- Asma (9/5): Perfect Location and great value for Money in HCMC - the hotel is tucked away in an alley in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. so,the noise level was very minimal, almost none. But then you step away from the hotel and turn one street and everything is super close. you can walk everywhere. the room is comfortable and quiet and the staff are helpful and welcoming. I think the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. it was not a big deal as I disinfect everything anyway but I wished they had given it a good scrubbing after each guest.

Le personnel est très aimable et prévenant : on m'a proposé un petit déjeuné à emporter lors d'un départ de bonne heure sur une excursion. It’s within walking distance of major attractions, although I ended up using Grab most of the time because of the heat 🤣 The toilet had a slight mouldy smell.

Das kleine Frühstück mit Obst und Kaffee soviel man möchte ist ein guter Einstieg in den Tag. Die Klimaanlage konnte man gut regulieren und lief leise. Alles war sehr sauber.

- Máté (10/5): Kiváló szálláshely. - Központban, de ahhoz képest teljesen nyugodt a környék, mert egy kisebb utcában van. Éjfél körül érkeztünk a szállodába, de probléma nélkül be tudtunk jutni. A szoba tiszta és igényes, pont úgy néz ki, mint a képen amit foglaltunk és az ágy is kényelmes volt. A személyzet nagyon rendes és segítőkész. Éjszaka nagyon későn ment a gépünk és kicsekkolás után is volt lehetőség a csomagok tárolása mellett ledőlni egy pár órára és felfrissülni. Kiváló szálláshely, nagyon ajánlom!!

- Vincenza Clelia (8/5): - A very clean and welcoming property, functional and well located. The position is convenient, although the city itself is very large, so you will likely need to take a Grab from time to time to move around. The standard rooms are unfortunately a bit claustrophobic as they face the internal staircase, but this does not take away from the cleanliness and functionality of the room and bathroom, which are both satisfactory. The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. The breakfast could perhaps be a bit richer, but it is still in line with the standard of the hotel and with the price. For a short stay in the city, it is definitely recommended.

Voor mij als alleen reizende was de kamer groot genoeg. Tevens dank voor de behulpzaamheid van de dame bij de receptie. Ze heeft me uitstekend geholpen toen ik op zoek was voor vervoer naar Can Tho.

- Heiko (6/5): - Small lovely hotel in a central good location. Friendly owner. Clean. Actually I stayed at the Piano Hotel before, but this time I have to deduct some points off my rating. As I already experienced that problem before I this time in advance of my stay kindly asked to get the most upper room, so that I won't have any noises from above of someone walking about my head, as this kind of noise triggers me and I cannot sleep well. Upon my arrival when I asked, if she could arrange it, she said no, when I asked further if other guests might stay for longer and that could be a reason, she replied, no: just for 1 night. So between the lines I got told that they didn't give any effort to try to arrange it at all. So I ended up getting woken up by the noises at 6am in the morning. And the 2nd night as well , this time around midnight. But the main deduction is because I do not like lies. I mentioned well ahead of my arrival when I will be at the hotel, and as the flight was in time, I reached the hotel in time, shortly after 5pm. But then zi couldn't get into my room. I was asked to please wait 15-20mins as according to the young lady a mechanic needed to do some repairs on the air-conditioning. After 20mins I got called and could get into the room. Interestingly no mechanics came down , neither on the stairs nor in the lift. And when I reached the room, the changed linen were just in front of the door, and the room was still a bit wet from just have being made in the 20mins I had to wait. Now things became clear....an older couple just left the hotel by taxi after I arrived there by taxi. So this must have been a late check-out (of my room). I always try to write my ratings taking into account all the happenings, so I hope you can use my feedback to be more transparent and in an open communication with your guests.

Its location in District 1, on a very quiet side street, was perfect. The hotel is impeccably clean. The superior deluxe room had an exceptionally large window, was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Don't hesitate to book here; highly recommended. The young receptionist was very friendly, and the laundry service was excellent. L'hôtel Piano a été notre préféré parmi tous les hôtels où nous avons séjourné à Saigon. Son emplacement dans le district 1, dans une rue calme, était idéal. L'hôtel est d'une propreté impeccable. La chambre supérieure de luxe dispose d'une très grande fenêtre, était magnifique, confortable, spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. N'hésitez pas à réserver ; nous le recommandons vivement. La jeune réceptionniste est très aimable et le service de blanchisserie excellent. Nous avons même prolonger notre séjour d’une nuit Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré ; c'est le seul petit reproche que l'on puisse faire au piano.

- Mateus (8/5): - Quiet location. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean and friendly staff. The only downside is that the breakfast is very basic (think 1 Bahn Mi or 1 noodle dish for example) and you have to pre-order the night before from 6 basic options.
- Wenjing (9/5): Overall experience was great, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, spoke fluent English, and proactively helped - The location is very convenient, with all the specific attractions being particularly close by, and Grab rides are very handy. We quickly reached the attractions, and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. That day, I arrived on a red-eye flight at 4 a.m., and the hotel staff were still waiting to check me in. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were unbelievably helpful, always friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
