• Maria (10/5): - Beautiful appt in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonalds. There are also grocery stories a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t hear any street noise from near by bars. The stairs are abit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn’t be well suited for someone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend!!!! 10/10! Don’t miss out on this gem!

The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, super quiet (half a block away from a bustling tourist area, so we were worried about this), and the property manager/communication was impeccable.

The area is tourist central and I would guess v lively in summer Beds below grade meant dead quiet for sleep quality. The only negative is the stairs. Very Dutch; very tight spiral with small treads. Not suitable if at all mobility challenged. Bit hard with large heavy baggage. Kitchen was v convenient. W/D worked well Host is A++.

In terms of the property, bedding was very comfortable, cleanliness and hospitality was top notch. They even provided a jar full of nespresso pods for free which was very much appreciated. We especially love the special quokker hot water tap and filtered water dispenser. Location is unbeatable as it is very close to 9th street, bloemenmarket, and museum area. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam! None.

Shower was hard to manage without the bathroom floor getting wet - certainly not a dealbreaker! It’s an open shower concept and they have a swiffer-style mop to soak up the water.

Kathy and Sander whose are the owners and excellent people which have given us with a lot of recommendations and assistance during our stay! They are too helpful and the Luxury Apartment is so clean together with a lot of technology, it is a very quiet place but a lot of things outside of the Apartment with few minutes walk! They recommended us with three very good restaurants Cafe George (French restaurant), Red Restaurant (Steak House) and Food Market! If you choose to live in an apartment not 🏨 hotel, I sincerely recommend you to visit this Luxury Apartment in your next trip to Amsterdam! Peter

Kathy and Sander were great hosts - very responsive with clear instructions were to go and what to do. Sander helped with driving the car to a parking garage where it was parked during our stay that saved us time and stress driving in the narrow streets. They are both very pleasant people to deal with. We would recommend to stay at their place to anyone. Not really
• Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was conveniently located and well designed maximising the space. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts provided sufficient supplies for the duration of our stay including a check in a few days in to ensure we didn't need anything further. The washer/dryer was also awesome. It was always a joy to return to the apartment after a day of sightseeing and the kids enjoyed the Netflix too. There is no stovetop but there is an egg cooker which was very welcome.

Getting small heavy suitcases down and back up was difficult, even for us!

• Brian (10/5): Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed home base for a visit to Amsterdam - This property is excellent - very nicely finished, spotlessly clean and relaxing. The location in Amsterdam is excellent - quiet at the house but near to everything. The hosts were helpful and communicative, access was easy. Close to several grocery stores. Washer & dryer were great. Comfortable beds and good shower, fully stocked kitchen with welcome cold and hot water dispensers. Bedrooms and main bathroom are accessed by a typical Amsterdam spiral staircase down to the lower level, no problem for us, but keep in mind if you have real mobility issues. There is a powder room on the main level. We recommend the ramen place right down the street. Go two blocks up the canal in the morning to watch the impressive Amsterdam bicycle rush hour. Nothing I can think of. I wish we could find a place like this in every city.

• Phill (10/5): You will not be disappointed!! - I cannot recommend this property enough it has every bit of equipment you will need for your holiday and every single piece of it is top quality. Great beds with comfy duvets and a/c throughout. I really liked the bedrooms being underground as you wouldn't know you were in a central location. The only thing i would of liked was a slightly larger tv in the main lounge but that is just my personal preference.

We felt welcome, at the very moment we arrived as the host kindly lhad filled th fridge with some wine, beers and soda. • Alexandra (10/5): - To begin, Leidse Square 5 Star Luxury Apartment is absolutely ideal…such a great space in the city...and so clean! So much to do and see right outside your door! We were able to walk the city of Amsterdam on a daily basis with no trouble, and if walking isn’t your thing, the tram Is less than a block away. The apartment is efficiently equipped…and personally, the espresso maker was a delightful highlight. The apartment is also child-friendly, with a gate that goes across the stairwell, as well as a very functional & comfortable crib, (Our 2-year-old was very pleased). The bedrooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well-equipped. We also loved the living room, especially the windows that face the street. There is a good amount of action, but not so much that it gets too loud. Seriously…you are right in the middle of the best in the city, and it still felt like home! To say that the apartment pleased my family would be an understatement…but, to be honest, the real prize of this property is the host. Sander is a true gentleman and an incredible host in a place that was absolutely foreign to us. He was always so helpful and had our best interests in mind. We are forever grateful to Sander for his hospitality. I will say that when it comes to our future travels in Amsterdam…there is no other place we would even consider staying. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Highest recommendation possible…5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!

• Tom (10/5): - Zeer mooi appartement in het hartje van Amsterdam. Vriendelijke eigenaars die op voorhand alle info doorsturen zodat je makkelijk zelf kan inchecken. Het appartement zelf is comfortabel ingericht en beschikt naast zeer goed bedden over alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen! Kortom ideaal om voor een citytrip in Amsterdam!!

• Mikhail (10/5): - Very convenient location - a stone's throw from Leidsplein, where there are a lot of clubs and restaurants. At the same time, on the other side, there is a canal nearby, ideal for relaxing walks with excellent views. Two identical bedrooms - convenient for two families. Clean, appliances and furniture in excellent condition. The owner is always in touch, is nearby, instantly solves all issues.
