The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They allowed us to use the pool and sauna after our check out time as we had a long flight ahead back to the UK. Jim and Owen in the restaurant served us a delicious lunch before we headed to the airport. We will definitely be back.

With so much great food available at the hotel, and close by, it can be hard to leave! All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Thanks to Huong and Trung Anh for servicing our room, Chef for his amazing meals, Hoa's amazing service in the executive lounge, Mendy, and everyone on reception. Everyone here works so hard ❣️

Love the Vietnamese milk coffee that hits me at all the right spots. Room is very large and beds are comfy for a good night sleep. Plus point: there is a free chocolate fondue between 4pm and 5pm everyday.

The lounge at 9th has an à la carte breakfast menu to fulfill our breakfast demand. The window view is excellent, with views of Hanoi streets. Sauna is perfect for us to relax after using the swimming pool & gym. Lastly, the front staff, Key & Veronica, were terrific and shared the money exchange place with us, and the hotel facilities were detail-oriented. This stay was way better than the previous experience. Hope to come back revisit on my next business conference schedule.

- ColinL361 (10/5): Cannot go wrong with Accor hotels - This is my first stay at the Movenpick brand and the experience is consistently good across all the hotels under the Accor brand. Checking and checkout was fuss free. I had the pleasure of being attended by Evelyne at the front desk. Her charming demeanor certainly helped to chill me after a much delayed flight. The room was well appointed and more importantly, I was able to properly control the settings of the air conditioner. My only feedback is that there is no power point situated near the work desk. Breakfast was very decent and lunch was equally good. I would certainly consider booking my next trip to Hanoi at the Movenpick Living West again

- 974vikkiw (10/5): Wonderful rooms with even better hospitality. - Wonderful spacious room, excellent amenities, supreme hospitality from the team (and happy to say as someone who spoke no Vietnamese there was a good understanding of English). We also had dinner there several times and the food was sublime ( I wish we could have brought the chef home!!). We also had breakfast there each day and the buffet was delicious, heaps of western and Asian options. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

- Khianseng (10/5): Good location and wonderful staff - Stayed there for a week. Large and clean spacious suite. The floor was quiet and allow for an cosy rest after a busy work day. Everything was perfect. The suite was clean and vacuumed daily. Free laundry daily. The gym is well equipped. Free access to tea break, chocolate hour and happy hour. Special mentions to Mr. Key, Mr. Dzung and the wonderful Movenpick team. Good job.

Super, super recommended. Room was big, silent, comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was good quality. Gym had all the necessary and was always perfectly clean.
- _on844 (10/5): Great, minor preference though - Staffs were extremely mindful of customer experience. All of the minor problems happened during my stay was all solved asap so there were no actual "cons" to review. But for your information, here are my general reviews of my stay as of now. Pro: Staffs were very friendly and attentive English speaker, breakfast food was great and the restaurant itself is very spacious. The locations are extremely convenient and easy to access to nearby offices. The currency exchange availability at the concierge counter was a life saver for a noob like me. The facility looked much better than in pictures. I do enjoy the fact that the light for do not disturb and make up room was available. Cons: Just like most buildings around Duy Tan street, the views was blocked partially. The room was designed to rest, not to work so its lighting is rather weak for my preference. The room is only partially soundproof so beware of that. Also there were no light nor outlet near the table in my room so i couldn't really work at the table. That's it. The cons is less of a problem, more of a personal preference in my case. I'd love to recommend this place to my colleague or even friends in the future.

Also, better to go down to resto than order room service because there is only 1 chair and table in the room. Room very clean, towels ultra white. Overall, a great stay!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Relaxing stay - Movenpick Living West Hanoi, exceeded my expectation, accessible location, neat and clean room, not mention it is also spacious, staying in our 2 bedroom suit room unit, is just like staying in our home away from home. Breakfast buffet also has everything you want for a healthy start up. Above all are the attentive staff that are always ready to extend a hand before you ask for it special mention of the following: Tan, Rose and Key also Le Anh Dzung who assisted us to our rented limousine going to Sapa, he even offered us to give him a call whenever we need a service again from Sapa to Hanoi. Movenpick living west is recommendable, if given the chance to be back in hanoi, this will always be my place to go.
