• Louise (7/5): A very centrally located apartment that was clean with everything we needed, could be noisy up until 23:30 from bars and - Central location, lovely to walk out of your door and be right in the Old Town Unable to have windows open due to smell of cigarettes coming up from bar below and cooking smells from restaurant opposite. Mattress and sofa too firm for us as VERY firm memory foam (but that’s just a personal preference as we like a pocket sprung mattress)

• Andrea (10/5): Echt super - Wat een fijn appartement. Meestal boeken we een hotel, maar dit bevalt toch wel erg goed. Een woonkamer en keuken is heel fijn. Mooi ingericht, schoon, goeie badkamer, fijne bedden, voldoende kastruimte, airco, waslijntje. Het is leuk om de ramen en luiken te openen en het geroezemoes van de straat te horen. Je zit middenin de oude stad en dichtbij alle leuke straatjes,pleinen,restaurantjes. Verder zeer goede communicatie over het vinden van het appartement en het vinden van de sleutel. Een aanrader. It was a little bit dark; no light from the outside. There is no reasonably priced parking in or near old town. We parked a bit over a mile away, and parking still was 32 Euros per day.

• Adrianna (10/5): A flawless stay in a stylish, cozy flat with fantastic hosts and a prime location. - The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was perfectly located just steps from Pile Gate, making it easy to explore the Old Town. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was powerful and refreshing, just what you want after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were fantastic: they were super communicative and incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off for us, as well as a private boat tour, which we highly recommend. The instructions on how to reach the apartment were crystal clear, so check-in was smooth and stress-free. Being close to the hustle and bustle of the Old City meant there was a bit of street noise, but closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning made it blissfully quiet and refreshingly cool. We couldn’t recommend this property and its hosts more highly, and we would return in a heartbeat without any hesitation. Nothing, it was perfect for us!

High spec apartment with triple glazing, so incredibly quiet at night despite the location. Also great air conditioning, much needed when it's mid 30s outside. Lovely host who's very communicative and helpful. It's rare that I can't find at least one suggestion for improvement, but this is one of those times - perfect.

Traveling to a foreign country can be overwhelming, but Anita made me feel completely at ease. She was so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind, which gave me the confidence to explore and enjoy the city to the fullest. The apartment itself was beautiful, perfectly clean, and ideally located in the heart of Old Town. Thanks to Anita, I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. • David (9/5): Spacious, Clean Property in a great Location - Property was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was also located in the heart of the old town - so superb location. The air conditioning was also really good - with units in the lounge and the bedroom. It was a bit noisy at night, there is a popular wine bar and craft beer bar in the street below. I didn't mind the noise as I'm a heavy sleeper...but my wife was a bit put out. That said I suspect that most apartments right in the heart of the old town have this issue.

We stayed 5 nights and used the kitchen for breakfasts. Everything we needed was there. The Old Town is noisy everywhere unless you want to climb a _lot_ of steps, this apartment has triple-glazed windows which shut out pretty much all street noise, and only a few steps inside. With AC in the living room and bedroom, keeping the windows closed was no problem. Host also offers airport transfer, for which we paid 48euros each way. There appears to be a hostel upstairs which got a bit noisy occasionally, but quiet overnight.

Loved the location, right in the heart of Old Town with great bars and restaurants literally metres outside the door (but windows and shutters cut out any disturbing noise!). No major steps to reach it, just a little slope up a side street off Stradun. Very clear communications with owner. Nothing to dislike - absolutely perfect!

She provided us with clear instruction and a video showing how to get to the apartment as well as extremely useful hints and recomendations of local landmarks and restaurants!!! Communication with Anita was flawless, including all necessary details!!! The apartment itself is modern, clean, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is placed within the very heart of Old Town - but with no need to climb the stairs to get to the apartment. It is located close to the main attractions, tourist office, entrance gates, within walking reach of all commuting and dining facilities. I strongly recommend both the apartment and its Host for everyone who wants to explore the city with all its stunning views and local specialities. Thank You Anita for Your welcoming spirit and extremely comfortable accommodation - we spent an unforgettable week in Dubrovnik and we appreciate all Your suggestions and support!!! • Peggy (10/5): A lovely room with living room in the heart of Old Town - It was a lovely property right in the heart of Old Town. The host was quite helpful in sending notes, etc. The way we entered however was not the right way as it was at night.. if you follow her instructions, you won’t have all the stairs we had . It is definitely noisy. Tables right under the windows. Because it was shoulder season we like to sleep with the windows open and not turn on the air. This really was not possible for my companion - I wear earplugs and sleep with a sound machine next to me, which did work.
• Vicki (8/5): Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Old Town - Our stay at the property was nothing short of exceptional! The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Pile Gate. The check-in process was seamless, complete with detailed instructions and a helpful video guide that made finding the apartment a breeze. We were delighted to discover that there were no external steps to climb to reach the apartment, and the 20 internal steps were manageable with a convenient landing halfway. The apartment itself was immaculate, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication with our host was stellar from start to finish. They were responsive and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Despite being so close to Old Town, the street noise was minimal and didn't disrupt our sleep at all, however, make sure your windows are all closed as the city wakes up very early and you will hear as restaurants start to open and people start to move about the city and/or head to the airport. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the heart of the city - it's truly a gem.

