• Martin (9/5): Sehr schönes Aufenthalt im einem äußerst zentral gelegenen Hotel - Zentraler geht wohl kaum: unmittelbar a Chinatown angrenzend, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß über das Finanzviertel zur Marina Bay Sands und zum Garden by the Bay, 5 Minuten zum Ausgehviertel am Singapore River. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, prima Frühstück, schöner Pool im 30. Stock. Die Bar war leider während unseres Aufenthalts entweder für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft belegt oder es war aufgrund eines für ein Stadthotel frühen Endes zum Ordern (9.30 p.m.) nicht verfügbar.

Breakfast was ample, lots of choice and very tasty food. Staff were very helpful and were able to check us in early after our long flight. Overall we had a fantastic stay at The Clan.
• Markus (8/5): Tolles Zimmer mit 1A Service - Das Zimmer war super schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch die beheizte Toilette ist nicht Standard und absolut super. Auch wenn man es in Singapur nicht unbedingt brauchen würde. Die Amenities im Zimmer sind ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Hervorheben möchte ich auch das ausgezeichnete Personal und der hervorragende Check-In Prozess. Auf wünsche wurde eingegangen und so bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einer super Aussicht. Ich komme gerne wieder. Die Klimaanlage war etwas schwach, obeohl sie die ganze Nacht auf maximaler Leistung lief. Die kommunikation mit dem Team war aber auch hier hervorragend. Das Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Free round of drinks and nibbles in the room were a nice touch. The staff could have been more friendly and helpful, particularly on the front desk.

• Michael (10/5): Cracking hotel, cracking staff, cracking location - good choice at breakfast of the staples, egg, bacon, baked beans, pastries, selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats etc. etc. They also do special breakfasts based on the local cuisine. I tried this on several occasions, not really knowing what i had ordered, but, they were delicious. Well worth sampling. They came early, about 5:45pm to turn down the bed and pull the curtains to. Fine if we were out, but felt is was a tad early for most days. Ideally need to do it later in the evening. Also the bar closes at 10pm, which when we getting back about 10:30 we missed out on. Would have been nice to have had a final drink in a more relaxed atmosphere, and when the pool stays open till 12:00am..

Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Check-in und nach Check-out war auf Anfrage möglich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, hell (wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit top Aussicht auf die Skyline und die Bay) und funktionell. Viel Ablagefläche aber nur wenig Möglichkeiten, um Kleider aufzuhängen oder zu verstauen. Sehr schöner Infinity-Rooftop-Pool. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und service-orientiert. Checkin und Checkout sehr effizient. Das Hotel ist in Fussdistanz zu den meisten Orten im Financial District und auch sehr nah von Chinatown und guten Restaurants. Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist eng und die Speisenauswahl entspricht nicht ganz dem Standing des Hotels insgesamt.

There is one MRT station right next to the hotel, but there are also multiple MRT stations for different lines within walking distance. The bed was huge and is the most comfortable bed we have had at any hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. We used the pool almost daily, and only had one day where all of the beds were unavailable. All of the staff were wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Singapore. It is excellent value for money. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• R Connolly (10/5): I will stay at the Clan every time I come to Singapore. - I love the location of the Clan. It is immediately above a train station which enables us to get most places in Singapore easily and safely. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are modern and nicely equipped. The negative edge swimming pool on the roof top is exceptional and I use it to swim laps. It is one of my favorite places in the hotel. The concierge is always helpful and friendly. I am always puzzled by the lights in the room. Some lights are grouped together on a switch and I would prefer the convenience of switching on individual lights. In lieu of that, written instructions on which lights are grouped together per switch would be helpful. The only other issue I had was that I had mistakenly booked the wrong starting date of my stay, so to add on the day when I arrived I received a room that wasn't as large as the room I had in my previous stay, and I was charged rack rate for that night which was substantially more than the rest of my stay via Booking.com.

