• Patricia (5/5): Whilst we enjoyed our stay trying we spent a lot of time trying to communicate with them - The convenience to the Plaka, restaurants, shopping & Acropolis No Wifi. Provided password was incorrect. We contacted the management company and provided the information they required this went on until day 4 with still no resolve they were most unhelpful and rude. Shower door in bathroom was stuck which made it difficult to get in and out, also door to the bathroom was also hard to open. No extra plastic bags for used loo paper. Kitchen. No teatowel, 1 wineglass, cupboard doors broken, as you can’t drink the water in Greece it has to be bottled but not 1 was there to start us off.
• Bridgette Imber (1/5): We couldn't wait to get out of this accommodation. - Maria was very helpful in helping us get into the abomination because the lock box was very difficult to get into because of the very stiff black switch to the side, Maria was unaware of this, the location to the main plaka was amazing. It wasn't expecting such a poorly looked after place to stay it has holes in the walls, damp strained patches all the round the place, the wall in bedroom 1 the electric fittin is loose one side of the room and 1 is hanging off the walls the over side, everything looked very thrown together, the sofa was stained and this go's on and on, it's really don't think that the owners knew how much the booking company was charging for this abomination of an accommodation

• STEPHANE (2/5): - Worst host ever! No communication regarding the check-in. To the point where we thought we had been scammed. Didn't answer the phone. This caused us a lot of stress. We finally received an automated message with check-in instructions, but after the check-in time. Regarding the apartment, no towels. One of the two beds was broken. Lots of dust. And several repairs should be done in this apartment.
• Annamaria (7/5): - Posizione centralissima e grandi dimensioni dell'appartamento. La casa sembrava un vecchio appartamento signorile, spogliato pero' dei suoi vecchi mobili, salvo gli armadi a muro della camera da letto e la cucina, davvero vecchia e con uno sportello mancante. Per il prezzo pagato, un po' piu' basso rispetto alla media della zona, non dovrei forse lamentarmi ma proprietari (o coloro che gestiscono l'affitto) sia pur puntuali e gentili durante i contatti avuti, pare abbiano deciso di investire davvero poco nella manutenzione e nell'arredo dell'appartamento perché i mobili erano a mio avviso davvero di scarsa qualità: il materasso morbido e ad ogni movimento il letto cigolava. I cuscini praticamente inesistenti tanto che abbiamo dovuto usare degli asciugamani al di sotto di essi per riuscire a riposare decentemente. Micro -comodini da pochi euro ai lati del letto ma, cosa sicuramente da rivedere era il bagno. La porta scorrevole era faticosa e molto rumorosa da aprire, il soffitto basso, di legno, perche' al di sopra c'era una sorta di soppalco, aveva la vernice scollata e, soprattutto, mancava un vetro della doccia. La stessa doccia non aveva un gancio a cui appenderla. Le pareti, in particolare quelle dell'ingresso, necessitacano una rimbiancara. Peccato perché con un piccolo investimento economico in più da parte di chi lo gestisce questo appartamento avrebbe davvero grandi potenzialità!
• Koen Van den Bosch (3/5): - De locatie was perfect. De accomodatie was beneden onze verwachtingen.
• Ilaria (4/5): - L'appartamento pur presentandosi in una buona posizione per spostarsi, è in condizioni pessime, sporco e mancante di alcune cose basilari. La doccia non aveva la porta per chiuderla, in una delle stanze mancava una parte di persiana, per cui alla mattina presto si era già svegli per la luce. Cucina sporca e anche divano in soggiorno. L'aria condizionata era ballerina. Inoltre nella casa ci sono varie parti decadenti. Il vano scale e l'ascensore mai puliti e ci sono blatte per le scale.

