- Mahan (8/5): - Very nice and cozy hotel right in Thong Lo but still quite. Cozy bed. Japanese bathroom. Smart TV. Many restaurants and bars in walkable distance. Very recommendable
- Madeline (10/5): Perfect stay made better by the wonderful staff - We’ve been to Bangkok several times and this is by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed! The room is large, bright, clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is big too, with great shower pressure and anti-slip coating on the tub. The rooms have solid soundproofing, we never heard our neighbours. It’s located centrally in Thonglor, which means you have the main road and many excellent restaurants, shops and a full Jets gym within walking distance. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the BTS Thong Lor station which takes less than five minutes, and we used this frequently. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we chatted every time we entered/exited the hotel and they made our stay! Special shout out to Ruty (sorry if I’m misspelling your name), you are such a hard worker and a lovely person! We’ll never stay anywhere else in Bangkok. Nothing, it was perfect. Choosing somewhere to stay in Bangkok can be overwhelming due to the amount of options, so stop scrolling and pick here! So happy we did. :)

- Tarek (1/5): - BEWARE OF OZONE BEING USED IN THIS HOTEL: Checked in quite late in the evening. Noticed a weird heavy smell I have never smelled before. Asked the reception and they told me the room had been renovated and painted recently. Someone brings a device into the room and plugs it in. We come back after dinner and the same smell is even heavier in the room.... We wonder and notice a bit later that the device is an ozone generator and they have used it before and during our stay in the room. No compensation, nothing, for putting our health at risk. Just a shrug and apologies. Ozone generators should never be used with people in the room as it is really toxic.

However, they tried to charge me 200 baht for a small mark on the bed sheet. Now! It may have already been there? Laundry is their responsibility not the customer. Only by being adamant that Laundry was their responsibility that the charge was dropped.

- Jin (9/5): 清潔でコスパよい - キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機があって便利。テレビの裏までホコリがなく、とても清潔で部屋の写真と全く同じだった。 バスタブは深く、広いが、お湯をためるには30分かかる。ハンドタオル、バスタオル、バスマットはボロボロで使い古した感じがあり、ホテルの雰囲気とはマッチしていない部分があります。 最寄りのコンビニ、スーパーまで距離がある。BTSまで徒歩だと20分かかる。

In 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge ThongLo che è piena di ristoranti e centri massaggio. La maggior parte dei ristoranti della zona sono giapponesi Il vetro della doccia è troppo corto e quando ci si lava è inevitabile bagnare il pavimento. Per arrivare alla metro più vicina ci vogliono 20 minuti a piedi.

I removed 1 point only because my husband and I were heavily bitten by mosquitoes at night and we didn't find any mosquito repellent in the room.

- Danielle (1/5): Worst experience ever. - I am very disappointed by how a situation was handled during my stay. During the night, my period started unexpectedly and caused a small stain on the bedsheet. I was then charged 300 baht for this, which I found inappropriate. This was not damage caused by negligence, but a completely natural and unavoidable situation. What made this worse was the feeling that housekeeping actively checked and reported such details, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. This is not the level of discretion or respect I would expect from a 4-star hotel. In my experience, hotels of this standard handle such situations as part of their service, without additional charges. This policy felt lacking in understanding and did not reflect the level of care and professionalism expected.

- Chih Ching (8/5): 一間便宜但品質很好的飯店，困擾的部分不至於說是缺點，但還有很多小細節可以更好 - 因為班機問題有續住一晚，住了兩間房間 房間很大乾淨、寬敞明亮，很多收納空間，有浴缸、沙發和陽台，冰箱、微波爐和洗衣機也都順暢使用，插座也很多，住起來很舒服 服務態度也非常好，下面的缺點反應後也都很迅速的處理完畢 剛入住的時候櫃子中有上個房客的襪子、吹風機無法使用、枕頭太高、熱水一間很熱一間不夠熱、附近沒有便利超商、沒有附牙刷和洗衣粉（但有洗衣機）、沒有餐具（但有微波爐）、桌子是長的不能搬動比較不好圍著吃飯、沒有全身鏡 關於到Thonglor station的接駁車 飯店沒有主動提供關於此資訊，可以在櫃台預約時間（我是直接問當下，剛好有車） 也可以加他們的line或WhatsApp 請他們來thonglor 接回飯店 但剛好碰上泰國的連假，所以都沒有運行，最好還是問一下提供服務的時間比較好

- Robin Hennig (9/5): - Das Hotel ist ist super sauber, tolle Zimmer mit Waschmaschine und große Badewanne, tolles Bad. Bett bequem, kleine Küche. Guter Preis für diese Zimmer. Also wer genau in Thonglor ein Hotel sucht, mit tollen Zimmer mit Waschmaschine und nicht ständig zur BTS muss, keinen großen Pool oder Gym braucht ist hier genau richtig. Keine Kritik nur als Info: Der Pool ist nicht groß um viel zu schwimmen sondern ei fach abkühlen, der gym ist klein also wer richtig trainieren möchte ist hier falsch. Bts ist etwas weiter weg klar kann man es gehen aber nicht in Bangkok wo es so heiß ist aber dafür gibt es einen shuttle Service vor free, also geht noch. Also für Thonglor um dort zu verweilen ist das Hotel super.

В пешей доступности магазины, куча кафе и ресторанов. Местами мебель и ремонт уже «подустали», но на качестве проживания это никак не отразилось

- Jauson (10/5): Great Stay in Thong Lo Area - Ashley Hotel provided a very pleasant stay. rooms were very clean, and all the expected amenities were readily available. The location was very convenient for my needs. My room was well-organised, contributing to a sense of space with a spacious balcony. In additon, hotel staff were attentive and overall the hotel provided excellent value for money. Would stay again.

- Kok Chiah (Rick) (9/5): - The staff are great! The room, the bed, the colour of whites, washing machine in room, roomy closets for storage, cleanliness are all a very nice touch! Nice rooftop pool and gym. Distance is a little walk from Thonglor BTS station. But the hotel do provide a shuttle to Thonglor BTS station, with prior booking.
- Amanda (10/5): - Rent och fräscht. Både i rum och på toalett. Vi hade kök och tvättmaskin. Tv med Netflix. Badrummet hade trevligt badkar. Sängen var jätteskön och även fin utsikt på balkongen. Också trevligt personal! Vi kunde lämna våra väskor hos dem under dagen.

- Michael (10/5): - Sauber, gute Armaturen im Bad, Swimmingpool für den Preis fein und gute Erholung am Dach möglich. Im Fitnessstudio nur Gewichtshanteln bis 10kg, ein Laufand und Ergometer. Insgesamt super Preis Leistung.

- Thomas (8/5): - Ruhig und doch umgeben von vielen Restaurants etc. Gute, gepflegte Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, genug Ablagen, und eine sehr gut funktionierende Dusche. Preis-Leistung über Silvester etwas schlecht. Ab einem gewissen Betrag sollten einige Dinge wie der kleine Tisch im Wohnbereich der noch eine Schutzfolie drauf hatte und entsprechend ranzig aussah oder die laut knackende Führung der Schiebetür wenn man drauftritt nicht sein...aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, ich habe mich hier gut aufgehoben gefühlt, und kann einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

- TAKASHI (9/5): 西アジア駐在日本人にとって、手軽にできる一時帰国 - 清潔で行き届いた設備、プールもよかったです。スタッフの方はイレギュラーなリクエストにも応えてくださり、大変助かりました。 駅からやや遠く、歩くと20分くらいかかります。昼食、夕食はよかったのですが、近所に朝食が食べられる店が少なかったです。
