• Julio (2/5): No es apto para Personas - Nones un lugar apto para recibir personas! No es un hotel que merezca estar dentro de la gama de hoteles de Hoteles.com no lo merece

• matteo (6/5): - La stanza nel complesso era pulita. Purtroppo lo scarico del bagno non funzionava e ci siamo dovuti "organizzare". La doccia aveva il supporto del soffione staccato e risultava difficile da utilizzare. Una delle due persiane non era della misura giusta e risultava impossibile chiuderla. La struttura nel complesso è poco organizzata, e da poco la sensazione di Guest House. Mille cose nel piccolo corridoio che porta alla "sala colazione", disordine un po' ovunque. Peccato, perchè avrebbe buone potenzialità. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato, per contro, molto cortese e disponibile.

• xavier prasanna (8/5): - The room was clean and well kept. Sheets were clean and fresh. The room had AC which was great since it was quite warm outside. The place was quiet (no noisy neighbours). The bathroom was clean too. Breakfast was good. Also the property is quite close to touristic places, such as the Colosseum. A good choice for staying over the weekend or maybe even a week. The only issue I had was that one of the sliding shower door was broken and so could not be fully closed. Other than that, this place was very comfortable for my weekend stay.

• Sandro (4/5): Per chi si accontenta di qualsiasi cosa - Struttura fatiscente Televisione con 3 canali Accoglienza inesistente e introvabile senza neanche rispondere alla porta o al telefono Assistenza quindi no Cate di sicurezza no Colazione promossa come continentale ma in realtà solo una pastina Tende oscuranti/tapparelle mancanti Cassaforte bloccata inutilizzabile Magari ci fossero le camere come nelle foto!!
• Luca (2/5): - Abbiamo suonato e non aperto nessuno, abbiamo chiamato al numero che c'era vicino la porta e ci ha risposto una ragazza che diceva " questo non è il numero del hotel" Ci ha aperto una cliente che soggiornava li dentro e confusa non sapeva neanche dovera il proprietario, dopo un po aver suonato il campanello esce dalla porta il proprietario che si presenta malconcio... stanza orribile con puzza da morire bagno ridotto malissimo , all'interno la porta del bagno mancava perciò la doccia era impossibile farla perché usciva tutta l'acqua di fuori come servizio di camera ci hanno dato delle tovaglie bucate , finestre rotte con lati mancanti , posto da chiudere subito.

• Ingrid (4/5): Desorganizado - A recepção foi meio desorganizada. Os anfitriões criam um gato e o local é cheio de carpete o que faz todo o local ficar com um cheiro forte do bichano. Não havia água quente no local, o que é um entrave já que era inverno quando me hospedei. Passamos 1 dia no local e, pelo motivo da falta de água quente, fomos relocados para outra hospedagem próxina, sem custos mas que causa uma situação desagradável para terminarmos os dias pagos.

• Valentin D. (6/5): Expérience mitigée - Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée, notre chambre était conforme à l'annonce même si une porte de douche était manquante. Petit déjeuner plutôt léger mais assure le minimum pour démarrer la journée, même si pas toujours réapprovisionné. ATTENTION pas de cuisine commune contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Piscine visible en photo mais pas sûr qu'elle soit accessible aux clients.

All' arrivo non avevano una camera libera, volevano farmi alloggiare in una stanza adibita a ostello, quindi con altre persone. La prima sera non avendo una camera libera ci hanno spostato in un hotel li vicino, per poi tornare il giorno dopo. La "sala" da colazione e sotviglie molto sporche, la colazione poco assortita. Pulizia inesistente.

Jag har fått allergi på hela min kropp. På grund av är inte rent och ingen vatten för att duscha ingen mat. Jag var på apoteket i Roma och köpte medicin för min kropp det hjälpte inte . Hela min kropp kliar sen när jag kom hem den 20-07-2019 gick jag till akuten hos läkare i Stockholm och fick hjälp. Den här platsen kostade mig flera tusen kronor. Boka aldrig på hotel. Com.

Parece simplesmen3uma casa qie foi aver e te colocam para dormir la. Limpeza 0. Recebam meu conselho pouca difernnca a mais vai te garantir estadia em paz.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - DO NOT book this accommodation!!! The place is a dump. I traveled to many places and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I stayed for 5 days and the room was never cleaned in the time I stayed there. The aircon is not working. They did not even supply a towel or soap in the bathroom. I could not get myself to prepare a meal in the kitchen. I was scared I will pick up some sickness from the surfaces. Very disappointing!!