• Viral (10/5): Old Town Gem with Amazing Host !!! - This apartment was perfect in every way—great size, excellent location, super clean, and very comfortable with all the amenities. Being in the Old Town, I was pleasantly surprised there was only one small step to get to the building from Pile Gate, making it easy to roll luggage right up to the door. Once there, it’s about 10 steps to reach the apartment on level 1, which I didn’t find difficult even with big bags. The host was incredibly helpful, with quick responses and detailed instructions, including a video on how to get to the apartment (from Pile gate). Even the restaurant recommendations were excellent. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay inside the walled town.

So easy to walk around and then just pop back to the apartment for a break and then go again. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the room had its own air conditioning unit. The kitchen/living space is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We could have meals/breakfast here. Very comfortable and it had another seperate air conditioning unit. This was great as we were visiting in the summer. Bathroom was modern and clean, equipped with a great hairdryer and light up mirror. A really great apartment. The location is fantastic, no steps if you enter by Pile gate and is a few seconds walk to the Main Street in the old town, you won’t get a better location. So close to everything of interest. If you’re a light sleeper have earplugs as there is a small bit of noise from a bar below, but this is minute. The windows are great for soundproofing. This is not a dislike just a recommendation. Honestly a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location.

We asked many questions beforehand, but she answered everything and it was very helpful. • James (10/5): Classy apartment in Old Town with no stair climbing! - The unit is very nice and while super convenient to everything, requires no climbing of steps in the Old Town, which is huge. Directions by the owner wee super detailed and very easy to follow, with lots of great info on luggage storage, pharmacies, restaurants and tips on using the unit. Very comfortable bed, great shower, quiet and decently appointed kitchen The only downside was a 10 a.m checkout

• Eager (9/5): We really enjoyed our visit to Dubrovnik. The apartment and host was excellent - A great property in a fantastic location. This apartment is relatively small, but it has all of the facilities and equipment you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The bed is comfortable, w/c and shower is good, kitchen has everything you need and the entire apartment is spotlessly clean and well furnished. It is located just off the main strip with lots of shops, restaurants, and wine bars close by. Not too many steps to negotiate either with cases or shopping and everything is within easy reach. The host Anita meet us at the property and gave us some really good advice, hints and tips to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. A great host and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anybody looking to stay in the old city of Dubrovnik. Some external seating / balcony would have been nice, but everything else was perfect

We couldn’t believe how central we were to old town and all of the good spots (beaches - dance and banje - dance was our favourite, cable car, city walls etc). Anita arranged our transfer to/from the airport and met us at pile gate while pointing out her local knowledge. She gave us a tour of the apartment with recommendations for things to see/do/eat. We don’t think our trip to Dubrovnik would have been as impressive without this accommodation, being so central was key to our enjoyment of the city. Thank you Anita, we will be sending people your way! No big deal, but something to hang wet clothes on would have been good for after beach as there is no access to balcony for drying.

From start to finish, Anita was an excellent host and communication was really quick and easy. She arranged for a transfer for us to and from the airport, which was excellent. The apartment was in a brilliant location, right in the heart of old town and surrounded by bars, restaurants, a supermarket and things to see and do. For our short visit, it was perfect. • Grant (10/5): Family Vacation - Large room in the heart of old town located just off of Stradun. Very few steps to get to property which is a huge plus when travelling with young kids and a stroller. Room was clean and perfect for young families. Nothing.

They coordinate your pickup for an incredibly fair price and meet you at the Old Town gate to walk you to the apartment. They offered a boat experience for a great rate compared to the other boats and were so quick to answer every question we had before and during our stay. I will definitely be staying with them if I return and recommending them to everyone I know! And the apartment itself was easy to access and was on a lower level of Old town so you didn’t have to climb to many stairs. It was incredibly comfy and fit four friends with three weeks of travel luggage easily! Everything was great! I wouldn’t change a thing!

The unit is fully renovated within a traditional building, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Anita is a great host, she guided us to the right tours, sightseeing and restaurants.
