• Łukasz (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja - Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja, kilka kroków od placu. Czysto, pokój i łazienka zadbane. Łazienka wygodna, ze świetnym prysznicem, do tego bardzo ładna. W pokoju mała lodówka, czajnik, kawa, herbata i cukier, dwie filiżanki. codziennie zostawiano wodę w kubeczkach. Śniadanie na tarasie z widokiem na morze było świetnym początkiem dnia. Pokój, który mieliśmy był naprawdę bardzo bardzo maleńki. Łóżko zajmowało zdecydowaną większość pokoju. Obchodząc go uderzało się albo w jego bok albo w otwarte okno (było ciepło). Ręczniki w czasie 6-dniowego pobytu wymieniono nam jeden raz i to na sam koniec pobytu.

Colazione mista e buona ( mancano però brioches ) , su una terrazza vista Mare . Camera bella con tutti i servizi , ma un po piccola . Peccato di fianco all Albergo ci sia una moschea , che ti sveglia ogni mattina alle 5 circa .

• Victoria (5/5): Tinha expectativas mais altas - Cama confortável, funcionários gentis, localizado próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. Havia café da manhã e serviço de quarto todos os dias. 1- Quarto menor do que o esperado, muitas marcas de desgaste e pouca manutenção, banheiro minúsculo (apenas 1 pessoa cabia por vez) e nem sempre havia água quente (maioria das vezes morna) 2- serviços medianos: serviço de quarto nao trocou as toalhas nenhuma vez durante a semana (toalhas manchadas que pareciam graxa), café da manha fraco e quase sempre comida muito fria, chá e café intragáveis, passeios indicados pelo hotel fracos e sem graça 3- localização perto do centro mas horrível ao mesmo tempo: a cidade é uma grande “quebrada” e o hotel fica bem no meio dela. Ou seja, as ruas que circundam o hotel parecem bem perigosas à noite (nao é recomendado andar sozinho), o megafone da mesquita fica grudado às janelas do hotel fazendo com que acompanhemos inevitavelmente as orações às 6h da manhã todos os dias.

Everything else was wonderful! Perfect location. The neighborhood is everything you could hope for. The staff was so helpful and friendly... We'll definitely be back! Honestly? Nothing.

• Vidović (10/5): - Very clean hotel, very kind and friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel is excelent in the heart of the city. You can walk to the most important turistic locations. Turkish breakfast was extra good....diverse,healthy and more than enough with a sensational sea view. Best regards to Kadir and Eren from the reception and ofcourse to owner od hotel who was very kind to us. We didn't like that we had to go from there 😁
• Cristina (1/5): Really confused about the high ratings - It is extremely well located, close to the center. We were staying 3 nights, with the first one being because we were arriving around 6am. We got the hotel, checked in to find out the room is extremely small and not big enough for 3 adults. The space to pass through to the beds was very slim, with a heavier person not doing so comfortably. There were not enough towels for 3 people, and 2 of the pillows did not even have pillowcases. The guy at the reception provided the towels and pillowcases, but no apology or anything. Beds extremely narrow for singles, making it impossible to turn over. Breakfast was not at that hotel, but a sister one up the road - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was horrible, it had bread, cheese, some assorted deli meats, that we had no idea what it was, boiled pasta and french fries. No juice, and you had to pay for any coffee or tea. Member of staff not really helpful not even helping us getting a taxi. One of the members of out party had a fall and had to receive medical care, and this room was not at all suitable as the facilities were not comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was not acceptable. We moved after this to another hotel.

• Diana Andreea (8/5): Good location - The location was perfect, under 10 minutes from Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque). There are many stores and restaurants in proximity. The last 100 meters to the hotel are on a deserted street, we had no problems. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. They have a rooftop (closed) terrace where they serve breakfast. It as very nice. The majority of the staff was very nice. They have an elevator. The breakfast program was between 8 - 10.30, so 2 hours and a half ad during this time the one or two people there would take a break. During the break there was nobody to make you an omelet (which was the only warm product). Also the machine preparing coffee and hot chocolate remained without chocolate powder and nobody added new one for 2 days. The room was split in 2 sides because of the bed, and in order to pass in the area near the window you had to cross a 15 cm wide space (se photos). For e it was ok, but for more big people it might be a real problem. The WiFi had good moments and bad ones. I really don't know why sometimes it would work without problems and other times you couldn't even see an internet page.
• Anna-Kathrin (9/5): Top Lage mit angenehmen Aufenthalt und super Preis-Leistung - Super Lage, schnell bei Sultanahmet, alles sauber, schöne Aussicht vom Rooftop, gemütliches Bett, tolles Preis-leistungsverhältnis, sehr nettes Personal in der Rooftop Bar und an der Rezeption:) War im dritten Stock und morgens um 7.00/7.30 wurden die Stühle im Rooftop Frühstücksbereich gerückt was sehr laut ist und man immer automatisch wach wurde. Die Lage ist an sich sehr gut, aber die Straße zum runterlaufen fühlt sich nicht so gut an

