- Veronica Vanesa (5/5): Decepcionante, cama muy incómoda y limpieza escasa. Lo mejor la ubicación. - La ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de negocios y transporte público, en calle tranquila La cama y la almohada fueron pésimas. El colchón era muy fino y te clavabas todo el somier, también estaba doblado de tanto uso. Las almohadas eran super duras y no había ninguna más complementaria. En el baño habían humedades y el suelo estaba despegado y bailaba, te podías tropezar facilmente. La limpieza muy justa tirando a escasa, había mucho polvo, sobre todo en los rodapiés. No habían cortinas como en la foto, sólo unas pequeñas venecianas que no ocultaban nada la luz.
- Alvaro (6/5): Lo mejor la ubicación pero con varias cosas a mejorar. - Lo mejor la ubicación, pero tiene detalles a mejorar como la limpieza, el lavabo del baño se atasca y varias baldosas rotas con las que te puedes cortar si vas descalzo ya que se levantan al pisar. El portal también sucio y descuidado. El secador de pelo es una basura, sin potencia.

Mutfak yeterli değil, bir kâğıt havlu bile yoktu, bir kahve ve bir kahve kupası iyi olabilirdi, açık şekilde mutfak olarak çok kullanmaya elverişli değil mesajı veriliyor. Yatak eni iyi ama boyu bana küçük geldi.

Удобная кровать, благодаря этому хорошо высыпались после долгих прогулок, чистое постельное белье и чистые полотенца. Сантехника чистая и весь номер в целом чистый, светлый и просторный. Хотя на улице было холодно, в номере было тепло, не было необходимости включать отопление. Подача горячей воды быстрое, удобный и просторный душ. Краны все работали хорошо. Чайник работал,была вся кухонная утварь. Старая мебель (двери шкафа для одежды плохо закрываются), кровать и чайник были в пыли, не было тапочек, кусковое мыло без мыльницы (было не удобно мыть руки, удобнее было бы жидким мылом). У кофейника сломана ручка, было неудобно наливать кофе. Не хватало одной вилки.

- Calogero (6/5): Unica cosa positiva la posizione - La posizione ed il palazzo signorile Stanza non pulitissima e piena di polvere. Mancavano tazze, posate e tanto altro nonostante ci fosse la mini cucina (le poche cose che c’erano erano sporchissime) Formiche in stanza. La doccia che si intasava di acqua creando la pozzanghera non appena si accendeva l’acqua.

- Silvia (3/5): Deludente rispetto alle aspettative - La posizione e il check in a qualunque orario Abbiamo prenotato un monolocale con balcone...il balcone era praticamente un finto balcone di 5 cm di larghezza con una ringhiera talmente bassa che sporgendosi c'è molta probabilità di cadere giù. Praticamente inutilizzabile per chi tiene alla propria incolumità. Spacciare un monolocale del genere come monolocale con balcone è una fuorviante. Ma se io chiedo di avere un balcone è perche ho la necessità di viverlo. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare polvere un po ovunque, un mocio sporco lasciato nel corridoio x tutto il tempo che emanava un odore terribile, tostapane e bollitore che non vengono puliti da parecchio tempo e anche quelli praticamente inutilizzabili. Insomma unica nota positiva la posizione ma per il resto 0 assoluto

- Jurkiewicz (5/5): Pobyt byl świetny, bo większość czasu spacerowaliśmy po Pradze. - Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, ładna okolica. Mieszkanie źle posprzątane, na balkonie leżą płytki z remontu oraz stoi wiadro ze śmieciami. W szafkach w kuchni rozsypany cukier.

Limpieza poco profunda, debajo de la cama había una botella de agua usada y una servilleta de papel sucia.

- Tessaro Yaacov (6/5): - Good location, good bed, good kitchen I stayed 3 nights. Took 3 showers. In all of the times I've showered the bathroom box FLOODED the whole bathroom floor. First I tought it was my mistake of leaving the door open. But it wasn´t. The door had a problem, but the drain was clogged. I hope they fixed, but it was the lowest part of my stay... This should be checked before a guest arrives.

- Tara (8/5): Winter city break - Great location. Value for money. Had the basics needed to self catering. Felt safe and secure. Quite and a comfy bed and decent fridge with a freezer compartment. Nice and warm given the freezing temperature outside. Needed bigger better pillows. Or a spare pillow. Also a bedside table with a lamp as there wasn't one. Had to get out of bed to put the light on and put your drink in the floor. It could also use a bust pan and brush to sweep the floor with. Thanks
- Jose Luis (6/5): Bien ubicado pero más incómodo de lo que parece. - La ubicación es buenisima Es verdad que es muy barato y que tampoco se puede esperar un palacio, pero las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que luego te encuentras. Volveria a cogerlo por el precio y la ubicación, pero prefiero saber a dónde voy con antelación, y no encontrarme al llegar que es mucho más pequeño de lo que pensaba. Además, no tenía demasiada limpieza. Son varios apartamentos, supongo que también dependerá un poco del que te toque.
