was auch zuverlässig funktionierte. Persönlich wirkte der Empfang an der Rezeption allerdings etwas unpersönlich – die Mitarbeiterin war sehr mit dem PC beschäftigt und schaute beim Vorbeigehen mehrfach nicht auf. Ich habe Verständnis für den hohen Betrieb, dennoch hätte ein kurzer Blick oder ein Lächeln den Empfang deutlich einladender gemacht. Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft die Beleuchtung: Auf den Fluren (2. Etage) brennt Tag und Nacht sehr grelles Licht. Durch einen breiten Spalt zwischen Tür und Türrahmen fiel dieses Licht direkt ins Zimmer, da das Bett unmittelbar an der Tür stand. Dadurch wirkte es nachts fast so, als wäre die Tür offen, was mein Sicherheitsgefühl beeinträchtigt hat – auch wenn überall Kameras vorhanden sind. Ein kleiner Tipp mit großem Effekt: Nachtbeleuchtung statt Dauerlicht oder ein Sensor wäre angenehmer, umweltfreundlicher und stromsparend. Ein einfacher Dichtungsstreifen an der Tür könnte zusätzlich Licht und Kälte abhalten
• Virginie (4/5): Très bien situé, mais confort et prestations décevants - L’emplacement est excellent, central et idéal pour visiter Athènes à pied. Le quartier est agréable et vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. L’appartement est propre et globalement plaisant visuellement. L’appartement ne correspond pas au descriptif, notamment concernant le canapé-lit annoncé pour deux personnes mais peu confortable et inadapté. L’équipement est insuffisant (cuisine très rudimentaire, peu de prises, salle de bains avec éléments défectueux). L’isolation phonique est inexistante, avec beaucoup de bruit la nuit et une lumière de couloir allumée en permanence.

• Alessia (9/5): - Avevamo preso una junior suite, ma ci hanno fatto un upgrade dandoci una suite con una meravigliosa vista sulla acropoli. Doccia molto grande con accappatoi a disposizione oltre a vari asciugamani. Posizione ottima in zona Monastiraki. Reception non aperta h 24. Piano cottura presente, ma per noi è stato difficile capirne il funzionamento. Nonostante questo, comunque consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio.

The women at the reception gave good guidance on what to do, where to eat, and places to see. The mattress is just okay. It’s one of those thin ones that easily sink. That can cause back pain to someone like me. That’s the only thing I would change about this hotel

• Shalev (9/5): - אהבנו מאוד את המיקום - מרכזי מאוד. חדרים גדולים ומאוד נוחים. פחות אהבנו את זה שלא מנקים ומחליפים מגבות כל יום ואין אפשרות לבדוק ניקיון באותו בוקר. בנוסף, לא נתנו לנו אפשרות לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר כלל. המזגנים לא עבדו כמו שצריך וגם הכספת בחדר.

• ELAINE (9/5): - Very clean, modern room. We were only there for one night but would go back for a multiple night stay. Was a little hard to find as it was on a side street, and the uber driver wasn't quite sure himself where it was. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed. Very close to Acropolis and a square with a flea market. Shopping and restaurants all around the hotel.

Bizim mahmutpasa pazari gibi bir carsinin icinde ama lokasyon olarak cok merkezi ve guvenilir. Ilk tereddut ettik ama bir sikinti olmadi. Resepsiyonda Gigi bize yardimci oldu. Bir problem oldugunda da Konstantinos Bey’e direkt ulasabildik. Odada kapsul kahve, kettle, kahve makinesi, tabak canak her sey vardi. Bir de masa sandalyesi olan bahce de denilemeyecek kadar kucuk ama keyifli bir alani vardi. Yakinlarda bar var ve evet ses de geliyor ama biz genelde cok yorgun odaya girdigimiz icin ses bizi rahatsiz etmeden uyuyakaldik. Sese cok duyarliysaniz rahatsiz olabilirsiniz. Bir hanin icinde oldugu icin bir saatten sonra han kapaniyor ve gec gelmeniz durumda onun icin de bir anahtar veriliyor. Biz gec saate kalmadik hic denemedik ama sikinti aninda mutlaka birine ulasabilirsiniz. Genel anlamda memnun kaldik. Bizim odamizi temizlemediler 2 gece 3 gun kaldik. Bizim mi talep etmemiz gerekiyordu o kismi anlamadim ama iki gece oldugu icin talep de etmeye gerek duymadik. Bayanlar icin boy aynasi odada yok, ben eksikligini hissettim.
• I (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at Muse Urban Suites! The location is perfect — right at the foot of the Acropolis and close to all major attractions. The accommodation conditions are outstanding: everything is spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Although it’s in the historic center, it’s quiet at night and you can sleep very well. The host, Gigi, was truly amazing — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. She gave us great advice for an efficient itinerary, with recommendations not only in Athens but also throughout Greece. We highly recommend this place!

• Valeria (9/5): - Very nice and modern apartment, in central location near Monastiraki Square. Great view of the Acropolis from the room. Very good coffee offered by the host! The kitchen is very nice and modern, perfect for breakfast but missing equipment to cook lunch or dinner.

• Hans (9/5): Delightful and pleasant. Very friendly and nice staff. - The property is spacious, pleasant, quiet with outstanding views of the Acropolis. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Of course access is through the flea market which is a pedestrian area meaning you need to walk with you luggage to and from the access point but we thought that was not a big issue. Location is superb. We were pleasantly surprised by the space and facility of a small kitchen and great bay window overlooking the Acropolis and all the restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, when your space includes a kitchenette you expect the presence of plates, knives, forks etc needed to make full use of it and there was nothing. We did not particularly care as we went outside for all meals but it was odd to have all the basic equipment there for preparing an in house meal but not any of the needed utensils.
• Alba (8/5): - Vistas preciosas del acrópolis y la calidad del apartamento es muy buena, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Nos gustó mucho alojarnos allí. El apartamento es ruidoso, tanto por la calle en la que se encuentra como por el bar que hay en un ático justo al lado.
• Mikhaila (9/5): Excellent location - close to everything in Athens. Would recommend and stay again. - We liked the location. Very convenient and close to travel. Friendly reception staff who gave recommendation for local food/drink places to visit. Advertised as bed with sofa bed but sofa bed did not fold out into a full size bed. Everything else was good.

• Roy (10/5): Very nice apartment, well appointed 15 minutes walking from Acropolis - The apartment was very nicely decorated., with Refrigerator, stove and Nespresso machine with a nice presentation of capsules. The entrance was a bit weird, and difficult to find
• Rotem (10/5): Great place at a perfect location - Best location possible, great communication and seamless check in experience, the place is spacious and beautiful A bit noisy at night because of the rooftop bar nearby but with all the doors closed it was okay