• Schuyler (8/5): Great location but a bit lacking in cleanliness and working amenities. - Great location and secure. Nice size and ac worked great. Shower was awkward. The main water head was not cleaned so it did not work. The door was broken. We didnt have enough towels for the 5 of us. Also visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. No laundry soap. The window shutters were broken and couldn't close properly. For the price, I feel everything should have worked.
• steve (8/5): Nice but could be so much more! - Great location and spacious apt. Owner let me check in early to drop off luggage. However, all but one remote for tv and ac units were missing. Apt. Could use some decor and additional living room seating (had one couch).

• Ondřej (6/5): Really bad accommodation, but in a good location. - The accommodation is in a great location. The balcony is a bonus. The accommodation needs renovation. The balcony was messy, with a large puddle of dirty water. The balcony awning doesn’t work. One of the balcony shutters is broken off. The shower door is completely missing.

• JEROME (8/5): Parfait mais avec quelques réparations à prévoir - Appartement très agréable et très bien placé au centre et à proximité du mètro. Quelques équipements sont un peu vétusté mais rien de grave (hormis la paroie de douche qu'il faudrait remplacer). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.
• Phil (6/5): - Main shower head leaked but wand worked for what we needed. No response for checkin process until we used WhatsApp to call, messaging and email would have been much more convenient when travelling with wifi or limited data/phone access.

• Maryanne (8/5): Lovely location - Large apartment close to everything. Bathroom needs urgent fixing, very outdated. Shower doors were missing a panel, shower water fills up doesn’t drain it’s like having a shower and bath at the same time, more a safety and hazard issue, please repair before you take more bookings.

• Aspasia (6/5): - I was very disappointed with this experience. The condition of the property wasn’t what I expected. The walls were damaged, stains throughout. The window shutters were damaged and didn’t close fully. Some were even missing. The kitchen needs to be renovated, as the cupboards were in bad condition. The shower head wasn’t working properly and the shower door didn’t close fully causing all the water to splash out on the floor. I don’t recommend bringing your husband and kids!!
• Natália (6/5): Comunicação ruim localização excelente. - A localização do apartamento é ótima. O apartamento é muito confortável. Porém a comunicação com o gestor do anúncio foi complicada desde o início.
• Lee (8/5): - Excellent location, walking distance to most anything. Shower had some issues (missing half of the door). Some communications issues but it worked out in the end and owners were accommodating.

• Isabelle (8/5): Bel appartement bien situé - Super localisation, à proximité du quartier Plaka et de la place Syntagma. Grand appartement avec air climatisé. Tranquille le soir. Parfait pour 4 personnes, mais pas l’idéal pour 5 personnes. Il manque une porte à la douche et le pommeau coule mal. Il y a une laveuse sur place qui fonctionne très bien.

• malgorzata (2/5): - This property has great location and potential. However, there is a mold in the bathroom and hallway wall. It smells not good. There is a missing door in shower. The sofa in the leaving room is not pullout sofa it’s just sitting sofa and there is no way you can fit there 6 people. We had a problem with hot water but after technician came this was fixed. Also bad bugs is an issue there. Overall not a great experience
• Stella (3/5): Large two bedroom apt that has a lot of potential, but host is not offering what they are saying. - The location is close to many restaurants shops and sights to see within walking distance. 1) finding the actual building was difficult. 2) odor upon entering the apartment 3) NO SOFA IN LIVING ROOM! 4) Flickering light in bathroom very hard on the eyes 5) Internet was not accessible because password did not work! We tried to call contact number of host and they never called back. There was an open WiFi network available, but it was unsecured, so we did not use it. We also feel we were bitten by bedbugs and maybe that’s why there was that pungent odor upon entering the apartment. Maybe they had sprayed the apartment with some pesticides. So needless to say we were not impressed!

• Caroline (10/5): - L’appartement est très bien situé dans une rue tranquille de Plaka. Il est grand et bien équipé. Les seules choses qui manquaient étaient des linges à vaisselle et quelques condiments de base tels que sel, poivre, huile. La communication avec l’agence responsable a été facile et efficace.
