• Adriene (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício. Ótima localização. Espaçoso. Ficaria hospedada lá novamente. - Perfeito o apartamento. A localização é ótima, próximo da praia de banje beach e do portão da cidade. Tem um mercadinho bem próximo tb. Estava tudo muito limpo. Tem forno, fogão, lava louças, cafeteira, sanduicheira, o que facilitou para podermos fazer algumas refeições em casa. A vista para o mar é linda. Tomamos cafés todos os dias na sacada com vista para o mar. Gostei de tudo.

• Aline (9/5): Schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Altstadt und die Seilbahn sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten wirklich bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man ohne weiteres auch kochen kann.
• Tomasz (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - Kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Lokalizacja - niecałe 10 minut spacerem z górki do starego miasta. Widok z balkonu. Duże pokoje i łazienka. Bliskość sklepu i przystanku autobusowego (Platanus) z i na lotnisko. Chociaż, że autobus zatrzymuje się w dwóch różnych miejscach zależnie od tego czy jedzie z czy na lotnisko. Booking.com pokazuje lokalizację obiektu 150 metrów niż jest w rzeczywistości (sprawdziłem mapy Google oraz mapy.com), a w warunkach Dubrownickich gdzie wszędzie jest pod górę (schody, schody, schody) ma to ogromne znaczenie. Szczególnie gdy jest 12 w nocy. Dlatego należy samodzielnie odszukać adres na mapie.

• nancy (10/5): Como en casa - El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas, no te hará falta nada. Te sentis como en casa. La atención de Ivana excelente un amor. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. Pero si hay muchos escalones para ir a la playa, los cuales se pueden evitar caminando un poco más y no ir por el camino más corto que es de escalones.
• Hanney (10/5): Great location, fantastic host - From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment is near everything and only 10 min walk to the old city. A supermarket within 50m, as well as handy pub for quick meals and reasonably priced drinks. The host Ivana was fantastic, very friendly and very quick communication. • Kate (9/5): Great comfortable apartment at a reasonable price. - Great size apartment with everything we needed. Good communication. Still a good location but a little bit further from the Old Town and Beach than we expected because of the large amount of stairs.

• Jenni (7/5): Apartamento cómodo con todo equipado y buena ubicación. - Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones , accesorios de cocina , aceite etc . La ubicación buena también . El check out cada vez es antes , si venís en coche tened cuidado no se puede pasar hacia la zona donde está el apartamento son 300 euros de multa . Tenéis que buscaros la vida para buscar un parking .

• Pat (8/5): The apartment was good, nice to have laundry facilities and so thankful for the air conditioning. - The view from the balcony was lovely. There was confusion regarding the key pick up and we waited over an hour in very high heat. There needs to be a lock box outside.

• Jason (9/5): Superb - This apartment is in a residential neighborhood. There was not excessive noises during the night. The washing machine was a great addition to spacious accommodations.
• Patrick (9/5): Superb - Perfect location just outside the old town. There are stairs to access the apartment but Dubrovnik is full of stairs. A very comfortable space to spend a few days and lovely helpful host.
• Connor (9/5): Exceptional stay - Location was amazing, very close to the beach (do not be put off by the stairs, only took 5 mins). The apartment was exceptionally clean. Beach towels were a great addition and the balcony meant breakfasts were dreamy. There is a shop only 1 min walk away which we used to get breakfast each morning and make packed lunches. AC in both rooms was really nice and the bed was really comfortable (looks like it is two singles together in the photos but it's not). Would recommend for anyone. Only thing we would change is to have two normal size pillows rather than one huge one (if being really picky).

• Svetlana (10/5): Nice apartment on the hill of Dubrovnik - The Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Good communication with the host. The location is not in the main street which is great because it's not crowded and loud. The balcony has a great view of Lokrum island. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Third, location - 10 min walk to old town and also 7 min walk to Banje Beach. Great to get to beach early in the morning before gets too busy so around 8-10am. Thanks you.

• Nigar (9/5): A charming apartment with beautiful view - Absolutely stunning view. Super clean apartment and lovely owner. Very close to old city but still so quiet. Only the Wi-Fi signal was a bit slow.
• Jaap (8/5): very clean, nice view and close to old city - The apartment was amazingly clean! The owner was very kind and helpful. The shower was nice. There was a washing machine. The beds had white, clean sheets. The sea and an island were visible from the balcony. Our 1 year old could walk through the living room and nothing was dangerous for him there. The floor is beech wood and looks nice. The kitchen is okay. The airco is helpful when it is hot weather. The old city is a 10-15min walk, during which you already have a nice view on the city. You can do the walk without stairs. It is not too far uphill. The main downside of the apartment is traffic noise. A somewhat bigger road is nearby and people who drive into the street in which the apartment lies put their pedal to the metal to get get there cars uphill. With the doors closed all is fine, but on the balcony or with doors open the noise was a downside. Apart from the noise a few minor details: the walls are a bit too coloured for our taste and the view is nice but not panorama. These downsides are minor, not a very big deal.