• Carlos (8/5): Buen hotel, buena ubicación, buen precio. - El hotel está bien ubicado, a tres o cuatro cuadras de la Mezquita Azul. La habitación no era muy grande, por lo que el lugar del escritorio quedaba pequeño. La cama era muy cómoda y la atención buena. El desayuno es bueno, pero lamentablemente el lugar estaba siendo refaccionado y debía tomarlo en otro hotel situado a una cuadra y media de distancia por una calle muy empinada.
• Esmeralda (10/5): ❤️ - Prije svega, najviše pohvala ide za gosp. Kadira koji je bio tako ljubazan ,pozitivan i nasmijan. Za sve što nam je trebalo stajao je na raspolaganju. Objašnjavao nam je sve do najsitnijih detalja. Baš se potrudio. Hotel je na prelijepom mjestu blizu svih znamenitosti u starom dijelu grada. U blizini su i brojni restorani, kafići i prodavnice. Na nekih desetak minuta šetnje od Kapali čaršije. Takođe je bilo jako čisto. Sobe su se redovno čistile,mijenjali peškiri i sve što je bilo potrebno. Imali su sve što je trebalo od četkica za zube, šampona ,toalet papira,papuča, kape za kupanje, sef itd. Gospođe koje rade u kuhinji su preljubazne, svako jutro su pravile omlet za moju malu djevojčicu. Zaboravila sam i torbu sa novcem i dokumentima koju je djevojka koja tu radi pronašla i za par minuta donijela. Doručak je bio lijep, a muž misli da se možda malo treba promijeniti da bude raznovrsnija ponuda i drugačija svaki dan. Sve u svemu rado bismo se opet vratili u Intersar hotel, za njega i ovaj grad nas vežu baš lijepe uspomene. S poštovanjem, nadam se što skorijoj posjeti.😊

• ana (7/5): - Perto do centro histórico de istambul. Sendo um casal com 3 crianças foi nos atribuído um quarto duplo na cave e um triplo na zona da recepção. O barulho é óbvio na entrada e na cave também ja que é zona dos funcionários e máquinas. A limpeza também deixou algo a desejar. Nas 3 noites que ficamos percebi que a limpeza era feita muito levemente e inclusive tive que pedir toalhas que não haviam deixado nos quartos. O pequeno almoço no rooftop tem uma vista bonita mas era mediano. No primeiro dia não havia ja pão e não era perto da hora de fechar ( estivemos à espera que fossem comprar mais) e a máquina do café estava avariada. Pedimos a funcionária uma solução e a resposta não foi a mais cordial. So havia pacotes de cappuccino e era o que tinham. Ponto final. Uma outra funcionária teve a amabilidade de ir buscar café solúvel para mitigar o desconforto gerado. O pessoal da recepção é muito prestável e cordial. Como tínhamos um check out de madrugada e crianças pedi se me arranjavam um early bird breakfast. De manha tínhamos sandes preparadas para a viagem. Tendo lido os comentários acerca do hotel e tendo supostamente 4 estrelas esperava mais.

• Thu Ha (6/5): Nettes Hotel _ schwierige Parkmöglichkeit - Nur über den Ring entlang der wunderschönen Promenade ist das Hotel jederzeit leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist nett, man kann am Abend gut spazieren gehen. Anreise mit Auto ist empfehlenswert vormittags, ab ca. 14 Uhr bilden Mega Staus in den engen Gassen. Man musste bei der Buchung und bei der Ankunft sofort klar machen, dass das Hotelmanagement für Deinen Parkplatz zuständig ist, sonst verlangt eine Dritte Person bei Deiner Abreise auf offenen Straße 30 € für die Zeit von 20 Uhr bis 10 Uhr darauf folgenden Tag. In nahumliegendem Restaurant kostet ein Schollenfilets Gericht 3.800 TL (ja dreitausendachthundert TL). Wir haben 3 Tage Istanbul geplant, jedoch schon am 2. Tag abgereist.

• TinTinko (8/5): Priemerný hotel s dobrou polohou, neurazí, ale ani nenadchne... - Poloha hotela je dobrá, tým, že sme už v Istanbule boli, vedeli sme v akej časti chceme bývať a tento hotel tam je. Čistota hotela je dobrá, izby upratované každý deň, menené uteráky, dopĺňaná voda atď. Možnosť urobiť si kávu, alebo čaj na recepcii. Kúpelňa pekná v celku moderná Najslabšia časť hotela sú raňajky, ak sa to tak vôbec dá nazvať. Velmi skromný výber a naviac pani ktorá to robila, bola veľmi odmeraná , ledva odzdravila a to bolo každý deň.Brala zo stola taniere aj keď ste ešte jedli. Na to , že ste v Turecku, tak veľmi mizerná káva, jeden deň nešiel kávovar, tak bola dva v jednom....asi tri sáčky čaju na výber. Ďalej ,izby sú veľmi maličké, ale to sa dá prehliadnúť.Nezmyselne umiestnená klimatizácia oproti posteli, takže celú noc to fúka priamo na vás.