Amazing gym and shower facilities complementary after you check out but waiting around for flights. My keycard got deactivated several times so up and down to reception to get sorted. Purchasing extra hours after checkout was helpful but more expensive than expected as I was charged a percentage of the upgraded room rate which they had done without me requesting to be upgraded.

• Martin (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt! - Super Lage, direkt neben der U-Bahn, toller Pool auf der 30ten Etage. Unser Zimmer auf der 27ten Etage war traumhaft, mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Stadt. Werde ich wieder einmal in Singapur übernachten, dann sicher in diesem Hotel. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und ebenso ein wunderbares Restaurant im Hotel. Ausserdem sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

• Philipp (10/5): tolle Zimmer, tolle Lage, tolles Hotel - Sind immer in diesem Hotel, wenn wir in Singapur sind. Ein tolles und modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und toller Aussicht (je nach Zimmer und Zimmerkategorie). Die Zimmer sind leise und gut klimatisiert. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Frühstück ist lecker und man findet genug, die Auswahl könnte in diesem Preissegment allerdings größer sein. Wenn man hier öfter frühstücken würde, wäre es uns auf Dauer zu langweilig. Die Lage ist hervorragend, schnell an der Marina Bay, schnell in China Town - mitten drin für alle sehenswerte Orte. Zudem direkt am Eingang des Hotels eine "eigene" U-Bahn-Station. • Debra (10/5): Always enjoy The Clan - The staff are nice and very helpful. Comfortable room and always very clean. This is our second stay at The Clan. Pool area. The breakfast availability times were really good would suit a lot of people. The location. Coffee at breakfast was very average at best. Heard others commenting on it too. Buffet breakfast cold scramble eggs and on one of the days the bacon looked like it had been boiled. Also the dining area needs a little more space, I know you can go to outside terrace, but it was too hot this time.

• Osamu (9/5): 快適・便利でした。 - ロケーションが良く、中華街は目の前ですし、屋台街も近く。また、ベイエリアも近く、サンズまで徒歩でも十分近いです。内装はモダンで清潔で新しいさを感じました。高層階だったので、中華街が一望できました。 スタッフも親切で、チェックイン時の忘れ物を、深夜にもかかわらず、部屋まで届けてくれました！感謝です。 朝食会場が、込んでいる時間にコーヒーメーカーの近くのテーブルだと、他人のお尻がテーブルにかなり近いことになるので、テーブルの配置を少し改善した方が良いと思いました。 朝食は日本のビジネスホテルより、数段上で美味しいです。

• Monika (9/5): Super nice stay - Perfekter Aufenthalt- die Lage direkt im Chinatown ist perfekt. Zimmer schön mit toller Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Rooftop-Pool und Gym perfekt. Das Einzige, was uns nicht überzeugt hat, ist die Bar. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht besonders freundlich. Wir hatten jeder 2 Drink, die sehr teuer waren und zudem eher kleine resp. die Margherita mit einem riesigen Eisklotz im Glas. Dazu gab es keinerlei Nüsse oder sonst etwas. Um ca. 21:30 Uhr fing der Mitarbeiter dann an aufzuräumen, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren.

• Maikel (9/5): - Very good hosts, tea ceremony upon arrival. Good facilities in the room. Location of the hotel (easy to reach with public transport, food courts around. The double bed is a bit on the small side for two people to sleep in.
• Warren (8/5): - Location close to gardens by the bay and Chinatown. Shower facilities before checking in were helpful. Room was a bit small. Expensive for what it was.

• James (9/5): Great place to relax and plan venturing into the city. - Great room, great staff. Pool and location excellant. Very close to Metro station which is best way to get around the city.
• Christian (8/5): - Die Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals In den Stoßzeiten des Hotels sind die 4 Aufzüge hoffnungslos überfordert; Das Schwimmbecken in der 30. Etage lässt im Besonderen Sonnenschutz und zumindest Getränkeservice vermissen