• Mikko (9/5): Superb - Friendly helpful staff. Awesome location. Everything was as promised and expected or even a bit better. Bed was maybe little too hard for our taste, but didn't bother our sleep too much, just a little nuisance.
• Marcos (10/5): Amaizing! - The location is excellent, 15m walking to the old city, and has a supermarket in front of the apartment. Nothing.
• Maria (9/5): Great choice for Dubrovnik - Very spacious, clean and well located. Walking distance from the Old Town and some of the nicest beaches of Duvrobnik. Hot water sometimes did not run properly in the shower but it was temporary.
• Suzanne (7/5): Expensive - Ivana, the host was really helpful and the apartment is well equipped. The road in front of the apartment very noisy as there are building works going on at the top, so cement lorries up and down! This was our 3rd visit to Dubrovnik and it has doubled in price, a 2 minute taxi ride from the old town was €13! You can walk, but its either lots of steps or steep hill. Unfortunately it has put us off coming back 😪

Definitely worth every penny. - Everything was perfect, basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. **Location is superb - about 10 minutes walk to the old town, and the Studenac supermarket is just across the apartment, where you can basically get all the groceries you need for your stay. There's a Konzum supermarket outside Ploce Gate, and another one inside the old town if you want to find more stuff. **Daily necessities - the apartment is equipped with almost everything: toilet rolls, utensils, pots & pans, cups, plates, toaster, tea towels, cloth hangers, drying rack, etc. If you need anything else you should be able to find at the Studenac supermarket at an affordable price. There is also an aircon with heater in the bedroom, and another one in the living room. **Large bathroom - my favorite part of the apartment. The shower space is very big and comfortable, and you have warm water from the sink. Water pressure is consistent, and you can dispose toilet paper in the toilet (toilet flushing system is so strong I was surprised) **Tap water - usually I avoid drinking tap water, but the tap water here in Dubrovnik is by far the best water I have ever drank, even tastier than the water back at home, and I am super fond of my hometown water. **Stunning views - you can see Lokrum Island and the sea every day by just looking out of your balcony or window. **Quiet neighborhood - I lived here from mid April to mid May, most of the times the neighborhood is quiet all day, except for occasional vehicles driving by and other residents talking when they walk up the stairs outside. I have seen some comments about the noisy garbage truck but I haven't noticed it during my stay here, and I spend almost all day in the apartment working. **Super friendly host - the management team is very friendly and helpful. They are super efficient and will help you if you need anything. They came to clean my apartment twice during my 1-month stay. You get too attached to the apartment. It feels like a second home and I was very sad to leave.
• Fishergirl (10/5): Anazing , absolutely perfect stay - it was wonderful, home away from home 12 days . Everything was perfect, the location was only a 10 minute walk to old town . Enjoyed the view from the patio . We had everything we need in the kitchen and bathroom. Fir the price this property was perfect , would definitely stay again . The host was very easy to communicate with .
• Sinlisa (8/5): Loved it - Ivana was extremely helpful. Our flight got changed less than 24 hours before we were due to fly and she allowed us to check in early and leave our bags whilst the apartment was being cleaned. Lovely balcony and views. Boat trip recommended and booked by Ivana was really good and excellent value for money. She also arranged our taxi from the airport and to the ferry port. The apartment is outside of old town about a 15 minute gentle walk down the slope, you can avoid the steps to get back to the apartment if you co e along the road. To be fair we originally could not decode what area to stay in dubrovnik but for us we are glad we stayed in ploce got you out of the crowds which even in September is a blessing. Everything you need is at the apartments. Just 2 little niggles would have been good to have a ironing board, there is an iron. And also more towels we had one bath towel and one hand towel each for ladies who wash their hair this is one short.

• Jonathan (9/5): Great value, helpful host - Good value, large appartment 10-15 minutes from city walls. A lot of steps on way back, but we knew this and it does mean you get a view of Lukrum from one of the 2 balconies. Host was exceptioanlly helpful in sorting our luggage arrangements for final day (flight wan't until late) and a good value airport transfer.
