• Pauline (1/5): A fuir absolument il n’y a que l’emplacement qui est bien - L’emplacement uniquement Les capsules sont vraiment minuscules. Le personnel est désagréable La propreté est plus que douteuse, sur mes 3 jours d’hébergement il y avait encore les mêmes toufffes de cheveux dans les douches que le premier jour, le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. De plus il y a un bar à côté et tous les jours jusqu’à 3h du matin vous entendez de la musique donc aucun repos correct n’est possible J’avais demandé avant d’arriver si je pouvais prendre une douche avant mon départ tardif à l’aéroport, la réponse avait été à l’affirmative, le jour du départ je redemande à l’accueil si c’est ok et si je dois garder ma serviette, elle me répond que je pourrai prendre une douche et qu’on me redonnera une serviette propre. Arrivé le départ, la même personne me dit qu’il n’y a plus de serviette propre, heureusement que j’en avais une personnelle. Aucun sérieux, personnel incompétent, très bruyant et propreté inexistante

• Tee (7/5): 女性友好 地点好 - 这次再次入住真的很怕遇到冷气不冷，凌晨被热醒的问题。这次旅舍有把冷气的问题解决了！太棒了，可以好舒服的待在床上休息一觉到天亮！ 整体的打扫卫生需要加强。地板上很多头发，厕所也有点异味。

The sound of the water pipes was very loud and sleeping was not possible until quite late in the evening. Otherwise I really liked the place, but suggest investing in good quality earbuds just in case.

• Håkansson (10/5): - Absolutely perfect for my whole week of stay in Singapore! Location is very central, the capsule beds are comfortable, the environment is pink, scent is great at the entrance area and everything just feels welcoming directly from when you arrive. Great also with possibility to store your luggage after check-out time as well as that the front desk staff were helpful with assigning me to the same capsule when I extended my stay of one night extra. Made my travel easier. Would love to stay here again whenever back to Singapore in the future! Recommending other women to book this stay, for sure. The air conditioning could be better inside the capsules. It easily got very warm there and combined with the already existing heat in Singapore, I think it would be considered much appreciated if the room for the night would be slightly cooler rather than same same as outside when you sightsee/explore.

• Tee (5/5): Only good Good location …. - Common area is clean and nice I stay at the ground floor room and when I check in the room’s temperature is warm I almost can say hot, after feedback to the staff intended, the account is working, but when you sleep through the night in the middle of the night, you will wake up by the hotness I stay today and then today face to the same problems. And the water piping is really noisy. Disturbing my rest time.

• SabaideeJ (8/5): Goof - Shower and toilet areas good. The bed was very comfy too. Quietness, I was there on a Monday & Tuesday so not sure if the bars get louder on the weekends. Overall I thought is was a good capsule hotel. Last one I stayed at in SIN it was average. It's maybe a 8 minute walk to the MRT, that's normal for SIN. There needs to be a table so we can sort out our luggage. I found I took my backpack to my capsule to repack it as there was nowhere else do to it. It lacked a communal feel about it that there is no table to sit to eat or drink that I could see. For a all female hostel, why were there males at the reception or cleaning, that did not make sense to me.
• Chizuru (7/5): 立地最高！だが、施設設備に賛否両論 - ・立地が最高。Clarke Quayが最寄りだが、約10分ほどでRaffles Placeにも行くことができ、徒歩でマーライオンパークまで歩ける。 ・深夜早朝帯、スタッフは不在だが、 24時間対応でQRコードでチェックイン・アウトできるのでとても助かった。 ・皆が互いを思いやり、可能な限り静かにする努力をし合っていてよかった。 ・カプセルルーム自体はそこまで狭くないが、空調が寒すぎて風邪ひいた。 ・ホテルのようなベッドメイキングを期待してはいけない。三日間泊まったが、一度もメイキングなし。 そして、1番驚いたのがバスタオルの交換が1回のみ。言わないと変えてもらえない。生理中だったので困った。

En étant dans la chambre du bas, nous avons les tuyauteries des sanitaires au premier étage dedans, toute la nuit nous entendons le bruit de l’eau après que des personnes se soient douchés ou soient passés aux toilettes.

I asked for another one and was taken to another capsule which was also not really clean. Please check the mirror area and clean there!! Also the bunk handle broke! I woke up because one girl almost fell when coming down the bunk!

• Kurnia (9/5): if you just want to put your luggage and sleep for the night, the hotel wa great, comfy, clean, and it has the sense of - it’s in the middle of the city, transportation was easy especially by bus, there’s near bus station. by MRT takes a bit of walk and by Grab Car they can only stopped in front of the hotel at night time, because there’s bus lane in front of the hotel. it takes only 1km walk if you want to go to Merlion Statue. and you can keep your luggage there before the check in time 👌🏼 I arrived by MRT so it takes a bit of walking with luggage, but that’s all. the place was clean, and comfortable.

• Marieke (6/5): A good way to experience pod life - Good location, many city attractions walkable, and close to restaurants, cafes, and busses. The pods were clean and comfortable. I liked the security that came from a women's-only facility, and other guests were quiet and polite. I would recommend the place for young people or those on a budget. I booked this place as a bit of an experiment - wanted to try the pod hotel concept but have determined it's not for me (34 F). There are lockers and shared bathrooms and everything worked as advertised, but I found it hard not having space to put my things out. The bathroom was also not air-conditioned, and I struggled in the heat. Fine for a short stay, young people, or those on a budget who want to be near to the city, but perhaps not for those who are older or like their space.
• Benita (10/5): - Das Hostel war super. Alles war sauber, bestens beschrieben und der Check in und out Prozess waren super effizient. Das Personal is einfach super lieb und hilfreich - auch mein Check in um 1 Uhr nachts war problemlos. Es ist total stilvoll und ich liebe den Fakt, dass es female only ist. Eine Strasse weiter ist auch das Kinn- Hotel, dort bekommt man Mega guten Kaffee und Frühstück, sogar mit 20% durch die Partnerschaft mit Kinn Female. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass es ein Hostel mit Kapseln ist- definitiv eine 10/10.

