• Abdel (1/5): Des arnaqeurs, faire tès attention de louer cette appartement - Rien du tout, pas de matelas pour deux personnes, et c'est très sale Ce sont des voleurs , on m'a obligé de payer une caution de 1000dh, à l'avance et après mon check out on m'a volé le montant de la caution, n'aller jamais à cet établissement

• Michela (2/5): Monolocale pubblicizzato per per due ma con un solo letto singolo. - Posizione ottima Ho prenotato un monolocale per due persone, dal 26 al 29 settembre, arrivati nell'appartamento troviamo solo un letto singolo, il letto estraibile del divano era incastrato e non c'è stato verso di tirarlo fuori. Alla fine ho dovuto dormire sopra il divano, vecchio e sgualcito, inoltre non c'era biancheria adeguata. Per il letto singolo c'era solo il lenzuolo sotto mentre sopra avevano messo l'interno di un piumone... a Malaga a fine settembre con 25/26 gradi. Per il divano ho dovuto usare delle lenzuola matrimoniali che ho trovato dentro l'armadio. Il bagno non era stato pulito in quanto odorava di muffa e all'interno della doccia erano ancora presenti le boccette vuote dello shampoo e del bagno schiuma usati dai precedenti locatari. Il pavimento era tutto appiccicoso. Il bagno è vecchio ed andrebbe rifatto. Il personale dell'agenzia, a parte averci fatto lasciare i bagagli nel loro ufficio, non sono stati assolutamente disponibili. Avevo chiesto, arrivando a Malaga verso le due, se potevamo accedere all'appartamento un po' prima delle 16 e come risposta ho ricevuto "non è possibile perché devono essere fatte le pulizie" ma quali pulizie, quattro ore per fare solo un letto singolo? Inoltre il giorno prima della partenza mi arriva un messaggio nel quale viene indicato il ceck out alle 11 anziché alle 12 come indicato sulla prenotazione, nessun problema perché sono uscita alle 6.30 per andare in aeroporto. Altra cosa non indicata su Booking, l'agenzia chiede successivamente alla prenotazione e al pagamento anticipato una cauzione di 100€, se non la versi non ti danno né le indicazioni né le chiavi. Pagato per 3 notti per due persone 380 € (€330 per un letto singolo e un divano letto non utilizzabile, niente biancheria adeguata, 50 € per una pulizia non fatta).
• michela (5/5): Stupenda la posizione dell’appartamento in pieno centro ma molto caro per quello che offre - La posizione in pieno centro e l’appartamento molto silenzioso. L’arredamento, i due divani letti scomodi e da fare (con lenzuola a parte) la totale assenza di utilità (caffè, olio, sale, acqua di cortesia , detersivo…nulla) lavatrice rotta.
• Zixin (1/5): Not good - none Staff not friendly, need to take the key far from the apartment. Walking more than ten minutes with luggages. The bed is very small and easy to fall. Facilities not clean.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja, dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. - Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji, barów. Mieszkanie odpowiednie dla 2 osób, dla większej liczby może być ciasno. W kuchni i łazience wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Niestety łóżka nie były zbyt wygodne.

• Mark (4/5): Disappointing - The location was very good in rhe centre of the city The address of booking.com was wrong There were insufficient directions how to locate the room once in the correct address The kettle didn't work and had ro be another phone call I puit tye TV on low volume as I donr speak Spanish but had it on for company in the background and within 5 minutes the agent rang saying neighbours say the volume was too high. I voukd hear voices and furniture moving day and night from above my room. I contact booking.com but so far no reply

• Elina (8/5): Nice for location and when travelling solo - Location in the old city centre and the view, the couch is comfortable There is a requirement to do a payment of a deposit outside of Booking.com which is not mentioned within the booking process. The bed is small. The kitchen has a dish washer but only hand wash was provided, the coffee machine works with coffee pods but only filters for another type of coffee maker were provided. Not enough electric outlets inside the apartment.
