• Marzena (10/5): Przytulny apartament w centrum miasta - Świetna lokalizacja - w pieszej odległości od każdej atrakcji turystycznej, tuż obok schodów wstydu z GOT. Blisko i cicho. Świetna komunikacja z Gospodarzem zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie pobytu. Jasne wskazówki związne ze znalezieniem apartamentu i pomoc w zakresie przejazdu z lotniska . Pokój jasny, czysty, komfortowy i dobrze przygotowany. Dodatkowo, pobyt był prezentem urodzinowym dla mojego męża i pani Julia przygotowała z tej okazji niespodziankę. Niezmiernie dziękuję. Wzruszenie obdarowanego ogromne. Raz jeszcze dziękuję i polecam to miejsce- to świetna baza na zwiedzanie tego przepięknego miasta.

• Virginia Exposito (5/5): Una parte de la verdad no es toda la verdad. - La habitación no es esta, la decoración es linda y similar. E s otra más chica y con pequeñas ventanas. Está en un tercer piso al que se accede por una escalera de madera tipo caracol sin protección. Es un pequeño ático muy complicado para estar 4 días como alquilé yo. Fui sola y no veo como entran dos personas en este lugar con una mini cocina . Incluso es insólito , que al no ser un Airbnb, no hayan higienizado algo el lugar. Que dos días antes de mi llegada, y cuando estaba efectivizado el cobro, me haya enviado el mensaje que transcribo a continuación. " Hola, Virginia Uber puede venir a Ploce Gate. Desde allí, tienes 5-10 minutos a poca distancia. Tienes más de 50 revuelos así que tal vez sea un problema para ti. Viste el vídeo para saber cómo es en la Ciudad Vieja." ( donde dice revuelos, léase escalones) En la descripción de Booking solo dice "un tramo de escaleras" . Si fuera así , por qué advertirme dos días antes. Incluso me envió la página web de un traslado de equipaje de pago ( imposible).

Estremamente silenzioso , non si sentono rumori di pub molesti ma al massimo una scuola di musica . Stanza pulita , doccia perfetta. Considerando che si trova nella città vecchia di Dubrovnick bisogna prepararsi agli scalini .La titolare mi ha permesso di lasciare lo zaino dopo il check out . nulla

• Katarzyna (9/5): To był cudowny czas w jednym z najpiękniejszych miejsc na świecie. - 1. Znakomita lokalizacja - Dubrownik to miasto schodów, ale ta lokalizacja akurat jest znacznie łagodniejsza, niż przeciwległa strona miasta, a dzięki temu, że jednak jest oddalona od głównego traktu turystycznego to jest cicha, nie wyobrażam sobie mieszkania w sąsiedztwie Irish Pubów, to musi być koszmar. 2. Okienka z pokoju na samej górze gwarantują niezapomniane widoki na 3 strony. 3. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i przytulny. 4. Byliśmy w kwietniu, więc nie było potrzeby korzystania z klimatyzacji, temperatura była optymalna, mimo pokoju na poddaszu. 5. Bardzo blisko są 2 sklepy spożywcze, z podstawowymi produktami dla turystów. 6. W apartamencie jest czajnik, naczynia, kuchenka, lodówka, mikrofalówka, zapasowe ręczniki. 6. Na powitanie czekała na nas butelka wody i karton soku, herbaty i małe kawy w proszku - to było bardzo miłe! 1. Prysznic jest bardzo płytki i wylewa się woda w czasie kąpieli, to nawet nie jest problemem, ale przydałyby się ścierki do wytarcia wody. 2. W kuchni brakowało mi małej deski do krojenia.

Julia made everything easy for our check-in and stay, with really clear instructions how to find the property and was responsible to any questions we had throughout our stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, well looked after, spacious and had everything we needed. We were on the top floor so we had no issues with noise (could hear our downstairs neighbours on the stairs but it didn't bother us!)

Ubytovateľ zaslal informácie k check-inu pár dni vopred, čo nám veľmi vyhovovalo. Zaslal tiež inštruktážne video, ako sa k ubytovaniu dostať. Moc ďakujeme za veľmi príjemný zážitok. Pred príchodom bolo dlho otvorené okno, takže v izbe bolo dosť chladno, ale dalo sa to vyriešiť zakúrením AC.

• Jane (10/5): Would definitely book this apartment again! - Excellent location in a quaint narrow side street just within the old city walls. Perfectly quiet within a few minutes walk of the Jesuit Stairs, wonderful museums and restaurants. Large comfortable bed and pretty classical furniture, all in very good decorative order. Plenty of towels provided. Good sized wardrobe and excellent kitchen facilities should you wish to cook. Nice touches - host provided a selection of tea and coffee and orange juice and water in the full sized fridge. Lovely hot shower with gel and handwash provided. Cannot think of anything that would improve this apartment. Bear in mind that Dubrovnik has many steep steps but that is part of its unique appeal.

It was so cosy and warm as our trip was in November .Our host was so helpful and had lots of information and tips about Dubrovnik. We would highly recommend the Sontina apartment .