• Donna (8/5): Great location, safe, comfortable, would stay again. - Towel provided, air conditioned, comfortable sleeping arrangement. The capsule style was nice and private. Great location and easy to get around. Lockers were big and could fit my two backpacks I travelled with. Breakfast is only light bites and coffee machine was down all 3 days I was there. The lounge is not very social but if you’re out and about during the day it’s not a big deal.
• Nicole (9/5): One of the best hostels I've stayed at - The location is great. It can be loud at night due to proximity of boat Quay. The room was amazing one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Bed was large, soft and comfortable and clean. Has own power socket and light and blind. I did like the fold out table to inside the Capsule. I did have to leave the blind up a little to let the ac into the bed. Showers were clean Ac was amazingly cold after a humid day outside exploring. Bathropm mirrors large and lit up Hair dryer provided Body wash provided The only negative I can give this place is no ac in the shower I struggle with humidity And getting out of the shower into a hot bathroom not ideal. But it's not the worst.

• Natalie (1/5): Worst capsule hostel ever! - It’s beyond me how this hostel has such good reviews. The facilities are really run-down, so don’t get fouled by the picturesque they are not up to date. I arrived at the hostel and my capsule was dirty with long black hair laying around everywhere on the sheets. Also the capsule was super dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. It was disgusting and I asked the staff to change my sheets, but they were unable to manage that request and asked me if it’s ok if they change it the next day. Obviously I didn’t want to sleep in the bed and in the end decided to leave the hostel and find a other place to stay in the middle of the night. At least they refunded me back the money. The rest of the facilities isn’t clean either. The bathroom is really warm and humid without an AC or windows, just a fan which doesn’t help. They are also not cleaned regularly and are dirty. It’s extremely hot in the shower and I took a cold shower and was sweating directly again when I turned of the water. There are way better places to stay in Singapur - don’t stay at this hostel!
• Preeti Barot (9/5): Amazing :) - Clean and minimal space, the sizes of the lockers were big enough to store handbags and valuables. Loved that it was a female only hostel - it was my first time staying in a concept space like this and I loved it! The hostel is on a bus lane - so I had to walk with my luggage from the other side of the road in the opposite direction to the crossroad and then walk back to the hotel.
• UliLausB (8/5): Good option for a few nights - It is clean and comfortable though the atmosphere is bit sterile, not cozy at all. The temperature in the dorm when sleeping was just right for me, not too cold. The location is perfect. Not a place to meet people. For breakfast it would be nice to have something savoury vegetarian. I stayed 4 nights and the savoury pieces were always with meat or fish.

• Revekah (9/5): Stayed here for a few days for a Kpop concert and a bit of sightseeing. Nice and clean place, with basic necessities pro - Nice and clean, very pretty and aesthetic. Feels safe, with adequate privacy and also quite accessible. Great place for solo female travellers! A bit difficult to get up to second level bunk bed. The steps could perhaps be better done.

For the first time ever I didn’t have a door making a banging loud noise in my dorm when closing🤣 I was impressed. Breakfast was very simple - could be a bit more, since there is no kitchen to cook! Otherwise all great.

Close to a busy bar area, so it’s a bit noisy at night. Also, it’s not the best place to walk during late night if you are solo.

Check-in could have been a bit more thorough, for example I wasn’t told where to find the staircase to my floor and wasn’t told that the lift wouldn’t be in use in the evenings.

• Ganna (1/5): not recommended - nothing - it was not as expected, pictures on booking.com are very flattering, in reality the property is already but tired and cleaning could be better I checked in but decided to leave shortly after arrival due to cleanliness concerns. The pillow had a noticeable large yellow stain and there was hair on the mattress present, which did not give a good first impression. The overall condition also felt more worn than expected from the photos on the listing. Staff did offer to replace the pillow, but given the overall impression I did not feel comfortable staying and chose to check out immediately. I paid about £65 per night for a hostel capsule and expected a higher standard of cleanliness at that price. The property also did not offer any refund even though I checked out right away and did not stay overnight.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay full of self care. - I liked the vibe of this female only hostel, the colours and style of the interior. The bed was very comfortable and I love the gift pack with the self care theme. The check-in process was not clear. I didn’t realise that you don’t need to go to the reception desk and I saw a few other people not knowing about that either.

• Carol (7/5): 4 nights at KINN - Location is great and the concepts is very nice (only female). The capsules are wide and comfy. It wasn't that clean. Such a place shouldn't be well taken care of cleaning it thoroughly everyday. I also missed something tea / coffee kettles in the common area and they could be more pro-active in partnering with some nearby restaurants, the yoga school in Circulars street and try to create a bit more cozy vibe in general.

• Morley (4/5): - It served its purpose for a few days in singapore. As a all female capsual it felt very cold, no comfy chairs to sit and relax making it very hard to chat to anyone. The bathrooms were hot so made it difficult to get ready , there are also no spaces to get ready after a shower so you have to try and do it all in a wet space or the toilet.
