- Yvonne (7/5): Nice apartment, some options for improvement - Good apartment in good location very close to the metro and City Centre. No basic kitchen necessities like sugar, coffee, tea salt or cooking oil. No electricity outlet in the kitchen for the water cooker. Very bad water pressure so the shower was challenging.

- Dioni (8/5): - Apart from a few spider webs on the ceiling and a small showerhead, the apartment is perfect for a short stay in Milan. The kitchen could use better lighting, as there are no lights above the sink or the stove. Also, the three tiny bottles of shampoo really weren’t enough for three people for a two-night stay.
- SATOSHI (10/5): - The experience was great; spacious and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. It was literally like a virtual residential experience. I would go back if I would stay in Milan again.

- Nuttaphat (1/5): F**cking bad experience - - When I arrived at the accommodation I found a pile of garbage and excrement on the toilet. It was very dirty. The accommodation refused to refund all or part of the money but only refunded the cleaning fee. And sent someone to clean it after talking on the phone for 30-40 minutes. I was tired from traveling and needed a rest. They took 3 hours to clean. So I had 6:00 p.m. to myself.
