• emanuele (2/5): Appartamento luminoso e pacifico, ma soggiorno rovinato dall'impossibilità di farsi una doccia: un problema struttur - Cosa ti è piaciuto della struttura? L'appartamento è esteticamente gradevole. Ho apprezzato molto le scelte cromatiche, la luminosità degli ambienti e la pace e tranquillità generale del posto. È stato impossibile lavarsi a causa della totale mancanza di pressione dell'acqua. Ho segnalato il disservizio allo staff: rispondono subito, ma in modo chiaramente preimpostato, dicendo che manderanno un tecnico. È una presa in giro. Leggendo lo storico delle recensioni, si nota che moltissimi ospiti lamentano l'impossibilità di farsi una doccia da anni. Un luogo ricettivo non può operare e incassare punteggi positivi senza garantire l'acqua, che è un servizio primario. Questo problema ci ha rovinato i momenti di permanenza. Inoltre, nel ripostiglio ci sono dei secchi abbandonati che emanano cattivo odore; consiglio di utilizzare quello spazio per installare una vasca di accumulo o un'autoclave per sistemare anni di lamentele, invece di lasciare secchi maleodoranti.

• Maurer (8/5): - Sehr stylische Ausstattung, schöner Holzboden Was nicht ideal war, das oben alles offen war, weil es bei uns einen Schnarcher gab und da keine abgeschlossenen Türen es dadurch an Schlaf fehlte. Obwohl mir das offene Wohnen sehr gefiel.
• Julie (7/5): Great apartment, worth the stay! - Great apartment. Plenty of room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen and the location is really good. No washing machine, up 4 flights of stairs, and the temperature of the apartment was a little too cold for us. The temperature in the hallway was at the required 21 degrees but the main bedroom felt cold. I needed some extra blankets for the bed as I struggled to sleep each night being too cold but no extra blankets are supplied.

Fui de carro e havia disponibilidade para estacionar o carro em um estacionamento conveniado que já estava incluso na diária. O atendimento tbm foi ótimo. Os poucos questionamentos que tivemos foram respondidos de pronto.

• Lucrezia (7/5): Buon appartamento ma non deci essere fissato con la pulizia - L'appartamento bellissimo e nuovo, posizione comoda a pochi minuti dal centro Accettano di farti entrare prima ma poi ti fanno trovare i cuscini e le coperte per terra (che poi rimettono sul letto) 110 euro di pulizie non adeguati per quello che trovi!
• Georgina (6/5): La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear - El tamaño, tenías suficiente espacio El olor era muy desagradable dese que entrabas al edificio, olía a humedad y el olor del baño de la primera planta era insoportable olía a pipí mucho, tanto que fui incapaz de utilizarlo y tenía que subir al de arriba siempre. Otra cosa en contra es que para llegar al apartamento tenías que subir muchísimas escaleras y con las maletas a cuesta, también me gustaría decir que el piso quedaba lejos del centro lo que hacía que tuvieras que caminar bastante para llegara a los lugares de interés. Y ya por último también quería decir que las sábanas de la cama de arriba tenían algunas manchas muy desagradables.
• barbara (8/5): - Appartamento molto bello e confortevole Approvvigionamento di acqua, purtroppo non scendeva acqua per fare doccia e sciacquarsi nel lavabo. 2 bagni stesso problema. In 7 persone ovviamente ha creato un po di disagio. Bagni esteticamente belli e puliti e ordinati.

• Evren (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and well-located apartment, perfect for exploring Florence. - The location was great — easy to reach from S.M.N. train station with about a 15-minute bus ride. The apartment sits at the edge of the traffic-limited zone, so we could conveniently park our rental car in a nearby pay-per-use parking lot just one street away. The apartment itself was a cozy, spacious rooftop, divided into two floors with an in-apartment balcony, which gave it a unique charm. Having two bathrooms with showers was very practical, and the beds were large and comfortable. The online check-in and follow-up service worked smoothly, and we really appreciated the responsiveness of the team. No elevator, and the apartment itself also has stairs to reach the second floor. No coffee machine or washing machine. It took some time to cool the apartment on the first hot day.

La zona sottotetto, con un letto singolo e un bagnetto, non dotata di alcun condizionatore (dunque praticamente utilizzabile come sauna) e phon rotto (per fortuna avevamo il nostro).

• Jo (10/5): Comfortable clean spacious apartment 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence - It was really spacious and the beds are really comfortable Friendly café across the road to get coffees and breakfast The agents use a private garage company for car parking and unfortunately our car was scratched in the garage but had no way of proving it. Be sure to take a video of your car before it’s left there.

• Sheryl (8/5): A great space! - It was a great apartment and host was very responsive. The apartment is about 20-30 walk to the center of the city with all the shops, cafe's, sights. Overall, it was fine since you walk everywhere in the city.
• Ryan (10/5): Perfect apartment for a group - The location of this place was amazing, in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to all the sites and local streets filled with bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and easily accommodated all 7 of us. The staff was fast to respond too when any questions were asked. There is nothing not to like about this apartment.

Very clean, had a/c, and was overall comfortable. the building had no elevator. It was located on the 4th floor so we had to carry our bags all the way up. It is definitely not appropriate for old people or with some disability or if you have heavy bags. No washer and dryer machine available. The pressure of the water wasn't enough to allow the use of the shower in the second-level bathroom.

Power tripped at least 5-6 times throughout the stay. Water pressure weren’t great. Can’t really used two bathroom at the same time coz one will run out of water or both will not have water. No elevator and it’s on the 4th floor. No washing machine. Difficult to reach the owner unless via a phone call. No communication via whatsapp/sms/email. Difficult to get a taxi during busy summer time

• Mary (10/5): Wonderful! - The cutest apartment in Firenze! This was a cozy yet spacious home, wonderfully designed with amazing architecture. Everything was as pictured and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids ages 15, 10, 10). The host was helpful and responsive, let us stay a little past check out time and provided us with the number to call a taxi. I wish we stayed longer to explore the city more. We'll just have to come back! There were about 5 mosquitos that we killed, luckily no one was bitten. The couch was stained on the arm rest and the sofa bed had no bedding but it was dropped off the next day. I must have missed that this was on the top (4th) floor with no lift, thankfully we didn't pack too heavy so it wasn't a problem.

• Adam (7/5): Stylish and clean apartment ideal for small groups, however some work must be done on the water situation. - The design and furniture was stylish and the place was clean. The building facade was covered in scaffolding due to ongoing construction and was not a nice sight. The water in the bathrooms was also not perfect and even stopped for a while after several people in our group had used it. The building also does not have a lift and the flat is on the 4th floor.
