- Françoise (7/5): - Appartement bien situé qui permet de visiter Florence à pied. Trop petit pour 5 personnes. Peu de couvertures, de vieilles couettes sans housses. 1 seule lampe de chevet cassée à disposition.Déco et meubles vieillots. Nous aurions apprécié la présence de quelques produits de base, sel vinaigre poivre.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Family place close to everything - Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient.

- Kerry (8/5): - A lift would have been great. We stayed 7 nights therefore would have liked change of towels at least. Induction stove but many saucepans were not compatible
- Arshavir (4/5): - We stayed here in early August 2024, a family with four kids. Value for money is super poor, the property is over-priced for 3 times vs similar properties in the area. We asked for a bit late checkout and were refused. The communication was also poor, got reply on my whatsapp messages only next day. No elevator in the building. Does it worth a stay for a family with the kids

- Courtney (10/5): Wonderful place to stay if your in Florence for more than a couple of days as it has all the facilities you need and is - Amazing location. Less than 10 minutes from the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable There is no elevator. Suitcases had to be moved up stairs. Thankfully only 2 flights. The front door was also tricky to open on some occasions as it is an old lock