• djed_PL (10/5): Idealne miejsce w Dubrowniku. - Wszystko było jak trzeba, pachnące i czyste.. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko schodów z filmu "gra o tron". Apartament ładny i czysty. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Świetnie zabudowana szafa z aneksem kuchennym ( czajnik, toster, itp.). Było wszystko co potrzeba. Najbardziej podobała mi się duża ilość gniazd elektrycznych. Łazienka czysta z suszarką i ręcznikami. Klimat idealny dla dwojga. Apartament na wąskie schody w pokój w rzeczywistości mały i niski ale dla dwójki dorosłych wystarczający. Przydałoby się większe lustro. Jedyny minus dla mnie to znalazłem kanały w TV tylko po niemiecku.
• elena (10/5): Excelente alojamiento en el corazón de Dubrovnik - Excelente opcion para alojarse dentro de las murallas. La chica que estaba ahí fue súper amable, no recuerdo su nombre. Hizo todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para que nuestra estadía fuera excelente, hasta me pasó foto del desodorante de ambientes que usa cuando le comenté que olía riquísimo el lugar. Me gustó todo, solo hay que tener en cuenta que hay que subir muchos escalones para llegar ( nosotros lo sabíamos). Es solo un detalle a tener en cuenta si van con mucho equipaje ( nuestro vuelo salía a la tarde y nos permitieron guardar el equipaje ahí para recorrer un rato más hasta que nos fuimos al mediodía)

• Reese (9/5): Very clean and modern apartment within the historical city. - Apartment was very clean and modernized for being in such an older building. It is located within the old city walls, which was convenient for getting to attractions and restaurants. Apartment is within walking distance to the bus station. We easily used the bus to get to our ferry port connection when we departed. As in all historical cities, there are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment. We used the valet service recommended by the owner and that made a big difference upon our arrival. We didn't need to use the service when we left, as it was all downhill. :)
• Vivienne (9/5): Dream time in Dubrovnik - Loved the location high on the walls of the old town and just a few steps from the clifftop bar noted for watching the sunset over the Adriatic. It was easy to find and Maria met me and gave me lots of information. There are lots of stairs but it is an old walled city and that’s part of its charms.

The apartment got everything we need for the stay, very comfy bed and pillows , rainfall shower , air conditioning, kitchenette , and luggage storage . not a lot of Stairs so perfect .I highly recommend. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers à monter dans la vieille ville pour y arriver. Parking à l extérieur de l enceinte : 300 euros pour 48h... mais tout cela la propriétaire n'y peut rien...

• Rachel (10/5): A wonderful place for a couple to stay - Very clean and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to Julia for her swift communications and guidance on finding the apartment. The apartment was up a lot of stairs. It was fine for us, but others may find that a challenge. Though many apartments in Dubrovnik will involve stairs.

Maria was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage in the apartment while she was cleaning it & advising us when it was ready for our use. We liked everything but be aware that there are many many stairs from the main street up to the apartment

Checking in and checking out was very easy and we were given a lot of helpful information. Just something that we didnt realise was how many steps there are from the main street level, up to the apartment. It is a considerable amount. Not an issue for us, but could be an issue for some people.

Está en una ubicación estupenda y la atención de María muy bien. La única pega sería la cafetera.y un poco complicado localizarlo debido a que las calles son estrechas y está en concreto, no tiene salida.La ciudad tiene escaleras por todos lados, no es problema del alojamiento, pero saber que hay que subirlas. El mismo alojamiento te envía el servicio de llevar el equipaje

• Susan (10/5): We loved our stay in Sonatina, it was exactly as pictured. - Perfect location, I loved the quiet feel in the area. Be prepared for lots of stairs, didn't bother me, it was part of the experience but might be hard for some. I struggled with cell service so the host sent someone to meet me at the apartment. The bed was also very comfortable, everything was super clean and there was nice cold water and snacks waiting for us, always a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

• Patrick (10/5): Stayed for one night in Dubrovnik. My friend and I were so pleased with the location, surrounded by the beautiful buildi - Prime location in the heart of Dubrovnik. Perfect for us to explore the old town and see the sights.
• Rhia (10/5): Central, clean and comfortable! - The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we required for a two night stay. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The apartment is extremely close to all the attractions which we were able to enjoy. This meant we didn't have to pack all of our stuff with us at the start of the day, if we wanted to head for a swim it was easy to come back get changed and head back out to explore. There was also a little washing line to hang towels and swimwear on outside the window which was very convenient. While there we met the host and the cleaner who were both extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here and we enjoyed Dubrovnik a lot! We enjoyed it all.

The room was very clean and very comfortable, providing everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The communication from Julia was great, and Maria was extremely helpful, meeting us when we entered Old Town, guiding us to our room and going over the facilities. She also provided some great information about restaurants, shops and transport. We highly recommend this place and would certainly stay again. Nothing.

There’s no nightlife next to the property so it was calm to sleep. We couldn’t find anything to do dishes with while our stay and the bins were quite small and not emptied during daily cleaning. We weren’t there that long so it was okay.
• Tessa (10/5): Cute comfortable in central old town - We were able to check in early which we really appreciated as we had baggage. The location is central but away from the hustle and bustle The room is clean and comfortable The stairs are narrow without a barrier - was fine for us but worth noting if you have accessibility requirements

• Bumanglag (9/5): Superb - Location, very central