• Matthew (2/5): Totally nightmare! Never stay in bed bugs hotel!!! - Firstly, the air conditioning was not working for 2 days so we ask hotels.com to contact the hotel. And hotels.com said the air con is fixed. The staff didn’t know about the building facilities. The most important is the air conditioning is broke and leaking. It took a full day to fix it ! It is completely inconvenient. Secondly, the “bed bugs” are all over the bed!!!!! We found 2 at the first day, so the house keeper clean the room for us. However, at the second night my boyfriend found more than 5 bed bugs (we think is louse) at the sleeping bed area. Therefore, we are strongly not recommend to stay there!!!!! Thirdly, the shower area door is broke! The water are comes out. However, thanks to Hotels.com kind assist we change to new hotel after few days. Thank you hotels.com.
• Veronica (2/5): Proprietario quis me estorquir 10 euros - Eu aprendi agora a confiar nos comentarios, que ja nao eram bons, no site tem aviso se caso chegar apos as 14hrs para ligar informando eu fiz, cheguei por volta das 23:30 rua muito escura sensaçao de perigo, toquei a campainha, bati na porta liguei, ele apareceu um senhor barbudo baixinho, eu me apresentei e perguntei em ingles se era um lugar perigoso e ele disse vc é perigosa, achei q era uma piada, ele me levou p area do cafe eu acho, com aparencia bem desagradavel, ele disse que quem chega apos as 22hrs deve pagar 10 euros a mais, sendo que o valor da reserva paga era um pouco mais que isso, perguntei aonde estava esta informação, disse que era ilegal e deveriamos chamar a policia, eu disse q nao pagaria ele me mandou embora, depois cobrou a taxa 3.5euros dei 5 euros ele riu e pediu mais 5 euros e disse q daria um desconto, falei denovo em chamar a policia, falei que so daria os 3.5 no dia seguinte quando eu tivessse trocado ou quando ele me desse o troco, ele ficava me mandando embora eu entrei no quarto ele foi atras de mim pedindo o passaporte, eu nao quis dar na mao dele entao eu fiquei segurando aberto p ele pegar as informacoes ele comecou a gritar denovo, ai apareceram varias pessoas, ele ficava falando mal dos brasileiros, ai eu preenchi o formulario e ele me deu o troco e eu dei os 5 euros, sai por volta das 6:30 da manha amem ja tinha reserva em outro lugar.

• Fernando (2/5): Horrible - Rude staff, most speak no English, overbookings every single day and they even have a couple bed they expect you to share with someone else. I only stayed on this hostel for a couple more days because it's a pain in the ass to keep moving, but I'd not recommend this place to anyone.
• Marina (4/5): Scarsissimo igiene e troppo chiasso - Premetto col dire che avevo bisogno di una struttura in questa zona specifica, che è ottima in quanto a collegamenti. Arrivati, nella stanza scopriamo che un'anta della porta della doccia è mancante, c'è una bruciatura sulla mia federa ma vabbè, può capitare e dato che dovevamo passarci solo una notte non abbiamo detto nulla. Quello che pare essere il proprietario della struttura urla in continuazione e okay, può anche essere divertente sentire un romano imprecare, ma dopo 5 minuti di "mortacci sua" gridati nel corridoio ti rompi le balle, specie se vuoi riposare dopo il viaggio (le stanze non sono per nulla insonorizzate, tra altro). Ciliegina sulla torta, la mattina dopo (un'oretta dopo aver lasciato la struttura), iniziano ad uscire sulla mia pelle una serie di sfoghi, attribuibili alle cosiddette cimici dei letti, cosa peraltro confermata dal mio medico. Sono tornata a casa conciata come se avessi il morbillo e sono attualmente in cura con antistaminico, antibiotico e cortisone, quindi non posso che constatare che la pulizia sto posto non la vede manco col binocolo. L'unica nota positiva è la gentilezza della receptionist, povera martire che si prende gli insulti del tizio descritto su. Il costo è decisamente troppo alto a fronte della qualità del soggiorno, se volete qualcosa di decente non azzardatevi a mettere piede qui: meglio fare 500 metri in più che ritrovarsi con le bolle addosso per lo scarso igiene di una struttura.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Aladino is not a hotel!!! Aladino is not a hotel!!!! Is my first visit to Rome and that Aladino has given me bad impression about Rome. Aladino is own by old lady who is trying to scam people for what they don’t have. Please do not book Aladino, because is two rooms while someone want to make money from people for free. I can’t express how filthy and dirty and unrepresentable that rooms is. I paid £171 for a room I got there I cried because of how they scams me. I couldn’t sleep in the room because of dirty and how filthy the whole place was. Expedia need to shut that so called Aladino rooms down. Because is disgusting and Nast for travelers. I have to book a different hotel and that also cost me €180 . Because I did not even check in at Aladino rooms.

• Verified traveler (2/5): La tortura de rossi! - Me fue terrible, hay una señora que vive allí llamada Rossi aproximadamente de 55 años y todo el tiempo me accoso, un día entro a mi habitación sin pedirle y además el dinero que le di para pagar una noche al momento de hacer checking lo negó y eso que es la que atiende, cobró 2 euros por la towels, afortunadamente lo de la habitación lod dueños fueron muy amables, reconocieron ese dinero y no tube que pagar de más!!!

• Renzo (2/5): Assolutamente da evitare - All'arrivo nessuno ad aspettarmi, ho dovuto telefonare. Camera molto sporca e semiinterrata con finestra a bocca di lupo, bagno bruttissimo, colazione molto scadente, al mattino hanno tolto l'acqua per fare dei lavori senza avvisare.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - It is a decent budget inn. If you just want a bed to sleep and a bathroom at low price and in a good distance to see Rome then it's perfect. It was clean and has a self- service mentality. This is what I expected for the price.
• laura (4/5): Not worth it - I’ll begin with the first day, we came right before the end of check out and banged on the door, called the numbers and Facebook messaged without any response. We had to get a different hotel and then wait in the rain until 2pm the next day to finally get in the room. The room was gross. The sheets had stains, holes and the room had a strong smell of mildew. The bathroom was tiny and had mold in the shower. The sink was huge and made it ridiculously hard to use the toilet or get in the shower. There were broken acrylic nails on the rock hard, uneven bed and the breakfast was just bread and coffee. This place was gross and very disappointing. However, it was super close to the metro and was dirt cheap. If you’re wanting to spend very little money for a private room, this is the place for it.