Zgomotul scuterelor în prima parte a nopții. Accesul către hotel cu masina poate fi ușor dificil. Străzile sunt destul de aglomerate, înguste si în pantă.
• Elisa (6/5): Non ci tornerei - Pro: effettivamente a 5 minuti da piazza Sultanahmet (anche se non sulla piazza), ristrutturato di recente, terrazza delle colazioni con vista panoramica, penso ci sia stata data una delle camere migliori, pulizia discreta, diverse comodità in camera (tè, spazzolini, cassaforte). Contro: - la finestra della camera era esattamente di fronte a pochissimi metri dal minareto della vicina moschea, l’insonorizzazione è pressoché assente per cui alle 5:30 volenti o nolenti c’era la sveglia; - per due giorni su quattro non abbiamo avuto acqua calda; - il bollitore del tè in camera era sporco e non utilizzabile, con addirittura delle cose arrugginite dentro; - la camera è invivibile da quanto è piccola e mal disposta, e in bagno non si sa dove mettere la roba perché non ci sono ganci né mensole; - la colazione è 99% salata a parte le confezioni di confettura industriale… ma questo non sarebbe il problema, il fatto è che la qualità degli alimenti offerti è bassissima… il pane era duro, il formaggio non sapeva di nulla, la frutta immangiabile; - il ragazzo più giovane alla reception ha tentato in tutti i modi e anche sgarbatamente di venderci servizi extra che non volevamo, come il transfer per l’aeroporto, facendo anche terrorismo psicologico su brutta sorprese da parte dei tassisti… mi spiace ma è giusto consigliare ma non quasi obbligare a prendere un servizio extra… tra l’altro in un momento in cui eravamo anche senza acqua calda in camera… - ultimo ma non ultimo, il climatizzatore è installato esattamente sopra il letto pertanto gocciola acqua sui cuscini durante la notte… questo ci ha fatto ammalare e ci è venuta perfino la febbre rischiando di compromettere la nostra vacanza!

La posizione è strategica a 10 minuti a piedi da Santa Sofia e Moschea blu. Colazione abbondante per chi ama il salato, solo pane burro e marmellata per il dolce Camere molto piccole. • Thilleli (6/5): - It is a 4 stars hotel, having issues with hot water for almost 2 days and with the air conditionner for more than one day, knowing that we are staying hew days only in the hotel is abnormal. However, the service (staff) was good.
• Massera (10/5): The Turkish hospitality at its finest. Thank you! - The team who works there are very kind warm hearted people. The room was comfortable and the location was ideal to easily get to other areas of the city and to connect to the tram. The hotel has a terrace with a beautiful view over the little Hagia Sophia, parts of the city and the sea.

A pochi minuti a piedi da tutto. Struttura piuttosto elegante, design curato, amenities buone e buona colazione, per lo più salata. Staff gentile e disponibile per ogni spiegazione. Lo suggerisco come prima volta ad Istanbul. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho selezionato la camera un po’ più grande, quella di 15 mq. Ma devo dire che in due con le valigie e tutto risulta essere piuttosto piccola e bisogna muoversi uno alla volta.

Da lì, inoltre, si può prendere il T1 per andare in zona torre di Galata, o la Marmaray per andare nella parte asiatica. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stanza molto piccola e vicina a dei megafoni che vengono utilizzati per richiamare i fedeli mussulmani alla preghiera. Si consigliano tappi.

• Timko97 (8/5): Un bel hôtel bien situé - L'hôtel est très charmant, avec une bonne situation géographique car très proche des mosquées de Sultanahmet, de Sainte Sophie et un peu plus loin du palais de Topkapi, mais également des arrêts de tram. L'hôtel a été restauré et cela se voit dans le quartier, où il fait bonne figure. Le petit-déjeuner a lieu au dernier étage (rooftop) qui offre une très belle vue de l'arrière d'Istanbul. Si l'une des deux personnes à l'accueil a été très sympathique et bienveillante à notre arrivée, une autre s'est montrée peu intéressée par nos demandes (appel taxi). Clairement, il n'avait pas envie de se casser la tête pour nous. Dommage.

• Giulia Astesana (8/5): - Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dai principali monumenti di Sultanahmet. Camere pulitissime e moderne, molto piccole ma efficienti. Condizionatore utilissimo con il caldo estivo. Il bagno era senza finestra e con una ventilazione non sufficiente ad eliminare l'umidità creata dalla doccia. La colazione è sul rooftop con un panorama splendido ma la varietà del buffet potrebbe essere migliorata con più prodotti tipici della colazione turca ma comunque più che sufficiente.

• Laura (10/5): Muy buena opción si quieres estar cerca de todo - Su ubicación cerca de todo. Una habitación pequeñita pero muy acogedora, muy limpia, decorada con gusto y camas muy cómodas. El restaurante para el desayuno con vistas muy especial también. Y el personal muy agradable que nos ayudó a aparcar el coche en la misma calle del hotel.

W mojej łazience nie działała wentylacja także po każdym prysznicu było parno i duszno. Zapewne z tego też powodu w kabinie prysznicowej było dużo pleśni. Pieczywo na śniadanie mogłoby być lepszej jakości.

Gel y champú de poca calidad. Buffet repetitivo y poco variado. El último día, el recepcionista no fue muy amable.
